If you are going to travel to this hotel ensure that you have a room facing the pool (and higher than the first floor if possible) because that view is much better than the main road!
The hotel was clean in the public areas but the rooms were dated and in need of maintenance - there was one working light and the other had bare wires, my husbands bed was made of slats that had been snapped in half then put back to look like solid slats! And yes he did end up on the floor!.

I would not recommend this hotel. I and my 1 year old were half board and I must say I'm glad we were. Food was horrible and we ate out most of the time.
Room was ok but on arrival found a plug hanging out of wall with bare wires which took them 3 days to fix with two children in the room. My daughter shared a bed with me a spilt blackcurrant juices on the sheets which I strip and put on floor maids re-made bed with dirty sheets putting stained sheets on top of the bed.
Kids disco was great and can not fault that in anyway however in house entertainment I found unacceptable, this was due to people stripping in front of the children down to nothing. It was like being on an 18 to 30`s holiday. During our time here it was mainly families with young children and elderly people so entertainment was not suitable for this age group, however the entertainment brought in from out side was excellent!!!!!!
If you are going to this resort a few tips watch out for the lift doors as they have no sensor on them and do shut on you (got a bent buggy due to this)

It is understood that the hotel recently started to go all inclusive, which was noticeably unpopular by having to queue for long periods to get served at the bar. Particularly annoying for us as we were paying cash but severely frustrating for those on all inclusive, with at times only one member of staff behind the main bar.
The staff was found to be rude and generally unpleasant and the entertainment was poor.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired with the pool area ingrained with dirt and only lightly hosed down once during our week visit. Similarly our room only received a light service with the work surfaces never being wiped.
Our faulty air conditioning was sorted fairly quickly, unfortunately the damaged socket in the bathroom with exposed contacts was not fixed nor was the spring sticking out of my mattress. Although we could see that several new beds were being delivered, they were too late for me.
The food at the hotel was edible but certainly nothing to rave about, except if you like chips. In fact although on half board we opted to eat out one night. Plus the restaurant opening times in the morning were a bit late, especially if like us you were getting picked up early, we had to go outside for breakfast from a local restaurant. In the evening the restaurant similarly could have done with opening slightly earlier.

We stayed at Oasis Park on half board but I wish we had gone s/c as the food was awful.The bacon was half cooked and the scrambled egg would have made great bouncy balls.we hadn't a clue what they had cooked apart from the chicken which was the only thing we recognised.We were told to try the BBQ area in the dining room, which we did.There was this unsmiling chef who gave my hubby a piece of meat no bigger than your two thumbs stuck together.I decided against it as we had no idea what it was and had some mashed potato(my hubby thought it was semolina). there was a poor selection of fresh fruit,melon.peaches,plums,pineapple and grapes.
I felt sorry for families with young children.I am sure they must have survived on chips.
The location was O.K. Pretty central,plenty shops on our street.staff were O.K. Clean towels every day and basic cleaning.entertainment was bearable,the kids loved it.We won't be back.

hotel clean,staff friendly,food could be better.very good location you come out the front of the hotel turn to your left there are lots of shops,bars and eating places.in less than a ten min stroll you are at the beach.entertainment could be better, but kids seem to like it.there is a lack of parasols at pool but one side of the pool is shaded in the afternoon and some trees shading a bit of the other side.but we had a great time and wanted to stay a few more days.

friendly staff,information given was accurate and easy to understand.
hotel food needs more of a choice for children and vegetarians.
the location is a nice distance form the beach and shops.
the hotel enternainment needs more variation especially the childrens as it was the same thing every night.
