well where do i start. I wish i was still there, we had a fantastic time. the hotel was very clean and the hotel room was very spacious. My children even had they own bedroom. The food was good. something for everyone every night even if you are very fussy. there was always a big selection of salad. They also did themed nights for the food. The pool area better than expected. we expected one pool plus a kiddies paddling pool. very much mistaken. there were two kiddies paddling pools one wich had mushroom water fountains and slides. they the other pools were big and spacious. with plenty of sun beds and umberellas. the only down side was the entertainment very amerterish. but the coctails were great ( sex on the beach, blue lagoon and green godess ) come highly recommended. would def go back nect year but for two weeks instaed of one

the sun palace should be re-named the "fun palace" what an excellent 2 weeks we had there!!!
the hotel is very clean and the pool and grounds are immaculate also!
the restaruant is a buffet option,with plenty of choice eachday! eachnight the restaraunt has a different theme i.e. chinese,greek,mexican,italian which are not the best quality but tasty enough!!
the hotels entertainment team are the very best ive seen on my travels! raluka,zollo,lazlo,neno are the most energetic,hard working and fun to be with people!!! they make the sun palace what it is! fantastic!!! the hotel management are very lucky to have them on board!!
we met some wonderful families there who made our holiday special powells from newcastle,fitzmaurices from reading,thomas's from sheffield,metcalfs from newcastle also!! thanks for a great time!!

Just returned after a great two weeks. Fab weather in the 40's at times.

Close enough if you want to walk into town to party but far enough not to hear the noise. If you only take one excursion, go to sofias across the road and book for Lindos by boat, what a great day out.

Make the effort to walk up to see the Acroppolis, the views from the top will stay with me for ever. An absolutley beautiful bay would have liked to spend alot more time there.

Also the waterpark is a great day out, make sure to wear a life jacket or grab a ring if you go in the wave pool, three of us adults, and good swimmers, got into great difficulty and had to grab some poor women in her ring to help us catch our breaths. Daytime entertainment at the hotel is great,water basketball, water polo, water volleyball, darts, table tennis, football, boules, but the main star for us and many others has to be Zollo, a great all rounder, great fun with the kids, a good laugh with the guys and a terrible flirt with the ladies who love it, but all in good taste. Talk to me!

Rooms were of a good size, we did have a few problems with one of the four rooms we had , which unfortunatley didn't get sorted for the whole two weeks we were there, only when we had left the rooms and saw the new arrivals go to the room did we see the workmen sorting the problem!

Overall I think I could say say the Zollo made this holiday for us and if we could pack him up and take him as our animation rep on all our furture holidays, we would be guarenteed a great time. I don't believe the hotel management realize what a great catch they have, this bloke makes the Sun Palace what it is. Enjoy!

I have recently returned from the sun palace hotel and things have never been the same since.
the hotel was very clean and the rooms were great too
the animation team were so friendly and brought alot of excitment and fun to the hotel expecailly zolo :D
the food was average but im sure i could but up with it.day life and night life was absolutly amazing planning to go back next year as i had such and amazing time.
would have to say the hotel is suitable for all ranges.

The hotel was kept very clean and the reception area airconditioned andcleaned daily with a lovely waterfall and plenty of sofas to sit on. The room we stayed in had 2 rooms with 5 beds in (we thought we booked a 5 bedded room - but the put up bed was put in after). There was plenty of hanging space for all our clothes (which was brill - best ever). Our bed (double) the mattress looked brand new, but was very hard. I think we were in the rooms that had not been modernised yet. The cleaners were not brill, I think they only cleaned the toilet once, when we were there. I certainly do not think they cleaned the floors, I cannot remember seeing the cleaners with a broom. The swimming pool was really good, and the man around the pool excellent that was kept very clean all the time. He was always picking up plastic cups and generally tidying up. The restaurant was also very clean and kept lovely. The head waitor always finding us a table for 9 (which isnt always easy). The staff in the restaurant were vey nice as well. The food was nice and I have been to several A.I. and found this probably to be the best food. All food when you go to A.I. is repititive but isn't your food at home like that too!!!!! Ice cream I found especially deliciouos. Drinks were very good to , first time I have been to a hotel that has had there own version of malibu, brilliant. Malibu and pineapple every night, what else can a girl ask for. The entertainment team worked really hard with at least one of them meeting you when you go in for breakfast and seeing you off to bed in the evening. Hello to you all, you helped to make it a brill holiday. Missing water keep fit, and volleyball. I have never done these on holiday before, it was great fun with Rivolka and the rest of the gang. Did think that the hotel should have had entertainment acts coming in from outside instead of it being left to the team every night. Especially having 2 karoki nights in the 2 weeks we were there. Went on 2 trips, Lindos by boat, had a brill day, although it was very hot. Went to the waterpark, found that tiring as rides on 3 levels, and no train working but had a good day nevertheless. Any other questions? Oh and yes would definelty go back.

I loved this hotel i actually cried when i had to leave, the hotel was clean, i can only fault the food, it was nice, and the staff ate the same food, which means there is nothing wrong with it, but it was a bit repetetitive and only a small amount to choose from, but it was nice. I Can't fault the entertainment, for the little amout of props they made a fantastic show every nice, always getting you involved! I am only 12 and loved everything about the hotel. i wish i could live there to be honest! I Recommend it!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Hotel staff were excellent and rooms cleaned daily. The pool attendant was non stop cleaning and tidying. Food was good but after two weeks a little repetetive. The entertainment staff worked their socks off. Zollo, Runuks and Laszlo in particular. Overall an excellent holiday.

Sun Palace hotel was absolutely fantastic for entertainment both throughout the day and on an evening. All the staff where extremely helpful and the catering staff tried their best to cater for our son who has allergies. if this hotel was in a different country i would definately visit again as faliraki is a bit boring for families with young children.

stayed at sun palace for two weeks,well what a fantastic time we had,met up with family from middlesbrough for wedding,hotel staff polite and very freindly,cleanliness top marks,food a little repetetive but nice,zollo and raluka who provided the entertainment throughout the day and night worked very hard ,hired a car and toured the island and seen some beautiful places, we would most definetly be going back again.

we went to the sun palce hotel in may 2008.when we arrived we were put on the top floor,as we have a disabled daughter we asked if we could be put on the ground floor,full marks to the reception staff the following morning they put us in the family block which was excellent.as for the cleanliness of the hotel it was very very clean.the location of the hotel was excellent there were bars and shops outside the hotel and you were 10 min from the centere of falaraki. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.the animation team were the best we have ever seen,they were very friendly and tried to get evreybody involved day and night.zolo,runuka,neno and lazlo were excellent 10 out of 10.we will be going back in september because we had such a good time.
