Hotel is now in a very run down condition. The lobby and communal areas smell of a drainage problem.
The Rooms are smokey, and most have a very poor view, mostly of other balconies, and the very dirty outside pool.
The rooftop pool has been emptied of water, and they do not seem to have any intention of filling it again. The Rooftop bar is in a poor state of disrepair, and is closed.
The Food is nothing short of fowl!. It is completely inedible, with the breakfast being the worst I have ever found. The bacon has more hair on it that the pig probably had!
The One bedroom apartments now come at a supplement of 5LM per day. Ours also come complete with its own pet coakroaches, which lived in the bath.
The majority of the manual staff such as bar and restrauant, and the housekeepers are wonderful. They are the nicest people you could ever meet, and are really good at there job.
The Reception and Management however are rude, lazy, and make the guests feel like they are an inconvenience.
Take my advice, Don't go there. It is a Holiday Wasted!!

June holiday ruined by ongoing building and refurbishment work.Staff overwhelmed by situation. Fully inclusive option not value for money. Health club neglected. Area around hotel very run down. Several facilities in brochure were not available: a la carte restaurant, hotel mini market and coffee shop.
