Brillant Hotel with excellent location for all amenities. Staff very helpful and very friendly.
Food varied. Entertainments team really great fun and kept us all going throughout the holiday. Well done to Peter and the animation team. Bingo will never be the same.

i have just came back from sun palace, the hotel was brilliant, food was great, good choices to suit all needs. Some folk had been previous year and said there was a improvement in food, excellent staff very happy to help in any way.
The location was a few minutes from bar street just enough for the young uns in our party. The entertainment was fabulous 10 in the morning starts the programme, stretching with the lovely Camilla, 11.15 killer darts between all nations very competitive but good banter, bowls with renee again as above but all in good fun, 12.15 water aerobics with cammila, jean carlos,fleur,renee. A well earned lunch break by this time,then on water polo not for the faint hearted, beach volley,killer pool,football to boot, then eyes down adn looking for the bingo.All of the above are also done for the children. this takes you to dinner time 6.30 then it's on to evening, kid's mini disco, entertainment with crowd partisipation, karoke, greek nights etc.
the sun palace was such a good place i did not see to much of the resort, shopping was not to good.prices of drinks outside range from euro to eight. go to turkey for the day for the essential bargains i.e bags, shoes, purses.
the time you buy any in faliraki you could have paid your ticket to turkey bags etc 1/4 of the price ther member to haggle.
price of trip to turkey 48 euros includes tax. don't book any excursions with the rep across the road from sun palace sofi is a couple of euros cheaper. cigarette prices range from 23.50 euro to 27 euro tobbaco is a whopping 55 euro to 59 euro prices apply all over.

After we had read some of the hotel reports we were a bit concerned as to what the hotel would be like, as it was the first time we had took the children abroad the yougest being 2yrs.
To our delight the hotel was fantastic!! the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly especially to the children, the animation team worked very hard and you was always guaranteed a good laugh especially with the night entertainment, eg Mr/Miss Faliraki, cabaret nights and bingo was fab.
The general cleanliness of the hotel was good but attention to the hotel rooms especially the balcony could have been alot better. We were very happy with the food there was a large selection of different foods including a childrens corner and there was plenty of it. As it was the first time going all-inclusive we were a bit aprehensive about the drink selection on offer and the time the bars would be open, to our delight there was a wide selection on offer including cocktails for adults and children and you could get drinks from 7 in the morning until 12 at night this was the same for food.
We would definatily visit the Sun Palace again.

there is only one thing to say about sun palace and that is amazing!!!! when we decided to book our holiday in falaraki we were a bit apprehensive because of what you see on the tv but much to our surprise it was nothing like that.
when we arrived at reception we were booked in very fast and escorted to our rooms by the staff who were very helpful.the rooms were very spacious and having a fridge was an added benifit.
the hotel restuarant was very clean and the manager made sure that it stayed this way. his staff were extremely helpfull. the hotel grounds were lovely and clean. the food, lots of choices for adults and the kids. the entertainment team jc, camilla ,fleur and victor worked extemely hard to make sure that all were entertained.there was darts comp, french bouls.water aerobics, water polo, bingo, volleyball and in the evening they had the kids disco and there own show, mr & mrs falaraki etc which was hillarious. the kids ages between 2- 12 loved every minute of thier holiday. the baby pool was just right for the smaller kids were as the older kids enjoyed the big pool which was not as overcrowed as some pools that we've been to.
the hotels kids club was also available at no extra cost and again was great. the location of sun palace was excellent, 10-15 mins walk and you were right in the heart of falaraki for shopping etc. some of our party went to turkey for the day which they booked up with the agent across the street as he was much cheaper than doing it through your rep. the four sisters agian across the sreet are well worth a visit for a bargain.

I was a rep there this summer working with the teen kids. We started off in the annex across the road which was great not to be in the hub of things and the ability to be away from it all.
All the staff I worked with were great, very friendly and made my time working in the hotel a great one.
Still in contact with some of the animation staff like giancarlo, lovely guy...

This will be our third visit to the Sun Palace this summer.
The hotel is lovely and cleanliness is second to none.
A good variety on the menu.
Lovely staff and very obliging.
Good entertainment for all.

I would recomend this hotel to anyone. My family has been back to this hotel 3 times and are going back again this year.
The rooms are spotless and are cleaned alsmost everyday.
The food is great! Its easy to say it was repetative but when theres everything on the menu you could want its upto you what meal you choose to make it diffrent.
The staff were really friendly. The hotel location is brill as the beach is a 5min walk, the waterpark which is really cheap for a day pass is only a 10 min taxi ride away and The night life is on your doorstep! plus! there's a really cheap jewlers shop across the road.
This Hotel is a must to visit!

We did not know what to expect after watching all the programmes about Faliraki but what a great surprise. We went with 2 kids aged 4 and 6 and we hardly saw them.
The staff and entertainments were really good, food good, drinks good and you always have something to do if you want if not it is great. I will never forget Super Bingo what a funny experience. But the entertainment show was great.
Would go back as basically there was nothing that I could moan about.
The hotel is just outside the resort centre and is nice and peaceful the only gripe was that the bars shut at 12 midnight and you can only get 2 drinks at a time so you need to start getting your drinks in from 11 if you want to stay up and relax.

The hotel was very clean and the food was varied and there was always plenty to select from.
The hotels entertainment was much to be desired but that was the only down point.
I found the room I stayed in very nice and the staff friendly and helpful and greeted you with a beaming smile.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
When I go on my next holiday I will be booking this for my family.
