It was my first time in Turkey and I had a great time. A beautiful country - more importantly the people were friendly - Memo, Jay Jay, Jim, Yilmaz, and Ummahan were all lovely.
A very clean place - somewhat like Poltergeists the cleaners had an array of towel arrangments!! they would often decorate the bed with an array of petals. stunning! considering the basics in the room you really need little. I spent most of my time by the pool enjoying the entertainment - and relaxing.
A visit to the turkish baths is a must for your tan, get your nails and hair done too at the salon. Blokes you can have a turkish shave!
I really didnt want to leave and fell totally in love with the place.

We stayed at the Grand Aquarium and thought the Hotel, scenery and staff were fantastic, My partner Ade had broken his collar bone the week before we flew out to turkey and I was really worried, but I needn't have worried because the holiday was soooo relaxing. After the first week Ade had soon recovered enough to join in with all of the pool games!!
My daughter Ashley fell in love with Jay-Jay and followed him around for the whole fortnight we were there.
Nemo you do a fantastic job and look forward to seeing you all again in the near future, keep up the good work and all of the energetic dancing - the pool songs are just great.

We stayed at the Grand Aquarium in August 04. We had never been to Turkey before and my boyfriend needed a bit of persuading! When we got there we didn't want to come home!
The hotel is great and the entertainment boys were fantastic! I'm desperate to go back and hopefully we will soon!

Travelled to the Grand Aquarium with my husband and 2 children aged 16 for 2 weeks. The complex was very well maintained and very clean. It has a large swimming pool with water slide (which only operates twice a day) plenty of sun beds around the pool. I was very disappointed with the 1 bedroom apartment, although it was very clean it was the smallest apartment we have ever stayed in. There was not enough space to hang your clothes for 2 weeks my husband lived out of his suitcase, it felt extremely cramped for 4 people. The two bedroomed apartments were lovely, very spacious. I would definately recommend you pay extra for the air conditioning (

I went to Turkey last year for the first time and I thoroughly loved it. There was nothing I would have changed. Everyone was so friendly and it was really cheap out there!
All the entertainers (especially Jay jay, Cem, Gary and Nemo) were absolutely wonderful they really knew how to make everyone

Rooms very small for families. Cooking is very hard as not much space.
Hotel room kept very clean by staff.
Food is not the best but you are on holiday.
Location is to far from centre unless you like 2o mins walk in the burning sun.
Entertainment for younger children non existant, when asked member of entertainment staff was told that she had left and not been replaced this year
As for visiting hotel again no thanks (also they allow glasses round pool area which is a big no, no in any form of life)

Disappointed. Have never been expected to pay for toilet rolls, no pads for sunbeds, air conditioning placed in lounge so no air in bedroom. I spent holiday on mattress in lounge!! Not what I expect from a 4*!

The holiday was ok but it was really hot.

Well ive bin to turkey 4 times now and i havnt bin to a place like Grand Aquarium its brilliant,the people in the hotel are so friendly and always happy to talk to you,the rooms you stay in are a good size,the pool side is always tidy and clean.The staff are great.The enternament is out of this world always dancing or playin games its just a great place to stay but i think its for familys mostly not young adults.Big hands up for Ado,Arnold,JJ,Jim

we had such a great holiday here,appartments are of decent size with a lovley pool area with waterslide which was running from 10.30-1100 and 2.30 to 300.there was always plenty of sunbeds and the entertainment was really good with especially ado who we will all miss.the hotel was run on a band basis where you put money on it and the cost of items was deducted off it great for children.would love to go back again everyone was so friendly.do not go to the awsomejohn night he is rubbish
