The hotel was very clean and the maid was awsome she cleanded high and low until the room was spotless the pool was very clean and it was very fresh aswell
The food was nice but some nights there was no food for kids.The deserts were lovley too.
The location was good and it is only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach.There is a lot of restraunts round about so it is quite handy.
The hotel staff are really kind and all them like the kids.
The music was a bit old fashioned and they werent a very good singer.
evo is the the best and he owns a very good bar
p.s. Mony is fabulous with he kids.

Absolutely fantastic! Both the Hotel and resort. That fantastic we have booked again for next year for two weeks! Would definitely recommend it. Kids (ages 4 & 8) really loved it too. Hotel spotlessly clean. Pool and pool area very good (shallow end of pool very deep but separate shallow kids pool). Food ok but also cheap enough to eat out with lots of variety. Dining area very nice, as is the reception area. Location of the hotel, we thought, was in the best location. Within easy reach of everything but not too near the noisey bars. Family rooms massive with air conditioning which stays on even when you are out. Hotel staff very good. There was no entertainment as such but the outside bar by the pool had music and sometimes someone singing and playing keyboard which was nice. Both inside and outside bar very good and others close by. We have already booked for 2008 in this hotel but instead of just a week we have booked for 2!!

The rooms were fantastic,air conditioning is the best invention ever and it works in Mena Palace,the hotel was clean,run to a high standard and the staff were very curtious and well mannered and helpful,the location was second to none,and I will definately visit again!
Can I just say that Evo who runs the pub joined to the hotel is a top bloke,he's one of the funniest guys I've met,and I will keep in contact with him!

this is the 3rd time that we have stayed at the hotel, we will be going back again in 2008. the hotel is still very clean,the staff are fantastic,goerge and violet,in the bar and restaurant.The hotel owners are great to.The location is great 5 min walk to the main square.

As this was our first time we were unsure what to expect.
The transfer from the airport took approx 40 mins.
The hotel was sited near supermakets, stalls and has a casino across the road.
The hotel area was well laid out.
Two of the family groups were shown to spacious rooms overlooking the pool, but the other group of two were given a room at the rear , overlooking some tennis courts which had not seen action for some time & perhaps were from the hotel next door?
Rooms were clean and the food was always well prepared, but not a large variety, especially for children.
The entertainment on most evenings was two singers who were good, but yet again there was not a lot for the children!!

Stayed at this hotel last year and we loved it so much we stayed there again this year and maybe even next year ? we love it .
The rooms are massive with two kids running about we needed space and there was plenty of it.
The food was ok for the adult's in our group but not much for the children.
The bar downstairs run by Evo was fantastic. There was an accident within our group and within 2 mins the resident doctor was there offering his help. Danny the dotor and he was fantastic.
The pool was good always got a sunbed, and the baked potatoes that are served at the pool were lovely.
This hotel is great I would recomend it to anyone. rooms cleaned every day. Entertainment not so great but hey you dont go on holiday to stay in your hotel for a fortnight do you?

The location of this hotel is ideal, close for all amenities. Food is ok but mostly geared towards adults but eh there'e always chips on the menu. (soup is very good)
Very clean hotel and all the staff are friendly.
The bar run by Evo is fantastic. His patter is great!
Guaranteed sunbed no matter what time you go to the pool.

We stayed at the Mena Palace again this year and it was fantastic.
The location is great,3 min walk to the beach, and 5 min walk to the main square. The hotel rooms are realy clean.
The food is good, but we had 2 days which we didnt like it very much. but u get that anywhere you go. The staff are friendly and they are always cleaning.
The hotel entertainment was two singers every night, but we went out most nights for walks around the many markets.
The swimming pool is very clean plenty of sun beds. We have booked to go back next year and staying at the same hotel.

This was our first time in Bulgaria and staying in this beautiful hotel has prevented us from trying somewhere different this year.
The hotel is spotless and the staff could not be any friendlier. We thought the food was lovely with a great selection our 11yr old daughter was not keen on many of the main meals, however there is so much choice including a fish counter, salad bar, lovely soup and sweets that she always managed to find something she liked.
The location of this hotel is excellent, the only down side was the poor quality of entertainment the same two singers every night who sang the same songs every night. However there are so many other nice pubs around that it did not matter too much.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone and are returning there in June 07 for our honeymoon!

Great Hotel perfectly situated. Close enough for a five minute stroll to the centre yet far enough away for a perfectly peaceful nights sleep. Cleanest hotel i've ever stayed in, maids visited daily. Food was more than adequate but entertainment not good enough to make you want to stay there for the night. Hotel staff friendly enough, professional but not overbearing.
