The locals do like their dogs but it waould have been nice if all locals clearerd the dog mess up. But after saying that all in all it was a very clean place.
The beaches was very clean and we did see lots of bins for rubbish.
The locals we found to be very nice and helpful I bought a jacket from one of the many shops and the lady made sure it fitted by doing small alterations free of charge.
The only draw back from the 2weeks stay was having to come home.

The resort of Santa Eulalia is beautiful and has a lot to offer. There are two main areas to eat, the marina ( which is more pricey ) and restaurant street. There is something to suit everyones taste. I would recommend Bistro T Lautrec for service. Ask for Paco he is an amazing spanish guy. On average a meal for 4 including drinks costs between 65 - 90 Euros. Check the menu before going in! The walk into either of the eating areas takes about 10 mins and isnt unpleasant. Also check out Mangos, turn right out of the apartments and keep going, the view, food and drink is worth it!

This was our first visit to Santa Eulalia, having visited San Antonio Bay and Port des Torrent previously, in 2005.

Compared to the other two resorts, we thought Santa Eulalia was excellent, and would defintiely go back there, and recommend it to others.

The resort is clearly geared towards families and \'older\' people - in that, I mean don\'t go to Santa Eulalia if you are expecting a clubbing resort like San Antonio. It just has a very relaxed atmosphere.

There are loads of bars, cafe\'s and restaurants to visit - and the bars are very relaxed, not the kind of bars you might expect at the likes of San Antonio.

There are also lots of shops - not just typical souvenir shops, but ...
stores and supermarkets, etc.

There are two main beaches in Santa Eulalia - Santa Eulalia beach which deosn\'t have any sunloungers on it, and Playa Del Rio, which is directly outside the Hotel Riomar where we stayed. This beach does have sunloungers for use, at a cost of 3.50 euors/day. Both beaches were very clean, and were regularly serviced to keep the seaweed clear, etc.

There is a long promenade which goes from Mariners bar just past the Hotel Riomar, right along to the harbour/marine. From one end to the other its about a 30 minute walk, but not a tiring walk.

The harbour/marina is also very nice, with lots of bars. cafes and restaurants, and some fantastic boats/yachts to look at.

There is also a rver which runs up the side of Mariners bar, which has a bridge over it, and a small play park for children. the river is full of fish and ducks, and its great to take some bread up to feed them.

Also, go to the Hippy Market at Es Cana on a wednesday -its an experience!!

So Overall, we loved the resort, and would defintiely go back.

Snta Eulalia is a beautiful resort. Lovely promenade to walk along. Bars and restaurants all along many with live bands. Not at all your lager louts and karaoke bars. This is more for families and couples.
Beach is lovely although beach near marina has no sun beds.

The entertainment staff, Toni and the girls did a great job and worked really hard - volleyball, table tenis football, basketball, darts. Not much going on at night, mini disco for the kids, but as our kids are older we strolled to the town and returned for last hour at hotel.
The beach was lovely, would recommend going to the beach further in in the town as you can hire sunbeds and brollies and there are watersports
We visited Ibiza town - 7 euros from bus station - really busy, buzzing with loads of bars and shops.
Had a great time and lucky you if you have booked to go - You will have a brill holiday

This resort is very clean and has a long prom which is flat and has many bars and restaurants all along it.
There are a couple of music bars but mainly it is a more relaxed resort. The sandy beach is cleaned regularly.
There are plenty of shops (especially shoe shops) in the centre of the resort.
Water taxis are available to take you to nearby resorts and also to Ibiza Town and Formentera at a reasonable rate.
This is not the place for night clubbers but very nice if you want to relax in pleasant surroundings.

The beaches are beautiful and clean though none within 5 minutes walk of the complex. Mangos was a great place to chill and enjoy a late night drink. We used buses to visit Ibiza town, Es Cana and St Antonio and found them to be clean, reasonably priced and for the most part reliable. The only down side was that except for Es Cana all other buses have to be boarded from the town bus depot, meaning a 30-40 min walk or taxi (5-6 euro). Plenty of bars with evening entertainment/music. My only dislike of this resort was that dog mess was not cleaned up on paths, otherwise excellent.

The resort is very clean and friendly, There is a bar a little stroll from the hotel called the Marina that have got tribute shows every night, we saw a couple and enjoyed them, just keep an eye on what you order, as there were a few mix ups, you order with a waiter on computer at the table, another waiter brings the drinks, and you pay at the end of the night

We have biased view of St Eulalia as we have been there 14 times and keep returning. It is not a custom built resort but is a working Spanish town that is a holiday resort. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with a reserved but enjoyable atmosphere. Don\'t miss the pedestrianised restaurant street that runs parallel to the main street. No clubbers or lager louts here. There is a beautiful marina with restaurants and bars.
There are plenty of walks in the town and it is also possible to walk over the cliffs to Es Cana with a stop at each of the many beach bars on the way.
St Eulalia is more up market and a tad more expensive than Es Cana. It is also much nicer

The resort is ideal for families with fantastic beaches (with a life guard), and a friendly atmosphere throughout. The entertainment is based around relaxing in restaurants with the odd live singer and strolling along the and promenade, rather than lively night clubs and British pubs.
We favoured the beach promenade of restaurants for slightly more value for money than the \'street of restaurants\' in the town. We would recommend the Mar y Sol for some enjoyable meals and Ice Age for good priced drinks and fabulous home made ice cream, owned by a lovely, young and friendly Spanish couple.

This is an excellent daytime family resort providing an excellent beach clean sandy beach (gently shelving) and access to others close by by bus, taxi or boat. The river walk provides a change of scenery and the children do love feeding the ducks and fish.
If you are looking for more lively nightlife then you will have to travel elsewhere as Santa Eulalia is more low key, restaurant based with the possible exception of Mariners bar at the far end of the resort with some higher quality club entertainers. Maybe there is more in high season.
The lovely promenade is occasionally ruined by the dog poo, but it does seem to be cleaned daily.

Busy working town that also relies on the tourist population to provide employment. Not the pretiests towns but certainly has all the amenities and is prety much self contained. The resort itself is fairly quiet and laid back, only one or two bars with any music apart from the occassional tribute act from time to time.Lovely marina with some stunning yachts. Two beaches, both of which are suitable for bathing. The promedade is nice for a stroll, where the world and quite literally his dog, walk out morning and night;mind the poop;it\'s everywhere.

Lots of good shops and bars for food and drink. Marina great to look around the lovely boats. There are two little trains to catch to tour about. The red one is brilliant and is outside the town hall at 10am, 12pm and 3pm.The other is outside some hotels near the Marina with a sign of Thomas the Tank engine as a pick up point.
Good sand on the main beach area and plenty of places for drink and food.

Excellent resort.

A Spanish working town first that caters for holiday makers second. Has all the shops, bars and infrastructure you will need with a brilliant beach and promenade yet small and compact. The street of eateries is wonderful.

A must for families and couples. Clubheads need not apply!

Loved the resort of Santa Eulalia, it is a working town first and resort second. When you sit in the bars and cafe\'s (away from the seafront), you are mingling with the locals. It\'s a very safe resort, not somewhere where the young one\'s go. We were half board in the hotel so we didn\'t eat out but you are spoilt for choice of where to eat out. We used to go in Bar Royalty, and Click bar for a drink, and Sandys bar does an excellent Mojito! We found a lovely local bakery as well for our ensimadas! It\'s great walking round the marina and looking at all the big boats, another nice bar which overlooks the marina is ...
Liquido. We did the land train which is worth doing. A 3hr trip into the countryside and a couple of local beaches. We loved this resort and what makes it is the fact that it\'s a busy working town and it was a great place for me to practice my spanish, yes we would return again.

Santa Eulalia appears to be a wealthy type of resort attracting people who own gorgeous boats. The harbour area is lovely to walk around just to check out the yachts and sailing boats and dream of winning the lottery. The bars and restaurants around the harbour are quite pricey and appeared to be very popular with the locals. One bar we went in charged 8 euros for a small beer and small coke (4 euros each!)
Ice cream shops sell loads of different flavours so it\'s difficult to choose!
The shops are great if you\'re a shopping fan with lots of shoe shops. The market is lovely too but we only saw it on one day we were there.
The beach is glorious. ...
White sand and clear blue sea. The promenade all across the beach is spotlessly clean.
I would definitely visit Santa Eulalia again if I were to return to Ibiza.

The Resort was kept very clean

Entertainment see comments above

The beaches were lovely and only a 10 min nice walk away .the hill is rather a slope and doesnt take long at all to walk up

The resort of Santa Eulalia is beautiful and instead of staying in the hotel complex it it worth a visit.

As regards to hotel if you have kids and can afford a little extra to go to a Holiday Village.
