After reading the reviews on this web site I was a bit worried about what type of hotel I had booked. Well, no need to worry!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Basically food is lovely, something for everyone (even veggies).

Rooms are great, cleaned to a high standard.

Staff very friendly will go out of their way to help.

The hotel is cleaned from top to bottom 24/7.

Overall a big thumbs up!!!!

This hotel is definitely not a four star hotel if anything it is a three star.

The food was undercooked and when we cut into the chicken it was often still pink. There was a lot of food available but most of it was meats which were not cooked properly.

Staff were sometimes friendly but others were quite moody and it took ages for our drinks 2 arrive during our dinner at night.

The hotel was very clean and towels were given to you whenever you wanted them.

Entertainment was non-existent apart from a man and woman who sang every night!

Wouldn't go back to this hotel as I didn't like the food at all, ate chips for a fortnight and overall thought the staff could have been much more friendlier.

This is more a hotel for families rather than young couples!

I enjoyed my stay there and found it really relaxing my daughter made friends.

The hotel was the best I've ever stayed in.

The staff were nice so was the reps.

There was only one thing the shower, people complained but ours worked but this was only in the second week.

The Fiesta Beach hotel is a nice enough hotel situated in what we believe is the better end of the resort (cleaner area of beach etc). Inside the hotel is very clean, with regular towel and sheet changing, however, huge cracks on the bedroom and bathroom walls were slightly worrying.

The staff are excellent, you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The waiters in particular are very chivalrous, pouring drinks etc. All staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Entertainment was lacking but it was easy enough and cheap enough to go elsewhere. There was a pianist who was particularly good though.

My main problem was with the food! If you didn't like veal or seafood there was very little choice for a main meal. (The pizza stand just up from the hotel was great though!!)

My friend and I have just booked our next holiday to Bulgaria and although we opted for the Riu Helena Sands this time it was a tough choice.

Hotel was adequate but more like 3 star, rather than 4. Bedroom was fine but be careful of the shower especially if you follow someone in because it was very slippy.

Food was as I expected but I was surprised to see tinned tomatoes for breakfast 'a pleasant surprise may I add'.

The staff were friendly on the whole though some were a bit surly.

Hotel location is quite a way from the resort centre but it's not too bad and there are plenty of bars on the way to break up the walk.

Entertainment is almost non existent, Karaoke a couple of nights a week in the dining room, and a duet on the odd night, again in the dining room. I saw them one night singing to themselves, not one person in there, but they soldiered on.

Please be careful if you book a late checkout as I wouldn't want the same thing to happen to anyone else that happened to us. We had a late flight so we paid 60 Lev to keep the room until 6:00pm. Went up at 5:00pm for a shower and to get changed for the journey home and our room had been wiped out except for our cases. No shaving equipment, shower gel, wife's perfume (and it wasn't the local stuff),and worst of all no clothes that we left out for flying home(including underwear). To be fair the receptionist did all she could to retrieve our belongings. Her words were "I'll Keel that chambermaid" and she did give us a refund. They finally showed up just before we were to leave(everything except our underwear for some strange reason) and we just had time for a quick change in the toilets. All's well that ends well.

We arrived at Fiesta Beach at 3:00 am, totally knackered and kids ready to drop and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Had us checked in really quick and porters took our cases upstairs and the whole checking in process was really smooth.

The room was huge with a large balcony with fantastic views. Staff were really, really friendly and more than willing to help at any time of day or night. The hotel was one of the cleanest i have stayed in and was very impressed. The food was good and there was not one evening that it wasn't hot! I really liked the located of the hotel because it was not right in the centre of the resort...made for a nice evening going for a walk along the promenade as plenty of bars along the way!! Entertainment was poor...practically non-existent apart from a couple who sang. More entertainment would be a definite improvement in this hotel as well as a games room for the kids but overall a wonderful hotel and would definitely go back again.

First time in Bulgaria and we all really enjoyed our stay in the Fiesta Beach.

There was 13 of us in the group all family and everyone was very pleased with this hotel. Cannot understand the "this is not a 4 star hotel" syndrome. Would just say if you want 4* pay 4* money as I thought this hotel was real good value for what we paid to stay there. The hotel is spotless and the rooms clean and also a decent size too. My wife and I had a Family room and it was the best sized room i have stayed in on any holiday.

The beach towel thing is a problem and we noticed it seemed to get worse in the second week. As my room overlooked the pool i saw on many occasion at 3-4am people putting towels out !!!!!! sad i know.

Just one piece of advice if you get a drink in the bar pay for it in the bar. dont take it into the resturant and pay for it in there. I was accused twice of stealing a free pint...there is no way you would do that its that cheap anyway all got sorted in the end.

The Fiesta Beach Bar is a great place to chill and relax. The staff are great. We found a bar not far from hotel Condor bar a short taxi ride this was 1 lev for a big bottle of Becks 30p yeha as you can imagine we spent alot of time in there and the bar is modern plays good vibes however suits younger people more than the wrinkleys.

Stayed in the Hotel Fiesta Beach, We had a suite which was a nice size and had a excellent view.

Food was of a good standard and hotel was very clean.

We are going to the Majestic this year which was being built when we were in the Fiesta beach.

We would use this hotel again a good choice.

We arrived at Bourgas airport supposed to be staying in the Grand hotel Sunny Beach, only to be told at the last minute there had been a problem with our hotel so we were going to be moved. As the group I was in was 5 young lads we thought that the holiday company were going to put us in some shoddy hotel, but this was not the case.

We arrived at 3am and the staff were all there waiting to greet us. We were booked in quickly and were shown to our room straight away. We were in a suite, which has more than adequate space, and the room has good facilities. However, we were told that the hotel has only been open 2 months and there are already cracks in the walls, paint missing on some walls. I think the builders must've had to rush to get the hotel open in time.

The hotel is on the very edge of the resort which is ok as there are not many people walking passed as your in the pool etc.. but it is quite a walk to the centre of the resort, but its all flat so not to much energy needed.

As it was 5 young lads we didn't spend much time with the hotel entertainment, but there is a duo on singing at meal times and they do try, their English singing of the Carpenters beats my Bulgarian singing hands down!

A few negatives are that we didn't get clean towels every day, and every time we went to the pool the sun loungers were full of towels and no people. Also the food isn't great, so enjoy the breakfast but eat out at night, it's cheap enough.

Me and partner went to Fiesta Beach for 2 weeks we went half board.

The hotel is always being cleaned day and night. You have to be very careful when walking in hotel as the floors are always being mopped and are very slippy when wet.

The food was nice and you have always got plenty to choose from, we enjoyed the breakfast more than the tea.

The hotel is at the end of resort but we were glad it was because there wasn
