we found the faber to be a nice set of apartments if you get one of the thirty best rooms the others are not of the same standard were put in one over the pool bar and after 3 days moved to a better room .the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired maids to busy making swans to do any real cleaning.if you are going make sure you get a room on 1st/2nd/3rd floors.

Having visited Icemeler for our summer holidays for the past 3 years we had passed the Faber on many occasions.This year we managed to spend the most fantastic two weeks I think I have ever had abroad after staying in the Faber.
The apartments are second to none,spotlessly clean and well presented.The pool was fantastic with fountains,jaccusi and plenty really comfy sunbeds around the pool.Although we were self catering we did eat lunch & snacks most days at the pool and found them to be always excellent and good value for money.Also we did have our dinner a few times when we could not be bothered goin out and every time we recieved a first class meal and service.
The hotel is situated in the old town but is in a fantastic location with bars and restuarants aplenty and only a 10 - 15 mins walk to the front.
The staff at the hotel,well what can I say, Lee & Umit who just made our time the best ever.Nothing was ever to much trouble and they just made our stay that extra bit special.
As regards entertainment,during the day there was the usual mix of music round the pooll and there is a weekly Turkish night that was great value for money.
I can say that ive been many places over the years but our stay in the Faber was one of the best ever and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is small and as a result you get the opportunity to get to know the other residents quite well. The pool is reknowned for being the 'best' in the area and to be perfectly honest, compared to others we saw, it certainly was. It has banana trees around it and a little pool for smaller children.
Although we were self catering, we did eat at the restaruant daily and the food was excellent with a wide range that the children could also choose from.
The staff were absolutely fantastic and we could not fault them. They played with the children most of the day if we stayed at the apartment and were extremely friendly and welcoming to us. The entertainment on the nights we stayed at the hotel was fantastic and we were allowed and encouraged to make our own entertainment with the support from the staff. My sister dressed up as a belly dancer one night which the staff supported, it was a hilarious night.
Our first week was exceedingly hot, too hot to actually venture out of the complex, the staff recognised this and were extremely attentive to us because of this. Overall this holiday got full marks and then some.

What a lovely set of aparments.
The owner was wonderful.
Would stay again in these apartments.
Excellent location and friendly staff.
Cleaned every day and had a different layout of towels everyday.
Would recommend these apartments to anyone.
The pool has a jacuzzi which is nice to sit in on an afternoon.

This self catering apartment was excellent. It is only a short walk to restaurants and sea. Hotel staff were friendly but in short supply when we went as it was the end of the season and not many rooms were occupied. Entertainment was nil (same reason as above).
We would definitely visit this hotel again. We were not put off by the lack of entertainment and staff because we wanted a quiet holiday and that is what we got.

The faber apart is brilliant and is so clean and the staff are really friendly.
The location is very good too you are not far away from the centre of icmeler and it is so relaxin during the day.
The entertainment is not the best I've seen but they do a Turkish night every week.
I would go back to this apart.
