Will say the Palmin was spotless and the staff are OK, as for the food well that

Very clean accommodation. Impressive marble floored entrance.
Food was possibly worst I have ever eaten in Kusadasi where I have visited many times before.
The staff were ok, some very insistent and pushy. Some staff really need to get lessons in basic manners.
The entertainment was abysmal. Entertainers made no effort to involve guests "plebs to them" in the nightly debacle they call entertainment. One particular very loud and brash Turkish female entertainer would not get a job in any decent hotel or resort. Voice like a foghorn, didn

Visited hotel in September for the second time. Hotel is very clean and the food is ok but is a lot cheaper down the town. The location is fine and the staff are lovely but management hate to see you leave the hotel to go anywhere else.
Last year in September the entertainment staff were different and we had a fantastic time with them always up for a laugh from morning to night. This year the entertainment was terrible, different entertainment team, spent more time sitting at the bar than entertaining people. One in particular Tolga was very rude. Because of this we went out every night and made our own entertainment.
The management were not pleased at us spending our money elsewhere. We love kusadasi and will go back but not to the palmin.

Just back from 3rd stay in palmin. It gets better every time if thats possible. The new restaurant with a choice of chinese, mexican and italian menus is a real touch of class. I heard they are opening a new hotel nearby for next year which will also be exclusively for irish people.. If i can drag myself away from palmin i may give it a try.

To say the least the Palmin Hotel has got to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in in my whole life.
Located a short 5 minute walk from Ladies beach (only difficult due to the heat)and the local Dolmus bus arriving at the hotel every 5 minutes makes this hotel an ideal place to stay in.
The first thing that caught my attention when i arrived at the hotel was the friendly,not to mention gorgous staff,always smiling and making you feel constantly comfortable in the surroundings.
The entertainment staff were brilliant although the entertainment at night would be more for adults!
The hotel was very clean. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, plenty of room and to be honest not a complaint to be made.
The food was also excellant with a wide variety to choose from! I would definately recommend BBQ night as the food and entertainment is brilliant!
There are plenty of facilities in the hotel from indoor pools to the gymn. The outdoor pool is great with the slides and the pure happy Irish atmosphere.
The only thing I would say about the management is the fact that they do not like, under no conditions, you leaving the hotel...they want you to eat,drink and stay in the place 24/7! This is annoying as they are constantly watching who is coming and going!
Food and drink prices in the hotel are very cheap compare to here although you can get cheaper in Kusadasi itself!
To be honest I cried leaving the Palmin...I made really good friends with all the staff...Oscer(with the hate) Kasim the barman, Serat and Tufan..not to mention Bullent and Tallguy the entertainer,who are all wonderfull people who I will never forget.
I would definately recommend the hotel and I hope to return next year!!

My boyfriend and I visited La Palmin this summer on arriving at the hotel we were gobsmacked by how run down the outskirts of Kusadasi were, but then to arrive at such a fab hotel was great.
The food was beautiful a bit dearer then outside the hotel though....the waiters could not do enough for us we really felt like royalty.
The entertainment in the night wasn't great. The night of the barbeque was brill perhaps they should have more entertainment like that....definitely consider returing a fab hotel.....

The reason we decided to stay in this hotel was because of all the ammenities it boasted in the brochure. If we knew you have to pay for practically everything at double the price we never would have stayed in it. We all thought this hotel was a complete rip off. You werent allowed to bring food or drink in that you bought outside the hotel. The management even went as far as to have a security guard at the main entrance to watch out for this. I thought the staff we extremley rude at times. We had friends staying at a different hotel and we actually spent more time at their hotel as the staff we far more friendly and fun. The only thing good that I can say about the Palmin Hotel is that it is spotless clean. I would definatley not go near the place again.

The hotel was very clean, with friendly staff. The rooms were good, not too impressed with the smell from the water in the toilet (Due to the sulpher in the water, rather than anything else), so maybe an air freshner would have helped. The sheets were rough though - not too good when you have sunburn. The Pool was always clean and not over chlorinated - the water slides were good fun, but there were a couple of rough spots if you were going down fast.
The food in the hotel was generally good but occasionally you could taste whatever the vegetables had been washed in. Fairly good service, there was a bit of confusion a few times as we were a large party and everything would get placed onto one bill, stand your ground and they would sort everything out for you.
The staff were friendly, espcially the lads sorting out the sunbeds etc - they would try to push the hotel entertainment/themed nights onto you though.
Location was pretty good - fairly close to the beach and town, although we did see people passed out in the olive grove across the way... Probably people avoiding drink driving but as a first impression it wasn't the best.

came all the way from england to stay at the palmin went with irish family.loved every munite of it.staff were great pool great room great. cant wait for next year.
