Arrived in Pine Bay Holiday Resort at 0130 with 2 children aged 18months and 2 1/2 no food available for them after having a 4hour 30min flight and 2 hour and 30min bus journey.

No welcome from any staff, they were very rude to be honest.

Lunch time food served from 12noon until 1700 was the same every day not suitable for children (pizza and chips, burger and chips, sausage and chips!!! That was it)

Lollypops are also charged at EXTRA!!!

Extremely badly managed hotel, Dinner was no better all you can eat pasta and chips if that is what you like.

Bungalows you can hear someone having a pee in the next room we found this out when we arrived at 0130 in the morning and the people next door banged and hammered on the wall and then procedeed to bang on our door and shout in front of 2 babies!!!!

Definately NOT suitable for any children in push chairs or a disabled person in a wheel chair or with walking difficulties, I know in Turkey everything is up and down hill but all the ramps are not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

The 2 year old is nappy trained and if you are at the beach the toilets are all up a veru steep hill doing this all day plays its toal on your and your childrens legs.

Same for the childrens entertainment it is outside and down an very extremely steep hill so to go you have to go down and then up again when you want to go home.

Not all drinks are served at each bar so over the resort as a whole you need to go to different bars for different drink (THIS CANNOT BE DONE!!!)

All but 3 staff in the hotel were EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful. Would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

been going to kusadasi and staying in the pine club for the past 3 years now. the first 2 years were excellent. the hotel is brilliant. we stayed in a villa which was great because you had your privacy. the entertainment slipped a bit this year. it has been the same for the past 3 years but they got a new aniamtion team who werent as entertaining as the previous years. also since the first year the prices have risen alot regarding food and drink in the pine club. maybe next year we wil stay somewhere a bit cheaper. althought the food is beautiful and the staff are very friednly and helpful. poine club i think is aprox 12 km away from kusadasi centre which is not too handy but the dolmus running during the day is good but it stops at 11, so you have to get a taxi back which ranger from maybe 35 to 55 lira.

After 14 years of visiting Turkey, this is the one Hotel I would never visit again.
The 'Bungalows' were dirty, the linen was filthy (changed quickly when we complained - but we shouldn't have had to). It could have been that the accomodation was a the back of the hotel, which was very run down. Unfortunately our bungalow was the way to the staff quarters which meant an absolute avalanche of staff 'cutting through' our 6ft x 6ft 'terrace'. Very apologetic when they realised we were in residence, but that didn't stop them at alltimes of the day and night, clattering about and running through.
On the plus side (Yes, there was one) The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff brilliant, with a big Gold Star to the Customer Relations team. Please read all accomodation notes on this hotel, as there are hotel rooms and bungalow rooms - These are poorly furnished, and the mini-bar was a joke. 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of Coke.
