Hotel staff and position and rooms are excellent.
The food was poor I will explain why, salads and cold meats were o/k. The cooked food massed up mess we had paella 12 out 14 nights.
Entertainment was geared up just for the Spanish visitors.

Very good four star hotel.
Location excellent for beach and old town. Not too close to the more noisy part of the resort.
Food very good especially the Friday special, when all staff dress up and choices of food is spectacular.
Entertainment good most night something for everyone, better than previous years.

Very nice hotel in an excellent position, both for the old and new town.
The food was excellent (with plenty of choice) and the dining room kept spotlessly clean. The only thing I would say is that the rooms and bathroom are ready for upgrading and decorating, although they were clean.
Would go to this hotel again.

This was the Fourth time we had been to the Plaza. Every year we are not disappointed. The food is fantastic, advisable to take bigger clothes for the second week of holiday!
The location is great, 10mins to beach.Sea very good, although can get busy. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, definatly would go back again, great value for money. We have yet to find a hotel as good as this.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a holiday in Benidorm. It is in a perfect position of being smack in the middle between the old town and the new town so you had a choice of which areas you wanted to go too. The Hotel is truly four star the food was excellent and the staff very freindly and with no attitude and always willing to help. There was no noise at all at night which is good as you can get some sleep after a good night out ,the air conditioning is a godsend and i advise the hire of the minibar just for the fridge itself.I would definately go back to this hotel.

Just returned from a week at the Benidorm Plaza.
A lovely hotel, very well situated for the old town and the beaches.
The new hotel next door is now structurally completed so no building noise should be heard, although some work is still to be done on the ground and the interior.
The food was extremely good with plenty of choice. The evening entertainment is aimed at the over 60's.
The hotel is absolutely spotless.
Would definitely go there again.
