Rooms spotless, clean towels everyday.
Sky news, rooms with street view noisy in morning, moved to room with pool view.
Thompson rep very helpful as were night porters.
Didnt eat in restaurant but food looked nice enough.snacks in bar ok and staff friendly.
Kids entertained several times a day by 2 girls/entertainers.
Need more sunbeds sometimes(space}.
Supermarket & shops 5 mins. Lots of Dutch but all very friendly.
Busy resort but bars quiet,(no music) but many 'discos'for teens+++.
Fantastic beaches & trains down the street(cheap & easy)
would go back to hotel but not the resort.
Try blanes along the coast!!!

The hotel was nice and clean but the rubbish room was overflowing with rubbish and the smell when you opened your room door was horrendous.
The staff were miserable and only one actually ever smiled and made any effort to be nice! We were very surprised that they actually served a 10 and an 8 year old with a full bottle of 12% wine at the bar!!
There was no entertainment for children on the nights apart from on the night we were leaving, and the kids club was a big let down as all that was on offer was for them to watch a d.v.d, however most of the time they screened football instead!
The food in the restaurant was very good.
I would not visit this hotel again.

Although the hotel is self catering, they do cater for you to have breakfast there at a very reasonable rate. Food is available almost any time of day and is of a very good standard.
This was the second year running we came to this aparthotel. The hotel was very clean and cool, rooms were tidy and clean. They had everything you needed and staff in the hotel were very helpful and fun. There was a Dutch rep who ran the entertainment which did start a little late for our 6year old but the flip side was that on the last night when we had a night flight - he had entertainment until almost midnight.
The barbeque evening was great fun and the children

It's a DISGRACE! Bar staff never smile apart from 1.
Swimming pool too small for the amount of people staying.
I expected a pool view and we ended up waking up to a man and in his Y fronts!!!
Served alcohol to 12 year olds.
Entertainment was RUBBISH never put on what was meant to be on.
Got thrown out of room at 10am in the morning sharp when we were leaving at 10pm at night.
Don't recommend this to anyone young or old or families.
