Loved this end of town, a bit quieter than main resort, which is only a short walk away. apartments clean with four single beds (two in each room). decent sized rooms. lovely balcony overlooking pool.
Staff were brilliant.Hotel staff all friendly and pleasant , the entertainment staff were excellent, George and his team makes everyone feel really at ease (we don't normally join in but glad we did), my children adored this holiday (girl 14, boy 7), plenty for both age groups. Will visit again, had brilliant fun.

Just returned from Planos Bay Apts, had a fantastic holiday, weather not too good but what can you expect for Sept/Oct, but apart from that a good time had by all.
Our room was cleaned everyday and we've never had so many clean towels on holiday. The rest of the hotel was kept spotless too. The food offered by the bar was very good, you could watch the staff cook it (which is always a bonus abroad).
The location for us was perfect it is at the very end of Tsilivi town itself which means its quiet with ample bars & restaurants closeby and the livelier nightlife, if required, is only a short walk away. Also may I say I thought the hotel is very well designed for the disabled as there are ramps everywhere & ground floor rooms which are ideal for wheelchair access.
As for the hotel entertainment well what can I say, we really enjoyed it. The resident entertainment team are brilliant and made our holiday, George was fantastic! You should see him in his evening dress & feather boa! He & his team encouraged everyone to join in. Great fun was had by all. Kids clubs were good too but I do think the reps did need to help the Entertainment Team with evening entertainment, kids talent shows, hotel staff show etc.
We enjoyed it so much we've booked again for next July!

Just got back from our best holiday ever.
Charlotte and Hannah both age 15 didnt want to leave. George the Entertainment Manager was excellent as were all the staff.
Good family atmosphere spotlessly clean, poolbar food very good value. Nice and central for everything.
Looking forward too seeing everybody next year.

Planning to go back in near future, hopefully next year!! Best holiday yet, planos bay apartments were well looked after(extremely clean).
I was suprised at how comfortable the beds were,never had one bad night sleep.Apartments were well situated,being close to beach and town(restaurants).
Swimming pool was also kept clean but it didnt open until 9:00 in the morining and closed at 8:00 night.

What can we say???? Fab hotel, even better staff and great reps! We truly snjoyed our holiday. The kids club were great at keeping the kids pleased and we found Natalie the rep for the adults very helpful. She really went out of her way to be friendly to us.
The entertainment was great as were the reception staff and the cleaners were spot on.
Booked again for next year already!

Just got back from the Planos Bay we had a great time. The apartments were spotless and had 2 bedrooms. The kids club was fantastic as were all the reps.
My children both the the swimming lessons with gemma who was fab. The day time entertainment was very varied and had something for all. The evening entertainment was pretty awful, due to the fact that the room was just hideous.
The only thing I would warn you of is that some of the rooms do back on to the football pitch which can get very noisy and others back on to quite busy roads.

Planos Bay were great apartments, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Although entertainment was dreadful, entertainments manager enjoyed getting drunk more often than entertaining people.
Oddly, the kids disco/entertainment generally started at around 11pm, we have never been to a place that starts kids entertainment at this hour. This could definitely be improved just by changing entertainments manager because other members of the team were great with kids and adults alike (Ben).
Our 4 year old son did swimming lessons with Gemma and she was great, our 13 year old son also thought she was rather buff!!!!
Would definitely go back if we knew the entertainment had been sorted.

I was very pleased with the Planos Bay Hotel, everything seemed just right, plenty of sunbeds, although you needed to join the 'get up as early as poss and place your towels on a lounger' club, in order to get decent sunbeds, but in general there were plenty to go around.
The daily entertainment was good, Ben did a great job, but the entertainments manager George was a disgace to his position, several times I saw him late afternoon, drunk and swearing loudly with other guests who didn't care that kids were in ear shot.
The Hotel staff were fantastic and would do anything to help, the location is spot on too, I would recommend this hotel highly, it would be all the better if a certain entertainments manager was given his marching orders.

Apartments small and basic but clean, the maids are lovely. Hotel staff helpful and friendly although the pool bar staff can be a bit overwhelming as is the poolside music.
The daily entertainment was seriously lacking imagination but I understand they are soon to be replaced. Evening entertainment not really our cup of tea but the resort has plenty to do.
Air con 5 euros per day plus 10 deposit does not circulate whole apt, fans were ok when we were there. Safety deposit 10 euros per week.
We had a really good holiday with our youngest son and his friend will definately return to Zante/Tsilivi.

This hotel was lovely, me my husband and our 2 year old son stayed here and we had no fault's, the apartments were cleaned every day. Towels and bedding changed every 3. The entire hotel was really clean. And we will definantly be returning in the near furture.
