We stayed here November last year. We were expecting it to be a bit cold but it was in the 30's. Well what can I say after reading many awful reviews of this hotel I was worried. I didn't need to be.
The bungalow room was fantastic, cleaned daily and even had toiletries in the bathroom. Food was Ok but then I'm the most picky person ever but I did manage to eat everyday which makes a change.
The kids club was FANTASTIC I managed to get loads of free time as my 6 year old son spent at least half of every day at the club (peace and quiet for me).
Not a 5* luxury hotel but is 5* family hotel. If you want pampering go somewhere else but if you want a great family holiday this hotel is one of the best I've stayed in.

We chose the Sun Zeynep on availability and not on recomendation or choice. Happily, we weren't dissapointed, the food choice was enormous and I don't believe even the fussiest eater would go hungry.
The hotel was spotless and the staff friendly-a nice touch is the maid leaving towels on your bed in the shape of various birds festooned with rose petals.
The hotel itself is directly on one of the cleanest beaches I have ever seen and has it's own private section with plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas.
The animation team worked endlessly to keep the guests entertained however, if there was one critism I could level at the hotel it's that the hotel run kids club was a bit of a joke. Not only were the kids poorly supervised, the staff barely spoke english which made the activities confusing for the kids to say the least! The aqua-slides provided though were enough to keep our 7 year old happy for 2 weeks.
Over all I would say this is more like a 4* standard hotel but with the cleanliness & food service of a 5*.

This hotel was the bestest hotel in the world. It has 2 great swimming pools.
The staff were so kind and caring. There may of been lots of people but we made loads of friends!
There was a lots of great entertainment that I will never forget. We had a time of a lifetime.
The hotel food was really delicious.

This is the best hotel in the world. It has 2 brill swimming pools and one has 3 slides and a rock tunnel. It as it's own beach. There is mini club for small children.
The staff are really kind and there was loads of entertainment!
The food was delicious I kept wanting more!
The cleanliness was very good as it was cleaned everyday!
This hotel I could visit millions of times as me and my family had such fun there! It also has tennis courts, 2 swimmings pools, 3 slides, a tunnel, own beach,shops in hotel!!!
This is the best holiday I have ever had, I have a secret there that you cannot know, if you go you find out if you can work it out!!

We recently stayed at the Hotel Sun Zeynep, Belek, Turkey. Standards surpassed those expected of a five star establishment, everything was perfect, glorious location, friendly attentive staff, a high level of cleanliness in all areas, excellent food. We have never returned to the same place, we've broken that rule now, and booked our Sun Zeynep holiday for next year. Highly recommended, A++++

The hotel was very clean and you would see staff continually cleaning. During our entire 2 week holiday we never saw any creepy crawlies in or around our room. The gardens in the hotel were well maintained and the workers could be seen regularly tending to them.
The food in the hotel was the best that we have ever had abroad....the amount of choice was unbelievable..it was no wonder i came back 1 stone heavier!

I have sat and read a number of reports and surprised at what garbage some people write. I am an experienced traveller and have stayed at this hotel on four occasions.
We have seen the hotel change from half board to all inclusive and we have seen the improvements that they have made to improve their star rating from 4 start deluxe to five star. As most people are aware the star rating are based around facilities. Well there is not much this hotel has not got.
If you are travelling with a family all I can say is say goodbye to the kids at the airport because the only time you will see them is at bed time and mealtimes. And they will soon want to eat with the other kids.

Sun zeynep is wicked!!!! I came here with my family and my friend and his family we had an excellent stay and even came back a second time because with thought it was that good!!!
The staff were really friendly and had a great laugh with you I even got thrown in the pool along with one member of staff it was really funny!!!
We loved the entertainment and the different activities that happened during the day we did the water sports available and I enjoyed every moment of the stay. The dancing around the pool was really funny especially when I got to see my dad and his macho friend having a go it was priceless.
The food was delicious it had some thing for every one and so much of it!!! The sculptures made out of watermelons were brilliant! I
