When we arrived we were shown to our apartment on entering we found it had been left just as the last residents had left it so we had to sit on the balcony till the cleaners cleaned it not the best start.
On the sat evening we went out and returned in the early hours of sun morning to find our safe had been ripped out of the wall. We reported this to the management who were anything but helpful. We had to report to Benidorm police station on the Monday morning; also at the police station were another couple from gemelos who had also had their safe stolen.
The door to the apartment was not damaged so who ever broke in must have had a key. The other couple was broken into while they were in the swimming pool in the afternoon; they also had no damage to their door.
We lost everything all our holiday money, passports, and bank cards. We have been informed by our travel insurance that we will not receive a penny because force was not used to enter the apartment. So there is no way I could recommend these apartments

We arrived back last night from Gemelos 22 and the apartments are excellent.
Everything is really clean and the kitchen is very well equipped and the utility room with washing machine is a welcome addition to standard accomodation. We also had free air con in both rooms but do check as this does not apply to all apartments and some only have it in the lounge.
My only comment would be to check what exactly you get in the apartment as lots of agents hire out these apartments and facilities seem to slightly vary. Our apartment was for four people but one was sleeping on the sofa and the other in a drawer type of thing that pulled out from under it which was fine for our young children but would have been a problem for older children/adults.
The company was Espis and the staff were prompt to arrive to meet us and were very friendly. I actually booked through Sun4u who are agents for Espis and doing it this way saved us money.

We stayed with the Dutch tour operator Siroco in this accomodation. We were there already for the third time and next year we will be there again. We like very much the relaxed atmosphere and the fantastic pools. Also the apartments are excellent.
The staff was very friendly and all was good organised. I will recomend this accomodation to everyone who wants a relaxed holiday in a good apartment in Benidorm.

I have been to Benidorm several times over the past couple of years and these are the nicest apartments we have stayed in so far.
We booked two seperate apartments, one for myself and my husband and the other for my two teenagers (aged 16 and 17).
They were clean and comfortable and having the utility room with a washer was great. The kitchen was well equipped, with fridge freezer..There was also an iron and ironiong board..maiden and even a littel utility sink. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very nice.... all furniture was of a high standard. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. There were lovely views form the balcony.
The pool area was fantastic as were the 'grounds'(nice and lush with palm trees and grassed areas to sit). You could hire the sunbeds for daily use (2 Euros).There was a reception area outside and life guards at the pool all of the time.
It also felt very secure with gates and secure doors (keys givne on arrival. The front door was also double bolted for extra security.We booked through teletext (on the internet) and the company were called Espis.
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I will book with them direct next time.

I have stayed at these apartment many times and i will say that these are the best apartments in benidorm. The pool area is massive and if you are staying in the winter months there is an heated indoor pool. The loby in all towers are kept very clean and so are the apartments. Apartments have a full kitchen including washing machine, i know most people don't want to wash clothes while their away but its just nice to freshen up your towles when you've been out in the sun all day. These are private gated apartments so are very safe. 10/10

We booked through Mackenzie Cook, it said on our booking form that we couldn't get into our apartment until 4 o'clock in the afternoon & as we were arriving at dinnertime I rang the company to see if we could get in any earlier. They assured me we would be able to & there would be somewhere to leave our bags in the meantime (WRONG)The Porter hardly spoke any English but made us move our bags out of the foyer & directed us to the place where we could pick up our keys. This place didn't even open until 4.30 & the lady didn't actually turn up until 4.45. In the heat of the day & having to wait for hours was a bit much to ask. This arrangement wasn't practical.
Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, was clean, spacious & it had everything in it that you would need, even a washing machine. The balcony was huge overlooking the pool & as a lot of people there are residents isn't too noisy or busy through the day, there are no sunbeds so you need to get a lilo. The pool & gardens are beautiful & well maintained, there is also a life guard.
The location is brill, 5 mins walk to the nightlife but not too noisy, the view from our balcony was amazing.
We will definitely stop at these apartments again

I booked this holiday direct with Costa Blanca holiday apartments who also sorted out our transfers for 75 euro for 6 of us and flights was with XL airways. We stayed for 14 nights and could not fault these apartments.
We stayed in Benidorm in 2005 at the Vacanza which is just up a side street from these apartments and on a incline.
These apartments are on the flat ideal for all ages. All you need to bring is your swimming clothes, and a couple of items for night time as there is a washing machine and a huge balcony to dry your clothes. We took almost everything back unworn.
There is a full oven and hob, full fridge freezer ironing board and iron, bath and shower, all cooking utensils, free aircon, as well as ceiling fans.
We was on 17th floor and could see the sea... I can't imagine anybody not liking these apartments. You are not in the middle of all the noise but only 5 mins from the beach and sea front which is a nice stroll into town along the front.
I would definitely go back to these apartments and recommend them to all ages.

Just back from Gemelos 22. I cant fault the appartment it had everything, even a bidet. Two bathrooms, two showers, air conditioning which we didn't use cos the bedrooms had big ceiling fans we left on all night. It had sky news, mtv, big balcony with sunbed and table and chairs out there, washing machine dishwasher and ironing board. Oven and 4 rings and full size fridge freezer.
We cooked most nights, best local shops where dial prix and pricebusters.
We had car for fortnight in underground car park and drove to Carrfour hypermarket to stock up.
The pools were great. And there was an all weather football pitch with goals but the gate was locked and it was a job to find the caretaker to open it and he wouldnt do that unless you showed him your passport.
He also gets very upset if you get in the lift with wet swimming trunks that drip water on the floor.
Sometimes the lifts were slow, were on 16th floor of the 31 storey block.
The location was good for English bars and places to eat out, and not far to walk to the beach which was a dissapointment as Levante beach is rocky once you get in the water.
We would recomend Gemelos 22 to anyone.

We stayed at the Gemelos 22 for the last week in August and the first week in September.
We have been to Benidorm 8 times in the last 3 years and have stayed in apartments for the most part. These apartments are the nicest apartments that we have ever stayed in. We had a one bedroom apartment.
We were on the 17th floor of tower 1 which was great as we had a great view. There was a lovely large bedroom with a huge fitted wardrobe and lots of lights. There was a large lounge with a sofa bed that folded out into a double bed which our 7 year old said was very comfy. There was a small but well fitted kitchen with an oven and hob,microwave and a full fridge freezer. There was a seperate wash room with an ironing board and a washing machine. A lovely bathroom which had lots of lights, a bath with shower. And an open balcony with table and chairs.
We never cooked in the apartment but you could easily cook a meal if you wanted to. The apartment was airconditioned throughout. A really good thing about this apartment is the swimming pools. It has 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. The kids area is really nice. You have to hire your sunbeds for 10 euros a week but they are well worth it as they are so comfortable.
The area is nice and quiet but it is about a 15 minute walk into the main area(square). We will definitely stay at these apartments again in the future.

Excellent well stocked shop 50 metres away, and restaurants are abundant.
Beach only 5 minutes away and the 3 outdoor & 1 indoor swimming pools are brilliant..... Lifeguards always on duty.... Excellent tennis courts on complex and are free...!! 3 spotlessly clean lifts to all levels and secure car parking on-site.
All in all I rate this accommodation as one of the best s/c we have ever stayed in and we will be back here again.
