We Stayed At The Picasso Apts..
In April 2008 And Returned Too Benidorm in November 2008 Although We Didnt Stay in the Apartments As We Simply Couldnt Get Booked We Were Mostly Everday and Night Visting Our Friends Truth and Elsbeth..
We are Returning In July2009 For 2weeks And Staying at The Hotel
Truth and Elsbeth are TWO very Lovely Nice People
Who You Can Always have a Laugh with
And Go Out of There way Too Help You
The Food Is Deliciouse we dont Normally Eat in Our Apartments But We Ate in The Picasso As The Food Was Excelent
Only Downside was The Cream In The Tomatoe Soup
HowEver i Enjoyed It
The Rooms Are Large and Very Cla Restean
If anything Needs Done it Will be Done
and 9/10 They Are Sorted Straight Away ..
Pool Is Cleaned Regulary Every Morning

After reading the reviews we weren't looking forward to our stay at the Picasso, it was our honeymoon so we wanted something special. We found the room to be very spacious and clean the only problem we had was that we had asked for a double bed but got twin beds. We didn't eat in the hotel but did have a look at the menu which was varied and reasonably priced. One of the reviews we read was that the hotel was up a hill which you soon got used to and as it was only 5 minutes walk from the sea front this more than made up for it. Alot of reviews have complained about lack of toilet roll, the room not being cleaned, beds made and towels changed, we weren't expecting this anyway as when you stop in self catering in England this is not done for you so this wasn't a problem. It wasn't a problem that the hotel did not have any entertainment as Benidorm has such a good selection of clubs and pubs.

I have stayed in the Picasso Appts before so I knew they were good. I also knew they had been refurbished recently. I would certainly recommend them to anyone, and have previously over the years. My only greivance was the smoking allowed down at the reception/cafeteria area. As it was the winter season the doors were closed, therefore if you wanted a meal you had to eat with all the smokers choking you. Needless to say I went out when not eating in the appt.Pity as there were a varied menu on offer daily.
The appt was as good as I remembered and I loved the microwave oven added to the kitchen facilities. The staff were all very pleasant. I will definitely visit the Picasso again, summer months. Thanks to the staff.

these apartments are in exellent location. had a great holiday. rooms are big, good sized balcony. bed a bit lumpy but a few beers will make you sleep. these apartments dont need entertainment as theres TOO Much to do else where. clubs, pubs, etc within 10mins. if you go into old town a taxi back only 6 euros.
towels not changed and beds not changed but we knew this when we booked. as for toilet paper ( 4 rolls for 1 euro) not worth moaning about.
The room was clean, bathroom clean, kitchen a good size.

cant fault these apartments the room was big clean and well equiped kitchen fully fitted bathroom good choice of meals and friendly staff will definately go back

Was dreading going after reading reviews but when we got there were amazed how clean spacious well equipped safe and friendly it was.
Our apartment had everything we needed beautifuly tiled and furnished we also had a tv with sky.
There is also a bar and food very cheap from 10am to 8pm two clean swimming pools.
No air conditioning but fan hire is only 6euros would definetly recommend the Picasso apartments. We loved it.

Once we read these reviews we wondered what we had let ourselves in for, but we needn't have bothered.
These apartments were a great location, huge apartments, balcony, very clean.
The only problem was that our room did not get cleaned in the week that we stayed there, and as somebody else had said you only got one toilet roll.
There was no entertainment in the apartments which i saw some people werent happy about, but this did not bother us at all, as thats why you go to Benidorm as there is that much to do, no point in sitting in your apartments all the time.
I would definitely go back to these aparments, and would recommend them.

Arrived at these apartments as was surprised how modern they were especially the kitchen well equiped. Huge balcony it had a full bathroom bedroom was a good size only downside it was not air conditioned but left the balcony doors open at night.
It had 2 pools a bar and also the food looked good.
There was no entertainment in the apartments but we were very central to pubs clubs and restaurants.
I will advise anyone of booking these apartments pack extra toilet rolls or you will need to buy them at the local supermarket as we had only one roll all week! Apart from that we had no problems with the accommadation and yes I would stay there again.

we found it disgusting, cockroches were in our room, beds were dirty and uncomfortable, staff not very friendly childrens pool wasnt suitable for little children it was up to their noses,it was like living above a filthy cafe.Wouldnt go back to the picasso even it was free but I will go back to benidorm.

Just back from staying at the Picasso,we had a great time in Benidorm,but the appartments was basic.
Our only bad points about the place was the beds,they were lumpy and uncomfortable. We never slept the whole week we were there,never again thats all I can say.
