Carl and I arrived back from Siesta on 30th May and already we want to go back. We had such a great time and we were really impressed by our accommadation, which was spacious, had brand new furnature and a lovely view of the hotel pool and Gumbet beach.

We ate lunch in the bar at the top some days and all the food we had there was very nice. Would like to try an evening meal there next time as we heard it was just as good, especially the Turkish Night hosted by the staff.

As far as location goes, we thought it was great. Only a short walk down to the shingle beach and sea front restaurants and bars. For a more lively evening we would often head up to Bar Street, which took us about 10 minutes, were we found a good selection of pubs, bars and many more restaurants to choose from.

Staff............were fab! Such friendly and welcoming guys and they were always on hand to help if there was anything we wanted. Adam, Chaz, Ata and the rest of the guys do a really great job, keep up the good work! The cleaners were very thorough and often made up our bed decorated with fresh flowers which was a nice touch.

The were a few organized evening events such as the Turkish Night with a traditional buffet and Turkish Dancers, or the Sunday Roast night. We would have liked to see more day time activities though as it gradually got more and more busy towards the end of May and it would have made a the perfect opportunity to get lots of guests participating in some good old pool side games!! Water Polo happenend on a few occasions but would be great to see more things like this next time. One thing I would like to mention is the hotel boat trip. This trip is organized on the hotels own private boat so there is never any chance of over crowding and you get a full day out sailing round the Agean Sea and making stops at places such as Black Island and Camel Beach, lunch and afternoon tea and cakes was inlcuded all the

The apartments were very nice and spacious, cleaned every day, changed bedding every other day.

The food was lovely but a bit expensive compared to restaurants in the town.

The location was great, not too far away from the town about a 10 minute walk. Beach on door step, but a bit nicer further around.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit cold but the kids loved it,not too deep and not to shallow, beautiful and clean.

The entertainment that we saw was very good. We tended to go in town most evenings to meet friends, plus the kids enjoyed the music better in town.

Yes 100% we would diffently go back. Best family holiday we have ever had.

I returned from the Siesta Beach Aparts this week and I already miss it so much. The hotel is in a perfect location with lovely views across the bay. We had an excellent view from our room but it was even better sat at the bar in the evenings, looking across the bay and to Gumbet town opposite. The beach isn't anything special as its sand/shingle but that didn't matter one bit as there are two pools at the apartments. We spent the whole time at the top bar with Chaz, Ata, Billy and Jospeh, who were excellent, really good guys who made the holiday so much better. The top pool is right next to the bar so you can sunbathe and drink all day long. The bar serves food all day long with a really nice menu, including steaks and usual pub food, it was really nice and the prices were good. The hotel doesn't really put on any shows and maybe thats why people tend to put the siesta beach down on the entertainment score. Although they do offer a boat trip, a turkish night and karaoke. If you get to know the staff then thats entertainment enough. Also its only a short walk to gumbet town where there's plenty of nightlife. The staff were wicked and were so friendly, they knew everyone by name as we did them. I had an absolutely fantastic relaxing week at a really nice hotel. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone who wants a chilled out stay in a lovely hotel, in a great location, with lovely staff. I want to go back now! I forgot to mention, the bar is open until 6am-fantastic!!!

Apartments were clean but had to be moved due to no water.
Receptionist was great very helpful can't be faulted. Rep was rubbish, saw here twice in two weeks, more interested in Jasmin apartments than us.

Bar staff very dull no life at all.

Nothing for kids to do.

Restaurant food utter rubish, if staff went any slower they would stop.

Just returned from Siesta apartments, basic clean apartments set in lovely location.

However unless you like continous loud music all night every night football and eastenders this is not the place to stay what could be a lovely and relaxing holiday is spolied by the noise and loutish behaviour of some of the guests.

I found the hotel to be very clean at all times and the rooms were cleaned daily.

Even though it was self catering the restaurant/cafe on site was excellent value for money and the food was lovely.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, it was just on the outskirts of Gumbet but only a couple of minutes walk along the beach into town.

The entertainment was good with something different going on every night. The bar staff at the dolphin bar was very friendly and entertaining.

We will definitely be going back next year

The room was open plan and very spacious plenty of room for all our stuff. Nice big bed and a couch. Kitchen was quite basic but enough to make simple meals in, the price of food in restaurants means its cheaper to eat out anyway.

Lovely little patio area with a washing line and table and chairs, its is like a little village! The bar at the top was great in the evenings with a view of Gumbet and great food, the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

There was entertainment on nearly every night the Turkish night is definetly worth going to. Hotel is right on the beach and 5 mins away form the centre with a bus right outside.

We are returning in 2006 with some of the family.

The apartments are in an excellent position overlooking the resort yet close enough to enjoy the nightlife.

The staff were extremely friendly with nothing being too much trouble. the entertainment manager, Joe, went to alot of trouble to make sure everybody was catered for.

There were 8 of us staying in two apartments at Siesta Beach, the apartments were roomy, nicely decorated and the furniture well spaced out. We found the rooms to be clean and they were kept that way throughout our whole stay thanks to the cleaners who were polite and thorough. If we were still in bed when they came they apologised and left but we weren't forgotten, they would come back later in the day to make sure their job was done.

The staff were helpful, not only Tom & Tony at reception; but at the bar as well. Joseph, Simon, Chaz & Ata made us feel at home stragiht away.

The food was nice and value for money. With the bar serving food and a little shop yards from the poolside we ate there every day; the only meals we ate out were in the evening.

Although there was some entertainment, such as the kareoke and Turkish night the lads kept us entertained every evening we were there. Although the center was only a short walk away we found that sitting at the bar with them was just as much fun as hitting the pubs & clubs of an evening. Although our rep was there, we asked him for hardly anything as the staff being locals gave us all the information & help we needed about the area.
