This was our second visit to the Rialto and we found it to be as good as before.

They have extended the dining room and we found this to be an improvement as there was no problem at all in finding a table.

The lounge area is quite small and the entertainment very limited but Benidorm is renowned for its entertainment anyway.

We would return to this hotel anytime any would certainly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is in a quiet position and a good nights sleep is assured in a very clean hotel.

We found this Hotel to be excellent. It is small and without some of the facilities of the larger Hotels. It more suited to couples without children. The Hotel is used by Spanish people at weekends and we found them to be friendly. The staff are also friendly and the food is excellent. The Hotel was probably as clean as any we have ever stopped in.

The pool is small but adequate and nobody was reserving sunbeds as there were plenty to go round. However, there is very little in the way of shade and it can get very hot in the afternoon.

Unfortunately during our stay a number of rooms were broken into and even though the occupants had hired safes these were opened by the thieves. I don't know what the Hotel could do about that because given the stories we heard at the airport it appeared to be happening all over Benidorm and it will not put us off from going to this Hotel again.

I booked this hotel on the internet and never having been to Benidorm before I was a bit apprehensive, but my fears were instantly quelled on arrival.

The staff were friendly and eager to assist with any problems especially the staff at reception.

The cleanliness was second to none and the breakfasts provided plenty of choice.

I thought the location of the hotel was just right, close to the beach but not in the hustle & bustle.
Being Benidorm the chances of parking in the street were slim but the hotel have a secure car park for

Was recommended this hotel by my parents who had already stayed there twice, knowing how particular my parents are when it comes to cleanliness and food we took their advice, boy am I glad we did, what a gem!

The hotel was spotless in a fantastic location, close enough to all bars etc but located perfectly to enable a good night sleep.

Food was fantastic with so much choice.

Staff were extremely helpful and being it our first time not to book direct and not through a travel agent this was the most straight forward check in etc I have ever encountered.

I would recommend to couples and the more mature not really suitable for children.

If you want excellent value for money I promise you wont go wrong, we have already booked again for March 2007 and April 2007

We stayed for 7 nights from 17-24 December.
The hotel is spotless, the maids clean every day, towels are left and sheets were changed once during our stay. The hotel is heated through out which is lovely in the winter months. The hotel was tastefully refurbished 4 or five years ago and is still in fantastic condition.

The food was good and plentiful,at breakfast there was plenty of choice but we were stighly dissapointed at times with some of the lunches and dinners. I think it`s down to personal taste as the food was all warm and cooked well.If your travelling with children the meals might not be suitable if your children are picky eaters, also the dinning room is very cramped when full.

I would go back to this hotel but would eat out as well.

Group of 25 adults stayed 3 nights over Christmas and had a fabulous time thanks to the wonderful staff who worked so hard, lovely food suitable for everyone, mainly buffet but English Christmas dinner served at table followed by a visit from Father Christmas.

This was the second year some of the group had been and everyone voted it the best value for money ever.

It was two years ago since I last stayed in the Hotel Rialto so in my mind I knew what to expect from this hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights from the 23rd July to the 30th August on a full board basis. The hotel was as clean as ever and not a single problem in that department. The room was also clean.

The hotel food was as great as ever. Salad bar, soups. pasta, pizza, meat, fish and usually with vegetables and potatoes in some form or another. Desserts was fresh fruit, cakes, jelly, tinned fruit and the lovely ice cream machine with various flavours. Freshly baked bread was available and this was warm and yummie.

The selection of drinks and wines were good and the prices have not changed since my first visit.

Breakfast consisted of various cereals, fruit juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, croissants, cakes, biscuits, pastries etc. There was a cooked breakfast too, something that resembles bacon, black pudding, fried eggs scrambled eggs etc.

Sadly the fruit at the pool was no longer being served and this had been replaced with things like pate on a cracker etc.

I find this hotel is in the best location in Benidorm in the Rincon de Loix area. There is a slight hill when you walk back from the beach but id not say its steep. The Beach is less then 5 mins walk. The area where the hotel is quiet. The area known as the square is just over 5 mins walk. So when you leave the square you can return for a quiet sleep.

The hotel staff are friendly in this hotel, There is a few new faces at the hotel amongst the faces of staff I remember. Infact I was remembered by one of them.

The entertainment has improved too. Some of the days they had a entertainment co-ordinater who had just started that week. He arranged games like killer pool, killer darts and some other game that involved throwing wooden discs.

Three nights a week there was bingo, games, karaoke and singing which I found was quite funny.

There was alot of Spanish staying at the hotel and the hotel was full for alot of nights. There was not lot of British people staying there. The Spanish where inviting me to play games all the time too.

I had a great holiday at the Hotel Rialto.

We stayed here for 4 nights half board and when we got to the hotel the dining room had already closed but they had left us a cold plated meal in the dining room complete with a glass of fresh orange as well as bread rolls, apples and pears which was unexpected and a really nice touch.

The staff at this hotel are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and the corridor is carpeted so you hardly hear any noise at night. It is set just far enough back to be really quiet for sleeping. The bedroom we had was fine for 2 but 3 would have been a tight squeeze. The air conditioning was very welcome.

The hotel is quite small by Benidorm standards and this means that the dining room is also small. It can get busy and there is not a lot of room round the buffet but the food more than makes up for this. There is a good choice of cereals at breakfast as well as a cooked english breakfast and also cakes, croissants and biscuits. I did also see some diabetic jam which I have not seen in a hotel before - maybe I just haven't been looking!

There didn't seem to be much entertainment at night but Benidorm has more than enough to make up for this.

I would definately recommend this hotel but not to families as there is not enough to keep children occupied although there is a slide and they get their own section of the pool.

A great holiday in a great hotel.

Nice small hotel. Spotless. Not really suitable for families as it caters more for the older persons.

Only a short walk to the beach and the hill isn't too steep.

No entertainment but plenty elsewhere.

Food was good but again plenty elsewhere.

The hotel is in a fairly quiet location.

Would go back again without hesitation.

The Rialto is at the far end of the new town at the top of a slight incline which was ok for us with a pram but may be a little too much pushing a wheelchair for example.

This is the 2nd time at the Rialto and it is a very good hotel. I could always find something to eat even if it was salad and meat. The only downside is that the evening meal is served at 7.30 which is a little too late with little ones.

Be warned if you want a late room book it early or if you want the shower room book that early. We were out of our room at 12 and left at 2.30 next morning. With a 4 year old. The reception staff were really unhelpful although I asked Christian for the late shower room and got it. The other reception staff couldn't give me a room later than 4.

Benidorm is great especially with little ones. It was very hot at night when we there and the air con was needed. We stuck in a plastic card and left it on when we out as suggested elsewhere on this site.
