Cannot fault resort for anything. Friendly, trustworthy staff.

Hotel located in peaceful resort at the edge of a long stretch of sandy beach.

Excellent quality food and tons of it.

Good selection of daily entertainment.

Only negative point was dreadful flight time not matching with check out time. This meant that there was no room available to sleep in from check out time at midday until transport at 3 am. following morning.

We took 4 kids with us ranging from 8 yrs to 14yrs and we all had a fantastic time. The place itself was absolutley beautiful. The pools were great and the gardens were like paradise. This place is so clean and the gardens are constantly being maintained.
We went at peak time but as long as one of us got to the pool before 8pm to reserve the sunbeds around the pool, we could usually find enough for us all. If not, there is plenty of room by the silent pool, beach or amongst the vast sub-tropical gardens.
The bar staff were brilliant, especially Volkan & Kemal, they always had a smile for us.
The entertainment team were a real bunch of characters, always laughing and very sociable.
The best night we had was the 70's music night at the pool bar. We really went for it and had had such a laugh but boy did we sweat ......the humidity on some nights was 80%!!!
For the youngsters, the Odessa bar is the place to be, but we enjoyed it too, however, the music does get a bit repetitive every night, but after upteen beers who cares!!!!!!
When we arrived at 5am in the morning, we had a bit of a problem with the rooms.....they put us in 2 separate rooms 6 villas apart!!!! With 3 young children this was not acceptable. The guy on the reception desk was less than helpfull so to avoid a big showdown we all slept in one room until the reception staff changed in the morning. We found a guy who was really great. He found us a family room that was absolutely perfect for us all.
There is not really any bad points about this place except for the food in the evenings......the resturant was so hot that it made you feel sick. If you could get a table outside it was just about bearable, but inside was awful. The sweat just poured from your body. I'm sure that during the cooler months that it is much better.
The food at breakfast and lunch was really nice but we found the evening food a bit limited for the kids. We had a meal in the Chinese resturant and that was really tasty - we would definately recommend that. We didn't get a chance to go to the Italian or Turkish resturants but the feedback from the other guests was really positive.
We would definately consider going back to the Club Asteria again.

This was by far the best holiday, my kids aged 8 & 2 had a fantastic time and on some occasions were the only people in the vast pool. The rooms and grounds were spotless, The food was fantastic and available from 7 am till 12pm. the staff were very good and spoke good english, but by far the best was the animation team ( the entertainment guys ) they organised good pool games during the day for kids as well as adults, and put on fabulous shows every evening which entertained us all. Overall this was a first class holiday and although we only arrived home on the 28/6 we are already looking to book up again for next year.

This is a terrific hotel, excellent location, fabulous pool areas with lots of space, no rush for sunbeds at any time of day. Food is out of this world. Waiters buzzing around all day, very good service.

Fantastic,brilliant,excelent what else can I say..loads.Obsesively clean,the most exiting food and tons of it,from traditional brit fare to spicy Turkish kebabs and deserts to die for.

The location is smack bang on the beach and just 10mins from beautiful Belek, with its market and cooling foutains.

Hotel staff are curtious and considerate (the more you tip the more considerate).the reps shows in the evening were entertaining and funny, plus small night club on sight.but the thing thats made the hotel so special is the glorious gardens.Great hotel will be back
