Hotel and our apartment were very clean but a bit dated.
Cracked tiles on the floor of appartment and the bathroom needed updating.
Evening entertainment poor (unless you consider bingo to be adult entertainment!!)!
Lack of sunbeds during the day and chairs outside in the evening unless you wanted to get there at 7pm and reserve them for the the whole family!!
Most of the staff were very friendly but be warned there is some building work being carried out next to the hotel at the moment and they do like to get started early!!!!
Overall we made the best of our holiday but I dont think we will return.

We were very apprehensive about visiting this hotel after reading the reviews in the web however it had been booked a while so we thought we would go and hope for the best.
The room was ok dated in decor but very clean and excellent maid service.

I have stopped at this hotel 4 times now and we are going back next year. Everything was brill. The only problem was the food, it was nice and improvements have been made but a little more choice is needed.
The rooms are cleaned 3 times a week. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are fantastic.

Forget all the others who have given this hotel a bad name.
Hotel clean. Rooms cleaned most days. Clean towels and linen regulary. No cockroaches in rooms.
Food excellant, always kept warm and a good choice of dishes.
Hotel location excellant, plenty to do around hotel.
Hotel staff friendly especially the nice smiley man behind the bar.( Nice set of teeth.) But only one shirt.
Entertainment limited, but (okey dokey) Stanley and his sexy chick lier made the best of a difficult job.
We went to this hotel with our friends and were given rooms next to each other. We had a fantastic holiday and we would go again if we could find it a holiday brochure.

Hi, just back, and I had the best time. I went with my 2 daughters 6 and 3 and we loved it. Do not believe anything bad about the place it was great, really clean, the staff very friendly and very hard working.
The food was great, but I`m not just a fish and chip person, my kids loved the food as well.
The entertainment was really great, my girls lived for the kids disco with stanly and liala, I would really recommend this holiday to anyone with younger kids because its very safe, clean and great fun, I would go again tomorrow.

We stayed luckily only for 1 week.
The menu was repetitive with tuna every day for all meals except breakfast!
The entertainment was fine for kids, but there are only so many times a night you can enjoy 'Is this the way to Amarillo

When we arrived at this hotel, after reading really bad reports, our first impression in reception wasn't good, but as soon as we entered our apartment we were thrilled.
It was very very clean and had ample room for all of us. We walked out of the balcony onto pool area and then through a gate and you are on the sea front.
Location is superb with small beach 100m away.
All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Stanley and Laia, the entertainers were brilliant, they work really hard, they involve everybody and we had a great laugh with them. Room was cleaned every other day to a very high standard.
The food was basic, but with lots to choose from, always hot and refreshed regularly. Bar service was excellent and the bar staff really funny and friendly.
If you are expecting a 5 star holiday, then you'll be disappointed, but this hotel is clean, friendly with decent food, what more could you ask for!!!

Arrived at hotel late Thursday night, to find that first impressions of the hotel not what we had expected. This hotel has a key rating off only 2 star, not the 3+ as advertised with Thomas Cook Holidays.
So dont expect the 'Savoy' After finding room in the dark, our expections on the room had surprised us, very very clean. We left our cases and headed to find some food, We found the Restaurant, and first impressions were not very good. This would change during our holiday. Food was cold and very basic.
The following day all our reservations were put to bed as our holiday was just about to begin. What a fantastic holiday we had at this complex and we would highly recommend this hotel to any friends or family wishing to visit the resort of Coste Teguise.
Our rooms were cleaned very regular and to a very high standard. We found that the hotel staff were very helpful and always happy to help. JMC kids club reps were very poor. Not recommended..........

This hotel is fantastic we had the best holiday ever.
The food was great, the staff were great, entertainment was very good. All in all we can not wait to go back.

After reading the reviews on this site we were wondering what we'd let our selves in for BUT.. on arriving we were greeted by helpful staff and friendy fellow guests.
Our rooms were spacious, clean and tidy and we had lovely views over the pool and the sea.
We arrived just in time for the last serving of dinner and were pleasantly surprised with that too! Plenty of fresh fruit, salad and a fairly good selection of food such as all sorts of pasta, meat (they do like pork!)chips, nuggets, traditional piella ect. Twice a week they did lovely carverys and BBQ'S too.
The pool areas were nice and safe the only complaint was that the surrounding pool area could do with being scrubbed more often and drinks get knocked over and it gets sticky.
The entertainment in the daytime was good and we enjoyed taking part in things like shooting and games in the main pool. The evening professional entertainment was great, there was things for the kids and adults. Stanley and Laia are great kids entertainers and we all enjoyed taking part in the songs!
Only bad thing we have to say is our second week co-ensided with half term and it got very noisy and the bar area in perticular was'nt big enough for the volume of people.
