have just returned from beni beach and we had a really enjoyable holiday. we would definately go back. we found the rooms to be clean and the staff brilliant.the pool area was well maintained and clean. It is a case of not being able to please all of the people all of the time. I think the hotel staff do a marvelous job when you think of the number of people that pass through every day.

After I booked the Beni Beach as a cheap short break for me and my daughter I checked this web site to see other peoples views on it. When I read what other people had said about it I thought there are some people you can never please, I will draw my own conclusion.

Arrived at 4 in the morning and was welcomed by that ignorant spanish man that somebody else mentioned, he gave a few grunts asked for

In Feb last year we stayed at the Beni Beach apartments.

The weather wasnt too good but we still wanted to enjoy our holiday.

We go back year after year this year we have booked for the 1st March for a week we made so many friends in Benidorm who we see every year.

The staff are excellent and friendly and we can't wait to see them in March 05.

My wife, children and I have stayed at the Beni Beach apartments, and are due to return at the beginning of September 2003. The hotel is situated as close to the sea as it could possibly be, and every room has a magnificent and breath taking sea view.
Although the reception lounge was a little grubby (you must rememeber hundreds of people per day traverse through it) the rest of the building was immaculate.
The sofa bed in our apartments was broken on a rrival, but was quickly replaced with out fuss.
My children were made welcome and never once did anyone ask them to sit down and shut up.
There was a deposit of

my husband and 2 of his friends stayed here recently (8/04/03) all are in there thirtys, 3 days into there holiday they received a visit from the manageress and the airtours rep,he says that the manageress said they had been 3 complaints and that they had already been warned three times by the receptionist this was all complete LIES,they were utterly stunned to say the least as they had only had one late night and had a lot of trouble trying to get back into the apartments as the watchman was asleep!!!!,the rep even agreed that the manageress was out of order and found them alternative accommadation which as it happens was 10 times better than these aparts,if there had been complaints then obviously the rep would not have found alternative accommadation for them as they are not obliged,so be WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE TO ANYONE AS THE MANAGERESS IS RUDE AND A LIAR

As the apartments have been well described already I will just post an update.

Things must have improved since the previous postings.

The location was excellent. Views were fantastic from the huge double glazed balconies ( the glazing slid right back to let the sunshine in all day long). Apartments were large and well equipped. The bathroom was clean, towels were changed twice a week. Full size cooker and cooking equipment were immaculate. Beds were clean and comfortable although sheets were never changed during our stay The maid seemed unaware that the floors had corners which are supposed to be swept and mopped, also that the light switches and skirting boards could do with a wipe over. The apartments are just cleaned once a week. It seems such a pity that this lovely accommodation is spoiled by what would take the maids 5 more minutes to do. However, there was a notice in reception asking you to report immediately if your apartment wasn't clean.
Reception and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We booked a 7 night 3star self catering sundeal with Airtours. We paid just

We've just returned from Benidorm, where we were allocated to these apartments on arrival.
We had a massive apartment (sleeps eight) for just the two of us. Huge balcony - 20ft x 10ft with a view of part of the beach. We were only on the 2nd floor (10th in reality because of the -8 business) so our view was marred by the building in front. We had to pay £40 deposit for breakages, but this is probably due to problems getting people to pay for damage. We expected it really as we've had to pay a deposit in other apartments in Spain.
The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable (though we didn't do a goldilocks and try them all). The equipment in the kitchen was OK, although we chose to eat out as Benidorm is so cheap. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful. The only draw back was, that if you have a late pick up time, you can't extend the time to leave the room, it is 10 am and that's final.
Many people we spoke to have been coming back there for a few years so that is a recommendation in it's self.
I don't know whether we would actually book to stay here, it would depend on the price, but we would not be dismayed if we were allocated here on arrival.
