After reading other reports about the Pink Palace we were a bit anxious about going, But so glad we did. There were 18 of us in our party ages between 4 to 70.
When we arrived there was a little mix up regarding the room, but it was dealt with straight away in a very professional manner. It is Orhan the hotel Manager's First season at the Pink Palace and what a nice guy he is . He lives in London 6 months of the year and has his own Resturant in London so I think this has made a great improvement to the hotel regarding the standards. You certainly get value for your money at this hotel. The hot food may be a little repetitive but I am sure this will improve in time. The cold counter was very good. Breakfast was good Omelettes, Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage, plus cereals. There was a selection of Fruit juices, Teas, and a great Nescafe Coffee Machine all day long. The Alcohol was maybe a little weak but perhaps that is a good thing when you can drink it all day long.
We Have been to Turkey 8 times, this is the first time we have done all inclusive and it wont be the last time, as prices have gone up quite a lot this year. Talking to Orhan he did say that next year he will have to put the prices up but only a few pounds.
We will certainly go back to the Pink Palace. We only had a week but it was a very relaxing and enjoyable one. A big THANK YOU to Orhan & All of your staff Gail & Rod

Waste of money going all inclusive, food was very bad and the same over and over again, no taste and hot food was cold, the soup always tasted of potatoes. Food not covered, only in flies. Had no choice but to eat out all the time.
On arrival sheets were damp and only changed once in two weeks, towels were not changed until we asked for clean ones, no toilet rolls supplied unless asked for at reception, but because of flies were very needy. Were asked not to put toilet roll down the toilet, but to put in a bin in the bathroom, but the bin was only emptied once in two weeks. To sit on the toilet, you had to have one leg in the shower, and your arm on the wash basin. It was a room you had to use a lot. Room was cleaned once only in two weeks.
On a hill just outside Hisaronu towards Olu Deniz, on a noisy main road. Not suitable for anyone with walking problems.
Have seen better but not much worse.
Did not see any entertainment in two weeks, the bar was even closed at the end of the first week, and moved to the outside so called dining area.
Would not visit again even if we were paid to go.

We stayed at the Pink Palace Hisoronu, it was fab, ideal place to stay near to the town of Hisoronu.
The food was very basic but edible, if people covered the food after helping themselves it would not be covered in flies like previous complaints.
The room we stayed in was great, it was clean and airy, for Turkey it was one of the best we have stayed in.
We took our aunty with us and she was delighted with the holiday in fact she is looking to go back there.
The staff where non English speaking but where so helpful.
I want to go back this year but unable to get the dates we want, but please try to go there it is really nice, do not be put off by former reviews, I for one will be going back, I hope in June.

Hotel itself was on the top of the main road down to olu deniz, so the location was fine. When we arrived at 4.30am we only got 2 beds and after a discussion with reception they said my daughter could either stay in 1 of our beds with us or have a cot as they didn
