I found that these apartments were ok and very spacious inside. I found that the hotel staff were not in the least helpfull when i fell ill.
The entertainment consisted of bingo and a boring elderly man singing every night.
I would definately recommed that all visitors eat out and not in the complex as i found the food uneatable and vile.
In the long run we enjoyed ourselves and after all its the company that you keep and not the other things that makes your holiday unjoyable.

We booked this as a last minute holiday, and we knew when we booked it that we were in the old town and would have a long walk to the new town and all the nightlife. (sorry can't be doing with the people moaning that they are too far away from the square, they should know when they book this apartment that its in the old town).

I have just returned from one week at the Beni Beach (23.4.02 - 30.4.02) The place itself is very good and is placed very nicely for the old town and great for the beach which is just across the dual carriageway. The downside is that the road and beach are on floor -8 (minus 8), whilst the reception is on floor 0, so you have to take a lift up to reception. The door is locked after 1am and it is a long uphill walk to get up to the front door.

stayed here just recently march12 for one week
a good base at the quieter end of benidorm, but dead handy for the beach ( approx 50 yards away ). Excellent sized appartment for 2 persons. Balcony & views tremendous. Bathroom an excellent size. Staff mixture of spanish,english and scottish, all very helpful
RECOMMENDED
also make sure that if you go to benidorm you vist Guadalest (beautiful!!). Airtours trip though is too short, once there you would want to stay much longer. Terra Mitica also good value Theme park , check it out if you are taking kids 14yrs and under.
