The cleanliness of the hotel was not to a standard that I would have expected but, the staff were polite and took notes on your complaints/ queries.
The entertainment was very enjoyable and it as very important that I knew my children were going to enjoy the shows, the hotel provided us with children's discos and shows suitable for our children's age group.
I would recommend this hotel to any family with or without children as it is very up to standard and the quality is amazing you will enjoy the experience thoroughly.

The sun palace,was ideal for family's,the place was very clean there was always someone cleaning. We found the food most enjoyable,we had some funny eaters in our party,but nobody starved,you could get something to eat or drink,from 7am till midnight,there was a very good selection.the hotel is situated in a quiet location of Faliraki,far enough away from bar street,but only a short distance to other bars and restaurants.the beach is only a short distance across the road.the staff were quite friendly especially in the restaurant,nothing seemed to much trouble for them.the pool was quite large,it was about 3ft in the shallow end going to about 6ft at the deep end.the entertainment wasn't too bad,the team tried very hard to keep everyone in the holiday spirit.during the day there was aerobics for the energetic,water polo,competitions in darts,bowls,6 aside football etc!bingo at 5-30pm was just 2 games and good money too,night entertainment was varied but enjoyable

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago. We had a brilliant time.
Would highly recomend this hotel for families.
The town centre is only a 5-10 min stroll away but we had so much fun we harly left the hotel.
