This hotel is very clean inside but the pool area is in need of renovation! It is old grubby and dangerous in places.
I think If you paid full brochure price for this hotel you would be dissapointed. If you want a good located hotel then it is fine but If you have a family and intend to stay around the pool then I wouldn't book here.

Being disabled this was our first visit to this hotel and found all staff very helpful. The room we were given was perfect with two bedrooms and two electric rings plus a fridge and all crockery and kitchen utensil were all in good condition and plenty of them.
The hotel was handy for the beach and all shopping areas were close by with supermarket just below the hotel and pubs and restaurants also nearby. Being self catering we ate out regular and never complained about food as all meals were plentiful and very good and also recommend the vine pub which is just around the corner for their belly buster breakfast.

This was disappointing, had heard such good reviews.
Rooms were basic, cleaned but not clean, equipment missing... accused us of stealing a toaster!
Pool was freezing, its a wonder somebody didn't die of heart failure.
We were given another room whilst waiting for the awful night flight home and picked up fleas from that room.
Could be such a nice place if only someone would spend some money on doing it up!!
Not recommended.

the hotel was lovely and we were very impressed on arrival! the room was very nice but unfortunatley our bed sheets were not changed at all during our two week stay. if they were we failed to notice! but we always had clean towels and the bins were always emptied.
the pool was lovely and always clean.
you could also change your travellers cheques any time on the 24hour reception which was handy!

we found this hotel a really nice place to stay it was clean quiet and in a really good location just down the road was the beach outside was a supermarket also an english supermarket and an excelent english resturant/bar called the vine just around the corner. there was a made service every day 24 hour reception freindly bar staff also a clean spaciouse pool ideal for the kids.up the road to the beach were all the shops wer you could also catch a bus return that took u straight to port aventura must stress dont visit on a saturday took us an hour to get in, weekdays wer fine though. also one thing not mentioned in brochure theres a

The hotel is great, stayed there twice now and going back next year. Very quiet and in a good area with bars and shops next door, also a well equipped supermarket.
