We found the hotel to be very clean and tidy. Our regular maid decorated our bed with rose petals and made swans with the towels. Excellent.

Every thing about this holiday was fantastic, the weather, staff, hotel.
I have been to this hotel 3 times now and I'm going back July 2005, my daughter and her friend are counting the days.
The hotel is very clean,all the staff are helpful and polite and nothing is to much trouble the meals are ok,the entertainment staff are fantastic and work very hard as do the lifeguards.

Having just arrived home from the Belair Hotel we feel home sick, as the staff there made us feel so much at home.
My 5 year old son Jordan had a really fabulous time he hasn't stopped talking about his friend Sam, (one of the animation team). Sam, Nico and Gassa were so much fun encouraging guests to join in or helping to let guests relax by entertaining the kids.
This was our first time in Tunisia it will not be our last and the Bel Air will be our first choice. Thanks lads for a holiday to remember.

This hotel is very relaxing.
Rooms are cleaned every day to a good standard, the food also was good plenty to choose from, the waiters and all staff were very helpful, all spoke good English, and would help you in any way possible.
Location was good, beach was a 5 minute walk watersports were very cheap. There were lively bars if you want them.
Belair has 3 bars, Cheers bar is good fun normally closes between 3 & 4am, with the added bonus of having Sky sports. The entertainment staff are very good Sam, Nino, Gazza, Cha-cha,and (das is good) are all good fun, also Saide and Billy the lifeguards like a laugh.
Cabaret nights are good fun if you like dressing up which Martin and myself did. Also recommend the 2 day safari.

Just got back from a 2 weeks stay at the BelAir - we chose the hotel cos it was by far the cheapest base for us to explore a bit of tunisia -

The hotel was the cleanest i have been to with the room being cleaned every day, the food was very repetitive, i never want to see watermelon again! Breakfast was awful, way too sugary at that time in the morning for me.
Location was okay, near to the beach but not much else around.
Staff were polite and waiters were very helpful.
Entertainment was like Butlins, very tacky and very noisy. Hearing the train song twice a night was too much and the kids disco was was too repetitive. the hotel only seems to cater for families.
Would not visit again as it was way too noisy, I went on holiday to relax and have some peace and the loud music was just to much.

My 2 friends and I stayed in the Belair Hotel in Hammamet for one week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and airy. The nightly shows were good and I liked the fact that children were made a fuss off. Cheers bar was great fun where you could sing and dance the night away. Much emphasis was placed on entertainment in this Hotel where you were allowed to relax by the pool if you wanted but there were different activities available to those who wanted to play water polo, and other games. Keep up the good work, Sam, Nico and rest of crew.I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and proximity to the beach.

Myself and two friends holidayed in the Bel Air Hotel, Hammamet for a week recently (23/08/2004 to 03/09/2004). The only complaint I have is that the week went too quickly.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious plenty of variety (especially the delicious pancakes).
Our room was cleaned every day and the cleaning staff were wonderful. The Animation Group who provided the entertainment were extremely entertaining and worked hard day and night providing activities for small children and big children like ourselves.
A special word of thanks must go to Sam and Nico who provided us with fun and laughs galore.
Also a note of appreciation to the staff of the Cheers Bar who kept us entertained till all hours of the morning. I am sure that they are catching up on some well earned rest since our departure. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and singles alike.

The food was repetitive and bland,if you went for your meal later in the service time the food was not replinished and there was hardly anything left. The air-conditioning in the rooms was very poor and you could not leave doors or windows open because of the noise from the surrounding bars and discos. We didnt appreciate the waiters in the bars ripping us off by never having change and not coming back with any, we always tip staff and this was unnecessary. When we arrived we were given a very bad room with a leaky toilet and not clean, when we complained we were told that there were no other rooms as they were full, we later found out this was untrue and we were given a much bigger and better room the following morning.If you don't like disco's you may find the hotel too noisy.If you like Butlins type entertainment then this is the place for you.

I thought that the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and Mimi and Sam did a good job entertaining and Billy and Saeid the lifeguards were a great laugh although they pushed me in the pool alot!!
Bowling was fun and affordable and all staff were friendly.
its really near the beach and there were lots of shops about aswell.
There was plenty to do all day and night and the bars were very good and lively.
I would definitly recommend and would definitly want to go again without 2nd thoughts
