We stayed in the Thompson Vivaldi caravans, which were smaller than we thought they were going to be but were very clean and had everthing you needed. Only down side was no clean sheets or towels for the whole 2 weeks, although there are washing facilaties on site.
Would book direct next time.
Food in the restaurant was lovely and well priced. Drinks were quite dear. There are 2 supermarkets on site which are not badly priced.Local staff are very helpful.
The pools were the best i have ever been too. Kids loved them!!
Entertainment was okay, just started too late,10.00pm was when the kids disco started. If i was going self catering i would go back to this site.

The mobile home was clean on arrival. We had ordered linen packs which we presumed would be changed on the second week, they weren't so we laundered them ourselves which was much cheaper. The bus service was amzing, no need to hire a car. The beach was very clean and water much warmer than the 3 pools. There were allerts when heavy rain meant sewerage spilled into the sea, stopping people swimming. However, we had not been told that if you dont have 15kgs or less per person per bag (not allowing the personal allowance to be transferred to anyone else) they fine you 8 euros per kg over. We were stung for over

We were very impressed with our accomodation, the puccini home, although the living area was slightly on the small side for 4 of us, but as we spent more time outside on the decking it didn't matter. The air con was fabulous well worth the extra

What a difference a year makes. After such a fantastic holiday with Siesta at Sangul last year, we had no hesitation in booking up for this year.

We stopped once again in their Deluxe 8 accommodation. After being shown to our accommodation by the reps, we noticed a rather strange device mounted on the wall. I was told that it was a timer for the air-con. The implications didn

Again we thought we would give Keycamp a second chance and booked to go to Sanguli as we enjoy the park but this time we went into one of their VillaNova's and we thought we would book some bedding on the understanding that the bedding would be changed the second week but when my wife approached one of there Reps she was told that the bedding you recieve is for the fortnight and would not be changed (how Disgusting) my wife told the rep and he told us he has to obey what the management say and that he was sorry, so my wife took the bedding to be washed, well after this we have now decided that we will no longer be travelling with Keycamp anymore as i am sure they do not keep there bedding at home on for a fortnight so why expect there guests to do the same. Other than that the fortnight was fantastic as we enjoyed the local restaurants, The Railway and the Queens which both serve great food and the staff are very polite, the only downside to Sanguli is the FLIES around the three Pools it is so bad we did not even bother with them as the beach and the sea are great and a lot warmer than the Pools, it's about time these holiday places followed america's way and put in heated pools its not as though they cannot afford it and if they did away with the grass around the pools they would not get as much flies mine it don't help when you get idiots peeing in the pools we sat in amazement and watched how many people got off there backsides and went into the pool just for a Pee then got back out again and went and sat back down, then its these people that moan when there children come down ill with diseases they have caught from the pools and then they try and blame the management(yeah right)
Apart from that we had a fantastic time once again at Sanguli and the next time we go we will be booking through Sanguli itself as it is rumoured that some of the holiday companies wont be there much longer due to Sanguli demanding there land back of the tour operators for they are expanding and building there new lodges which i must say look far more nicer so well done to Sanguli management and we look forward to visiting the park in the future.

we stayed in a exec 8 lodge, i have nothing bad to say about this site at all, its the best holiday ive had by far. the 3 pools are great and the ampitheatre is mind blowing, location is great because with children you dont get the noise that you would in the town centre, i highly recommend the railway bar just 5mins from the site, its food is brilliant and quite cheap, were going again this september and cant wait. were going in a deluxe 8 for that extra bit of comfort,

First impressions of Sanguli campsite was how crowded it seemed.

After a very short time this impression changed and all we saw was what a lovelly camp it was, so clean and with everything you could want for a fab holiday.

The security at night was very tight, which was fine by us adults, but it meant the kids could not hang out after the entertainment finished as they would be moved on and told to go home.

The three pools were lovely however our teenagers hungered for a slide or spring board in the main oasis pool as they soon got fed up with just jumping in. The slides in the smaller pool were too small for 14 and 15 year olds.

The on site supermarkets and restaurants were great, most of the staff friendly. We were a bit annoyed to find a life guard towards the end of the day throwing our towels in a bin instead of taking them to lost property! Apart from that though it would be difficult to find fault with anything else on site.

You have to be up and out by 9 in the morning if you want a sun bed, and as much as i hate leaving towels, to return later, if you dont join them you will go without.

We travelled through Keycamp and were disappointed with their service once we arrived. I arranged our flights and keycamp arranged the transfers, which went like clockwork.

However when we arrived at the camp, we had to wait 30 mins before a rep showed up to show us to our accommodation.

If we wanted to know anything we had to leave a note on a pad and the rep would come and see us when they got back from wherever, we had no welcome meeting, just an A4 piece of paper with information on it.

We were however invited to a welcome meeting 2 days before we were due to leave! on the odd occassion we needed to ask something we were advised to speak to reception as they did not have the answer.

Siesta (another tour company next door to us) were great and we found ourselves going to them if we needed anything, a truely professional set up in comparison.

We would definitely visit salou again but will probably avoid Keycamp.

This was our first holiday of this type which we went on with our closest friends. Perfect accomodation for a young family such as ours, exec lodges were very clean, in good state of repair and we had a fantastic shaded balcony for us to relax on after a hard days sunbathing.

Three sets of pools on the camp, bottom one surrounded by flies, second one, good slides but freezing, top pool fantastic, only problem you had to be up by 0830 to put your towells down on the sunbeds, I didn't really like this but the alternative was sunbathing on the deck.

Restaurants on the site were found by us to be better than the immediate area ones. I don't like the egg and chip type meals of the brit abroad and the camp meals gave you more variety.

Only two minor down points to this holiday was the entertainment which started too late at 2130 for our children and the fact half the reps seemed more interested in having a good time outside of work to be too interested in what happened at work.

We stayed at Thomsons al fresco in a Rossini accomadation. It was air conditioned, very clean, almost brand new.

Outside decked area with sun loungers /table, chairs parosal bbq everything you could need. Beach, which is brilliant was about 2 mins outside the main campsite entrance.

On site there was everything you could imagine, inc a doctor, masseur, 2 supermarkets, a shop, resturants, snack areas, ampitheatre, 3 pool areas, golf, tennis, football pitch, volleyball, the list goes on.

Staff at Thomson were very good and informative. Food on site was good and the whole site was clean and tidy. We would certainly return again.
