Excellent hotel situated near centre of Sunny Beach, only minor issue was not much choice of food for children, and if weather is unsuitable there is not much for the kids to do within the hotel except the driving games. Would recommend though as if food not suitable it is so cheap to eat out anyway.

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at the mena palace hotel, sunny beach.
The cleaniness is superb, and the maids/cleaners excellent.
The location of the hotel is good, but 100metres to book is a lie! Shops next to hotel, and main centre and beach are a 5/10 min walk.
The food is good, however it is repeative and its chicken and pork every night, but all cooked nice and the soup is lovely.
The staff are excellent.
The enetertainment consisted off music, but ive never experiences as such entertainment in bulgaria, there is lots in the resort.
Overall excellent, would visit again for sure.

Overall a great hotel, rooms were a good size, spotlessly clean and serviced every day.
Excellent location, only 5 mins walk from the main areas, but far enough away to get some sleep.
Evening meals were good but breakfasts geared more towards continental.
Staff were very freindly and courteous, the only criticisms I could make are the pool area is quite small so you need to get in early for a sunbed and the entertainment is not worth hanging around for ( but there's plenty nearby).

This is without doubt, one of the very best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.
The location is excellent, just far enough away, so you get peace!
The staff are very nice, and friendly!
and excellent with kids.
The hotel is spotless.
Entertainment is OK, but repeatative.
Truely 5 star hotel.

Hotel Mena Palace is one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
Rooms very spacious,also cleaned daily. Air conditioning on all the time if you leave the fob off your key ring in the socket.
Food ok except the mashed potato. Soup absolutley gorgeous. Could do with another toaster as its very slow & takes forever.
The location was very good,5 mins to the beach and 10 mins to the centre. Entertainment not our cup of tea would rather listen to kareoke even if they were bad singers.
If I went back to Sunny Beach I would definitley stay at the Mena Palace, although there was a bit of building work next to our pool it did not bother us too much.

Nice clean hotel staff friendly.
Excellent pool area food not brilliant but not too bad.
Rooms cleaned daily. Clean towels daily, entertainment a bit on the poor side.

Just returned from brilliant holiday.
This hotel is spotless!! Cleaners everywhere. Fresh towels supplied every day and always hot water for showering.
Food is of a high standard plenty of variety and soup is amazing.
Hotel is in a great location, 5 mins from a first class beach 10 mins from main centre.
Hotel staff are superb always friendly helpful and full of fun.
Entertainment a little repetitive, but loads to do in resort in evening.
This is one of the best holidays we have had, booking for this hotel again for sure. Anyone travelling here have no fears you shall love it! Also place is as cheap as chips!!!

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in the rooms were fantastic, very spacious and bathroom also.
Our rooms were cleaned every day beds made, towels changed etc.
The food in the hotel was just as I expected for Bulgaria don't get me wrong it was fine for the adults but not much choice for the 2 children in our party.
Luckily there was a Macdonalds not too far away so the kids thought that was cool. May I say the soup in the hotel was booootiful.
The location of the hotel was fine away from all the noise off the main strip but easy enough to walk to all the shops. Every where you walk there are stalls, shops, bars, supermarkets etc ( 24 hour supermarket just outside of the hotel ).
The staff at the hotel were polite and pleasant.
Entertainment at the hotel was not really up to much they sang the same songs every night and they never cracked a smile.
I would also recomend the massage to everyone felt like a new women after that.
I would def recommend this hotel to every one we had a fantastic time we will be back next year without a doubt.

This was an excellent hotel rooms were cleaned & towels changed every day.
Staff were friendly & very helpful nothing was a problem to them. Food was edible. Fresh food was brought out all of the time.
Pushchair/wheelchair ramps were very steep. The location of the hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the fabulous beach beach. The entertainment wasn't to my taste but may suit other peoples personal choice.
Truly fabulous holiday would definitely visit this hotel again.

I have got to admit the hotel was the cleanest one I have ever stayed in.
I did not like most of the food that was served as I think they cooked more to the Germans expectations and not English especially for the children.
I did not think the pool was safe at all, the tiles around the edge of the pool were bare they had no ridge. Also the pool was painted blue and every time you climbed out of it the paint was transferred on to your clothes it was about a week in to my holiday when they applied it.
There was a lot of building work going on behind the hotel which we were not warned about, also the ramps all round the hotel were not safe to even walk down.
The entertainment was good if you like the "birdie song" ha ha on repeat!
