The beach is about 5 minutes walk away. The beach is pebbles, and if you want a lounger and umbrella you have to buy a drink from the bar or restaurant it belongs to.

Calis is a lovely area of turkey, there is a taxi boat taking you to fethiye which is a lovely trip, it takes approx 30mins and costs 4tl per person. I would advise this trip.

Without a doubt I would return to this area again, however would consider looking into different hotels in the area.

Calis Beach has plenty of relaxing places to shop and eat. Laid back not too crowded and not too loud - great for kids. I am very picky and hate filth BUT Calis Beach is wonderfully clean and so friendly. My 1 year old and 4 year old were kept well entertained with parks (free) and boat taxis over the bay to Fethiye. The beach looks stunning BUT it is not sand (pebbles) and the sea was a little rough for very young ones. However. my two still enjoyed themselves. Great sunsets. This was my first visit to Turkey and I fell in love with the kind people and wonderful scenery. Am going back to Turkey next year!!!

Calis Beach is really lovely place with great sunsets and very friendly residents. There isnt agreat deal of things to do at night here except eating and drinking, but Fetiye town is just a short way away and olideniz is only a short ride from there. The beach is really close and is lined with restaurants and bars,

Lovely small resort with copious amounts of restuarants and bars. Not a great deal in the way of shopping, couple jewellers shops etc. This is an ideal resort if you want a laid back holiday with good food, beautiful sunsets and fantastic people.

The seafront i lined with places for eating and drinkings where you can chill and watch the sun fo down.

The Nil bar on the seafront is fantastic, at first glance it appears to be all ex pat locals but dont dismiss it. We first went to it last year (08) when we were briefly in callis house hunting and decided this year to go back in, we werent disappointed as it is fantastic value for money. Run by Angel and her husband which a crew of very very efficient and delightful staff who learn your name on the first visit and never forget it makes this bar one of the best in callis. Hope to see you all again soon !!!!

The resort is a nice place, i couldnt describe it any other way. There are lots of beautiful places to eat and the sunset is amazing. We did find they charged whatever prices they see fit for drinks, which were very expensive.

The people are welcoming but a little annoying after a day or two.

All in all, not a very good holiday destination!!

The beach is only across the pavement and there are plenty of sunbeds. We found it best to walk to either side of the beach, the sunbeds are free, and they only expect you to buy a drink or two, and you can stay there all day.
The restaurants we ate at were excellent, they were the Sat restaurant at the end of the beach, Georges chinese restaurant, where the turkish food was first class, and the Magri restaurant in Fethiye.
I would recommend a Turkish bath, and the final day trip to Dalyan and the mud baths is a must

Calis Beach is a lovely area to have a holiday, near enough to be able to visit Fethiye, Olu Deniz and other neighbouring area by Dolmus (bus service) or water taxi.

We stayed in Callis beech Turkey and cannot recomend it enough. It is a quiet resort but there are plently of things to do and loads of restaurants and bars.

We ate out most nights and 2 restaurants that we had lovely meals in were Georges and Berk.

If you like to have a relaxing drink by the sea then the Bus Stop music bar is a brilliant opportunity to do this. The staff were brilliant and they also have a roof top terrace restaurant.

We did a last day excursion which was the Dalyan Check out and cannot recomend it enough you get to go and see all different sights including the tombs and you get to go in the mud baths & sulpher pool. The trip included a 3 course lunch, after the trip we went back to a hotel and had access to a private room to shower and get stuff out of our suitcases, We also had tea in the hotel. Then we were taken to the airport which was around 15 minutes away.

We will definately be returning to callis beach.
