Stayed in 2 bedroom apt with pool view. Beds very clean and comfortable.
Bathroom and en suite were of good standard although floor gets a bit wet from shower. Kitchen well equiped though we didnt use it. Cooker fridge toaster kettle glasses crockery etc. Air conditioning in apts which remains on even when you are out.
Staff very helpful though language barrier can be a problem. Only slightly negative comments are that the apts were slightly dusty due to the newness.
Roads surrounding also not great so a bit uneven and dirty underfoot. Not huge problems.
Can only see that Sun Village will get better all the time once minor teething problems are rectified and would not hesitate to recommend them. Enjoy, we did!

First room we had didnt have air-conditioning so we got moved both rooms had pool view.
The maids weren't very good at their job the floors were always dusty and towels were supposed to be changed everyday but weren't.
Food was nice but not a lot but their is plenty of places to eat anyway within 5 minute walk. Staff couldnt speak a lot of english so was hard if anything went wrong as our boiler stopped working a couple of times.
This is a brand new complex and is lovely and i think all the problems will be sorted out once it gets going. We had a iron ironing board, kettle toaster two rings and oven.
Entertainment was funny we had a parrot show lasted ten minutes as the parrots didnt want to do anything. The entertainers did a good show of bulgarian dancing even though it was raining, and all the songs for kids are in bullgaria but the kids loved it.
I would go back to these apartments as they are near shops restaraunts and 5 minutes to the Aqua Park.
