Apartments were excellent. We stayed in a two bedroom it had two bathrooms, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board.
The maids cleaned the rooms every day they also tidy up the room as well.
Location was very bad dark and dirty roads and could be very scary at night.
The reps were not much help we booked a trip through them and were left standing on the side of the road after being told there were no room on the coach for us. The reason I would not visit these apartments again because of their location

Our first impression of the apartments were how quiet they were when we arrived no entertainment in the evenings. our rooms were very spacious but looked out to other hotels being built. There were no where enough sun beds for all the guests but pool was a fair size and clean.
Rooms and balconies clean every day but stains still left from last guests. Bedding only changed twice whilst there and we had to ask for that and had to keep going to reception to ask for clean towels.
Hotel staff rude and not much choice of food on the menus.

Tried to look this hotel up on lots of websites with no luck so hope this really helps anyone going soon. The rooms are really large and spacious, the cleaners are really thorough, though beware clean towels every three days, and bed sheets only changed twice in two weeks.
A little bit out of the way up a dirt track road with a gypsy camp next to it(though you get no bother from any of them), but bitten alive as you are amongst a lot of waste ground and trees.
The girl on reception is really good, but as for the ignorant bar staff, you really have to make your own mind up!
The pool area is kept very clean and tidy, but a huge lack of sunbeds, I honestly didn't get one between the four of us in a fortnight, right next to the aqua park, wich is great for the kids(and us adults to get a sun lounger for the day).
Don't worry if you have booked up you will enjoy I'm sure, but will need lazy days on the beach, where you will get sun loungers and a bit of human courtesy in the bars.

These apartments were lovely and spacious with everything you would require, even an iron and ironing board. They seem to have loads of cleaners, a lot of young girls and they always made a good job of our room.
The food in the restaraunt was horrible but if you like chicken and cheese you,ll be fine.
The location of the apartments was terrible, its the first holiday I have been on that I have been scared coming home at night, it is desolate and blacker than black coming home from the main drag in Sunny Beach.
The staff were alright although cannot speak much English at all.
Wot entertainment? There was one girl on the first week of our holiday who drove you nuts, and only catered for the very very young, and just when you thought you,d had all you could take of her she disappeared the second week....thank god, seemingly she,d went elswhere to work without telling anyone!
We would not visit these apartments again due to location and also there was nothing for my 2 boys to do aged 11 and 14, not even a pool table.
Didn,t meet many other people as there was nothing to interact with anyone due to no entertainment.

Very clean staff very unkind needs to learn more English. Take mobile phone no phones in hotel nearest 10min walk through dirt track very scary beggars approach you all the time. Advise to take torch there is no lights round hotel.
Hope you don't need medical attention the hospital disgracefully beware before you book this is the truth.

Just returned from 2 weeks here. The apartment was lovely and very roomy. Towels weren't changed often enough though. A downer to the holiday was the lack of sunbeds in the resort.
What didn't help was people hogging sunbeds and not using them until about 4pm! As with other reviews, the road is very bad but only 5 mins from all bars, restaurants etc.
The staff were mostly friendly but didn't understand English which was hilarious when my partner ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and was given a ham and cheese bap. They don't know what a burger is so beware if you are going there and check with them that you're getting what you ask for.
It's a great place for kids and the entertainment team were fantastic and tried to involve everyone in all their games. I would definitely recommend these apartments and we will definitely return!

Just back from Sun Village. We all had a great time, the only problem being if you are not willing to get up at 6 then you have no chance of getting a sun lounger. Everything else was good and the kids (8 & 10)loved it.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and had such a great time.
As others have reported the hotel is situated away from the beach which was great for us as we hate all the noise of passers by at all hours of the night.
Our apartment was at the rear of the building so very peaceful. The apartment was so lovely, with everything we could possible need to enjoy our stay.
The pool was huge and the kids entertainment during the day was great. Although we don't have children we met a family there that had time to sit and chat with us for ages because the kids were dragged off by the entertainment team for games.
The staff were all very nice but not too good at English, which made for some very funny conversations.
We would definitely go back here. Great time, great place, lovely friendly people. Just a relaxing time all round, with fun if we wanted it.

Just got back from the Sun Village apartments and had a great holiday!
The apartments were lovely. As they are brand new they were still doing minor work on them but didn't find it a problem. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment with a pool view which was huge and very comfortable. We had 2 electric rings, an oven with a grill, toaster, kettle, ironing board and an iron. Maids were in most days.
The apartments have a lovely restaurant/bar serving pretty good meals and snacks.
It's about a 5 minute walk to the market area and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The road leading to the apartments is not good! There are no street lights I would suggest taking a small torch with you as parts of the road along to Sun Village at night is pitch dark.
Staff worked hard and were friendly.
Entertainment was just starting and was mostly geared towards kids. So can't comment much on that as my daughter is 15 which is a bit old for kids clubs.
I would certainly use these apartments again.
