Kaya Belek is supposed to be a 5 star. We did feel this was stretching the truth a little. More like a 3 star. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the cleaning staff did a great job, but the rooms are very dated, shabby carpets, etc.

The food was good in all, we could usually all find something we liked each night. The outside cooking was really nice, but you had to queue for a long time to get your food.

Some of the staff were ok, but mostly all a bit grumpy, tutting as they picked up your childs plate if they had left food on it. The all-inclusive drinks were very limited.

The hotel was on the beach with it's own private beach, which was good, good selection of reasonably priced watersports which we used a lot.

The entertainment team were very friendly to us, but did encourage the Russians to take part more than the Brits.

The evening shows are mainly in Russian and German, you had the odd word spoken in english. We gave up going after a few evenings of the kids being bored, because they couldn't understand.

The British Reps were great, British kids club good too. Our kids loved the slides.

Two of us in the party had ear infections in the 2nd week, which meant a trip to the hotel doctor for 4 consecutive days, which meant no swimming for 4 days. (Try telling a kid this!!).

Doctor thought this infection would have come from swimming under water in the pool!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the "Gala Dinner" they have every 2nd Friday.

You could not fault the cleanliness of this hotel
the food was great their was so much to choose from.

The hotel was pretty secluded but being all inclusive there was no reason to leave the complex there was so much there to entertain you.

The staff there great couldn't do enough for you.

The entertainment was excellant but a holiday is what you
make it so if you take part you'll have a great time.

I stayed here for 2 weeks just returned home.
Lovely hotel, spotless.

Food no good for children, no English food my 2 children ate fries and buns for 2 weeks.

Not much outside resort only if you book tours go to nearest town and book with my travel fantastic prices compared with thomas cook.

Did Side trip on boat, lunch included for 50 euros for all of us Antayla and waterfalls lunch included for 20 euros.

Not many staff speak English very german and no English entertainment at all thomas cook kids club only opened when they had enough children to go in them, no entertainment at night for children or adults all for germans.

Asked to move to another hotel could not, reps not helpfull at all not intrested never going back

Our first time in Turkey and the hotel was excellent right on the beach, very clean, the food was very good with both continental and English breakfast and fresh omelettes and pancakes made to order.

Lunchtime barbeque excellent and afternoon coffee and cakes, you can cetainly over indulge! Visit the lady in the nomad tent who makes Turkish flatbread throught out the day.

When we arrived English people were in the minority but by the end of the holiday this was no longer the case. The staff in general were very friendly in particular the entertainment staff, its does appear that they are geared up for the German and Russian guests but this is not the case if you get to know them, they work very hard.

The only minus point is that it is isolated, the nearest town is 45 minute walk.

The Hotel was lovely, much better than we thought it would be, the staff were very polite and helpful.

The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels given. The food was very nice , maybe a bit repetetive. They also had a few theme nights which were fun. there is quite alot to do in the hotel surrounds, which is a good thing as you had to go quite a long way to reach anything outside of the hotel. The evening entertainment was'nt that great, they had a mini disco for the children, and a live show that the reps would put on. Never saw a mention for the adult disco, so don't know whether or not it was being run.

On the whole a fantastic holiday ,lovely weather lovely hotel, would go back tomorrow.

Food at kaya Belek was lovely... lots of variety and not at all repeatative!!

The hotel itself was spotless and the rooms were cleaned daily by the very friendly maids. the beach was nice and close , very handy if you have children.

The nightime entertainment was very limited though and the hotel disco was more like a youth club than a nightclub.

We look forward to returning to kaya belek in the near future.

First, the hotel isn't really 5 star, more like 4 Star, however we only paid 3 star prices and were completely satisfied.

The food was really good, and the Ottermans restaurant great, just a note here, most Guests either didn

Have just returned from the Kaya Belek hotel what can I say a fantastic hotel we stayed for two weeks and it is worth a 4* for the hotel.

The only downside of this hotel is the reception staff who we found unfriendly. It is also packed with a few nationalities the majority being the Germans who we personally thought seemed to be catered for more than any other nationalities. When we were there we only came across around about 30 english people.

The meals in the hotel are excellent and there is a wide variety of choices.

There is a restaurant near the beach and pool that serves snacks on a dinnertime. You can also eat in the main restaurant for all of your meals and this was the place that had the most choice the food was in the hall or outside where they did the BBQ food. You can also use the three speciality restaurants but beware you must book in advance when you arrive there is an Italian, fish and BBQ. All very nice and in the Italian the meals are vast about 10 courses!!!

There are 8 pools one is indoor, one is shaded another one is for kids with slides and water features excellent for children the other 5 are outside and excellent. Our child is 3 and he loved them especially the kids one also next to the slide pool is a free bouncy castle.

I must warn other parents for some strange reason the bouncy castle and slides are not operative before 10am and go off at 2pm-4pm why we don't know but it did get annoying as the kids wanted them on all day. Beware on the slides as the adults use them as well and this could be dangerous if you have children.

The entertainment choice is either the pool bar where there is a couple singing and playing the keyboard which was repetitive but the animation team are excellent very good. If you go say hi to Alpi, Coco, Jetski, Maile (Junior) and Sercan they are all wonderful very friendly and a good laugh. There is also a group of people that are the kids reps and they are excellent say hello to Serbay who is great and very friendly.

For the whole fortnight the animation team put on loads of different shows as we laughed all night. There is also a mini disco for kids from 8.30pm-9.00pm which is excellent my son attended every night.

Hotel is very clean and very spacious but it has no shops nearby but there are a few shops on site for your newspapers, inflatables and snacks.

I would definitely go back to this hotel again as the animation staff made my holiday and we became good friends with them and didn't want to leave. 10/10 for the entertainment.

Just returned from Kaya hotel and this is the best holiday we have ever had, the pools are fantastic, the food is amazing the cleanliness is second to none.

To anyone wanting to know about this hotel I would say don't waste time reading about this hotel go and you to can have the memories we came away with.

The staff in this place are worth there weight in gold and I mean all of them.
I have had many holidays over the years but never cried when it was time to leave, this place is stunning and we are fussy people who are hard to please.

We will go back to this place again for sure
If you go say hi to Coco, Secil, Serkan, Alpie and Jetski Man - these are the animation team who make it a come alive.
