We as a family visit this hotel every year in august. We have a timeshare apartment on the 5th floor of this excellent hotel, can't comment on the food as we eat out but I understand its pretty good.
Cleanliness in general is very good, lovely pool area's. Location is fine, just a short walk into Bugibba or Gwara. Hotel staff do a grand job. Entertainment during the day around the pool area is great for the kids however we go out every evening to local bars so don't know about evening entertainment at the hotel.
Hotel wine bar is good. This is one of the better hotels on the island and a good choice for your holiday.

fantastic hotel stayed here twice this year. Staff excellent from the maids up to mangement. Food good. Beachside area lovely access gained via subway located in pool area, pools spotless lots of sunbeds whatever time of the day.definatley will stay here again

we have a timeshare within the hotel complex and are able to use all the services that this excellent hotel provides,we eat out at the many fine restaurants in the resort,hotel cleanliness in general is of a high standard as is the lovely pool area,housekeeping and reception staff do a fine job and do all they can to make your stay a pleasant one,location is right on the sea front with super views of St Pauls bay,man made beach is just across the road,lots of sunbeds are available. hotel entertainment seems lively enough,nice hotel wine bar in the tunnel,you must try del boys leopard skin sofa while you sample malta's fine wines.we visit this hotel pretty much every year and really cant find fault with it.

food choice was limited, food appeared to be, on occasions, under cooked. After arriving on early morning flight from Birmingham at 5am had to wait for an hour for room to be ready(no offer of complimentary drinks or food for inconvenience).Items listed in brochure ie complimentary wine & water were not available and had to be requested. TV was not tuned in to available channels as told they had had a power cut(?)On one occasion in hotel restaurant, three requests for drinks were ignored by a member of staff. However the room cleanliness was to an excellent standard.

hotel superb.good variety of food hot and excelent.
rooms spotless, maid every day,with clean bedding, towels etc.
location is on the front,with a tunnel access to its own bars and beach front.
entertainment is first class, kids are looked after till late in the evening.
i will be going back asap.
