This is a lovely hotel the food was always plentiful with a good variety of choices for both lunch and dinner lots of fresh fruit and salads were always available .
The pool area was very clean and there was always room .
Our rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard with fresh towels daily.
The staff were ok they did the job which they were paid for, but I do have to say the kids club, which didn't start till the Wednesday of our holiday, was run by an excellent team even though the kids were only there for a few days they were thoroughly entertained and had a great time.
The entertainment put on by the hotel wasn't brilliant luckily my husband and I have a good sense of humour you will need one too if you stay to watch it, but there is a vibrant nightlife just a short walk into town with shops bars and restuarants all good value for money.
All in all we would go back to this hotel we were very impressed with everything but we would go at the beginning of the season like this time when it's a little quieter.

This hotel was spotless, I was impressed by the layout and the rooms were very spacious, and cleaned everyday.
There was a good variety of food available everyday, English food, Italian and traditional Spanish dishes. Snacks were the same most days but always something to cater for everyone

We found this hotel to be one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The food was fantastic-a varied choice from paella to roast beef with yorkshire pud! Every meal we had was piping hot -the chef's even checked the temperature of the food with thermometers.
The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and corteous. The reps were very professional-nothing was too much trouble and they were available every day morning and night. The kids club reps were amazing,they made our holiday!2 hours every morning & afternoon, we could not keep our kids away.
We will really miss them!The hotel entertainment team were excellent too. The stroll into Benidorm was a pleasant 10 minute walk with shops etc. all the way.We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

All in all this was a great holiday.
The hotel was nice and clean the rooms big and airey
maid cleaned every day, changed towels and anything we wanted you just asked no problem.
In regard to being out of the way we walked it every day ten minutes to the beach ( it is so flat no problem for people with walking difficulty )if that is too much or you have children the bus outside every 15 minutes 90 cents one stop or all the way to the old town great service.
Food is always a difficult one but we thought it was very good. Starters, main meal, sweets, were all acceptable to us but everybodys taste is different.
Entertainment early in the evenimg was for the kids and remember if the kids are happy and safe you can sit and enjoy a drink watching.
Later on in the evening there was a mixed entertainment if it`s entertainment for adults you can alEnterteways go down town plenty for anyone which ever way you are.
We would not hesitate to go back to this hotel.

I am currently in this hotel, be warned if you are coming bring plenty of money because you will need to go out in the evening.
The entertainment is the worst I have ever encountered ever. It has cost us a further 800 pounds for 2 weeks of going out.
All inclusive is not this hotels forte. For a self catering or half board yes it would be ok anything more forget it.

We stayed at this hotel on 23rd April for a week half board. The hotel is very modern and clean as it has only been open just over a year. The staff are all friendly and the public areas are spotless. The outdoor pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers to go round even at peak times. We had fantastic weather and there was always room round the pool. The childrens pool is only really suitable for young children as it is no good for swimming only paddling and the main pool is the same depth all the way round at 1m45. The indoor pool is quite small and is the same depth but you have to wear a bathing cap which the hotel sells for

The food was ok, but not much choice, 2 people in our party were veggies and struggled on several occasions to find a suitable meal.
One problem we had was that the hotel policy is no airbeds, rubber rings etc in the swimming pool. The lifeguard even stopped young children from entering the pool with small rubber rings that were being used as a swimming aid.
The hotel only has one entertainment area, the music is very loud and has lots of young children running around.
All in all an OK holiday, but would not return again.

This hotel was lovely and clean,the food was terrible like others have said not very hot or varied.
The hotel is on the main bus route and it only costs 90 cents so no complaints about location.
Staff at the hotel were lovely especially the animators and reception staff.
Blue Moon the resident band are absolutely awful but worth enduring because the shows in the evening are fantastic, I'd go again.

The hotel was always spotless.
The staff were really friendly the drinks were great (I recommend sex on the beach).
The location was a bit out but the buses were cheap and it was great to visit the Palace and Mundomar.
The band Blue Moon sounded as though they had a cat singing, but they rest was ok.
My major problem was that the all inclusive finished too early!
The food was great, occasionally a bit cold, but ok, with a wide choice (especially snacks).
The weather wasn't up to much but overall we will definitely go back because it was a great hotel.

After reading a number of reports my wife & I were concerned at what we were going to get for our money. Many of the reports said that they were very disappointed and would not go back. Well I have to say we were very pleased with the whole aspect of our holiday.
The hotel was the cleanest we have been to.
Although the food was very predictable it was plentiful and hot, a small selection of food available outside of meal times was good.
The location for us was very good just outside the main area but well within walking distance plenty to do. Fell in love with the dolphins at Mundimar well worth a visit.
Hotel opposite Benidorm Palace went to show it was good room in need of updating.
Staff very helpful and always smiling.
