This is the 1st time we have stayed in these apartments and we have been going to Benidorm for years, and we would go back to them
The cleanliness is 1st class, we were there for 1 week and the maid came in once to change all bedding and bins. The rooms all have separate doors so for privacy (especially with teens) it

This was my first girlie holiday and a great place to start. It is a quiet area and you will find that all ages stayed at these apartments.
The apartment staff were alright except for the bar staff who were great and always ready to help you. the pool was tiny but we weren't bothered, loungers were free and always available. Random inflatables kept popping up but they were a laugh.
The food in the apartments was disgraceful, me and my 3 friends got ours 1 by 1 as they were microwave dinners and there was only 1 microwave.
The hotel was about a half an hour walk from the square which wasnt that bad as there are many pubs about as you grow nearer the main ones.
The maid was rarely seen and if you did spot her you had to drag her in your room or ransack her trolley!! The rooms are basic but spacious and comfortable.

We have just returned from Benidorm and stayed at the Benimar Apt's. The rooms are extremely clean and well equipped for self catering.
The Reception area has a bar and serves food.
The pool is clean and the area is very quiet which means that you get a good nights sleep!
As a group we would definitely return to the Benimar!

Just spent a week at the Benimar Apartments in Benidorm and what a great week we had with a 2 star rating I thought that these apartmets would have been basic to say the least but I have stayed in worse 3 star than the Benimar.
The place is clean and tidy with washing machine.the pool area is only small but is clean, the staff are friendly and polite.
Around the area you have got plenty of British bars and important to all from Wigan a pie shop just down the road called Carrs pastys.

The apartments were very nice. With them only being 2 star we didn't expect much but the apartment was very clean, the staff were very friendly and always on hand to assist with any queries we had. Our rep from thomas cook was on site almost every day, although we never had to use him, it was reassuring to know that he was there is need be.
The apartments are situated quite a bit back from the main pubs/bars but once you find your bearings it is easy enough to find. the facilities were great - we had everything from a washing machine to a microwave in our rooms.
Overall, it was an excellent holiday & I would definitly recommend these apartments to people in future. Although, if in peak season, the only potential problem may be the size of the swimming pool as it is very small and may be very busy when the apartments are full.

We arrived and gave 60 euro deposit. Went up to apartments and found that shower in 4B leaked and the air conditioning didn

Anybody looking for a self catering holiday should look no further than the Benimar Apartments.
I go to benidorm about 3 times a year, and these apartments are about the best around, I have stayed there twice now.
The rooms are well furnished and the high point is the washing machine.
Because it isn't a large apartment block you shouldn't find it a problem getting a place around the pool, and the staff get to know you personally with there not being many clients.
There is an air-conditioned bar/snack bar open untill about midnight serving breakfast, burgers, hot dogs ect and is very clean.
Ok it might be a walk of about 800 meters to the beach but you have got bars and shops in between.
Around the back of the apartments roughly a two minute walk you will find a large supermarket where all the locals go and it is a lot cheaper than the little corner ones.
If you come out of the apartments and head towards the beach, the first street you come to turn right and you will see a row of shops and bars.
There is a restaurant there it has all witches hanging in the windows, I forgot the name of the place, but they do lovely food and 2 and 3 coarse specials and cheap as well and is run by a couple from the north east.

This apartment was more like a three star than a two star.
Was very impressed with the size of the apartments and was very pleased to find a washing machine, so had no washing to bring back.
The staff were very friendly and the apartments were cleaned everyday and to a very high standard.
The location was in between the new and the old town and was about a ten minute straight walk down to Levante beach.
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for good value.
