The hotel was extremely comfortable and very clean. The majority of the staff were welcoming and courteous at all times. Our favourite was Oskar, who wore the baseball cap - he was consistently polite and charming. The hotel was very over - priced, which was a real pity because we often felt like criminals having to sneak things in! The kids loved the swimming pools which were extremely clean and we had great fun in them. The entertainment however needs a lot more consideration - it was tacky and boring. There was nothing about the entertainment which made you want to stay and have a few drinks. Also, the supposed ' entertainment staff ' were anything but enjoyable. We found them to be roude and arrogant, lets hope they change for next year!!

the hotel is fab, i could not of asked for a better place to stay in! the staff could not be more helpful, or well mannered! this was my 2nd time staying in the Palmin hotel and i just love it there! the pool is lovely and the gym and indoor pool is all so just perfect! i will be going back in September and again i will stay for 2weeks and again i will cry going home! i would like to thank ALL the staff for making my stay in the Palmin Hotel even more enjoyable, Thank you x

This has been my 6th time staying at the Palmin Hotel and i can honestly say that the standard of both the hotel and staff has not changed since the day it opened, they were warm and friendly and very accomadating no matter what the problem.Food was fantastic and i just love the location of the hotel, its in a very peaceful setting yet, only 10 minutes away from the hubbub of Kusadasi, where it all happens.
I would like to thank the staff of the Palmin for another great holiday. See you all in September. x x

This is my 3rd year staying at the Palmin. I go every year in May and September. The hotel itself is fantastic The day staff are so friendly and the night staff are so good nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is great only 10mins.from Kusadasi. I am so looking forward to going back in Sept. A big thank you to all the staff for a fantastic stay in the palmin xxxxxxxx

We stayed in this jail like hotel in May and despite it being a gorgeous building with fantastic facilities and many gorgeous and helpful turkish staff; the freedom to spend your money how you wish, leaves you as soon as you arrive.
You are constantly watched to see if you leave the hotel at meal times and there is the implicit prospect/threat of a "bag search" on your return with an unctious sign outside the front door forbidding you from bringing anything into the hotel - under the guise of International Hotel Law. What the hell is that ?
The aloof, arrogant, abrasive, obnoxious and rude Manager issues a customer feedback questionnaire (without identifying himself by name to the plebs visiting from his Irish Homeland) at the end of your stay asking for comments.
But from his general demeanour and style of management, one suspects he uses the results as loo paper.
This is not a hotel with an Irish C

Our Third Visit to Palmin in as many years.
Recommended to anyone seriously looking for a classy and comfortable resort hotel.
It is located slightly outside the town (1-2 Km) but with panaoramic views of the surrounding hills and town and the local mosque (whose minorets light up blue at night); it is impossible to fault. Especially seeing as the dolmus gets you anywhere for couple of cent and Ladies Beach is but a five minute walk.
The continued standards of the rooms, the cleanliness, the food and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and the quality of all the facilities are an absolute credit to those responsible.
The Dolmus (cheap shared taxi) stops outside the hotel every 5 minutes for those who can bear to leave the hotel for some souvenir shopping or the "charms" of bar street - where the hotel owners reputedly own the best bar in town.
As we were there very early in the Season, it would be most unfair to judge the performance of the entertainment team as being representative of what it will be like later in the season. But they seemed a really friendly and lively crew and will probably provide lots of laughs when the resort gets busy during the hot summer ahead
The quality of food in this hotel continues to amaze with fine authentic tasting Chinese and Mexican menus now added to the already huge choice available previously. One would not suffer at all - financially or otherwise - if one were to eat in the Palmin every night!!
This hotel in my opinion is presently the best on offer to the Irish Customer through Sunworld

The hotel was very clean I can't fault them on that but I think this is the only thing.As soon as I walked into this hotel I should have just handed over my purse maybe then they wouldn't have hassled me so much why well it was like the staff and been brainwashed into asking when are you buying tickets for this night or this night and if you don't want to join in on the entertainment why where are you going.
And as for the Manager Ronan well I have never met anyone so stuck up in all my life he loves himself.
And as for this rule of not bringing any food or drinks into the hotel well then lower your prices there crazy.
They also hate it when you go out and eat well

We will shortly visit this hotel for a third occasion but really only enjoy the standard of the accomodation which is extremely comfortable.
The management - particularily the diminutive but monstrously bad-mannered Ronan - have public relations policies more akin to Colditz than to a hotel seeking custom.
The constant pressure of staff beleaguring you to buy tickets or taking offense because you do not spend all your money in the hotel is tiring. The signs forbidding you to do this that and the other are apalling.
You are not allowed to have friends from other hotels visit you and beware of trying to meet proprietors/staff of other businesses. They will not gain entry. Also do not even try to bring a bottle of water purchased elsewhere through their grand doors
Some dubious International Hotel Law and Greed is at the root of their guest policies and is losing them business particularily in food and drink where their profits are made. But they seem to be too thick to realise this.
Most customers do not have enough goodwill now to eat or drink in the hotel and bale out in the evening to enjoy life on the outside.
Use the hotel as an extremely comfortable and well facilitated base to visit the lovely varied restaurants on Ladies Beach and in the town. The Dolmus stops right outside and the Sunworld Rep is always available - though she does not dare challenge the management on their policies.
If you are extremely sensitive to bad marketing - stay away from the Palmin. Otherwise, do like us and use their facilities without pangs of conscience.

the palmin hotel was the best hotel ive ever stayed in in my whole life...the hotel is absulutly fantastic, like a palace!the entertainment was just brillient, the entertainers were some laugh and really friendly, always talking to us and getting everyone involved in everything, you wouldnt have to go outside the hotel much as there was always something going on in there! they were even askin us for our email addresses when we were leavin as we really made friends with them!
