Stayed for New Year, Gala dinner was superb, staff very friendly if you make the effort to speak to them. Bar staff were quite funny on New Years Eve, really got into the swing of things, we had a good laugh with them.
Dining room very clean and food was also very good, no having to queue and no having to wait for your empty plates to be taken away. I thought they were very efficient, also had a friendly smile when spoken to.
The room were exceptionally large and the bathroom facilities were excellent together with a very large balcony.
The entertainment was okay as far as hotel entertainment goes, no different to most hotels, but then again the entertainment in the bars and clubs is in abundance and only a few minutes away. The Rock & Roll bar across the road from the hotel is really good if you like 50's & 60's music, just great.
Overall a very good hotel, we shall definitely be going again.

We came back 2 stone heavier the food is very good.
Only down side is you have to buy the drinks at meal times including water and with kids this adds up.
It is hard to find a fault with this hotel probably the best one I have stayed in.!!!

Stayed at this hotel for New Year, what a fantastic time we had.
On New Years eve there was an 8 course gala dinner served with all the drinks free. After the meal there was then a disco which was great with party hats etc supplied.
The hotel its self was excellent the rooms were huge with enormous beds, we were on the top floor with the views of the whole resort.
Will be going back.

My wife and I have just returned from a week holiday in Benidorm staying at the Lavante Club hotel.
The hotel is modern and very clean in all areas, we could not fault our room.
The location is a brisk 15 minute walk to the beach or nightlife.
Taxi fares are 3

After reading comments about the food I budgeted to eat out but was pleasantly surprised by the catering which I found really quite good.
The rooms were very clean and large and the bathroom was well stocked with an amenities pack including tooth brushes and shoe polisher!!!
It is away from the main area, which I found a bonus as it is a lot quieter but easy to reach if you want it.
The Benidorm Palace is virtually right next door as I found out when I asked the taxi driver to take me there, felt a bit of an idiot but it was well worth a visit and good value for money.
Pool was very clean and we found it easy to get a sunbed. Unfortuantely I can't comment on the spa as I couldn't get an appointment as there was a wedding party in. But I would go back and will definitely try it next time

Visited this hotel in September 2004 and had a brilliant holiday, so good infact that were booked up and off again in May for 2 weeks.
I went with the wife and outlaws who have stayed in 4 star hotels all over the place i..e Rhodes, Tenerife, Crete and numerous hotels in Spain and according to them this was as good if not better than any hotel they hed stayed in.
The food is excellent with a vast choice and two themed nights, chinese and indian.
The staff all over the place were helpful and friendly. The rooms are very large as are the balconies with brill views of Benidorm and the mountains (stay in any room ending 01 e.g. 1501, 1601 and you get a wrap around balcony with great views of Terra Mitica fireworks in the far distance).
Rooms have 2 showers and are very modern with TV and fridge(small charge)and the prices for this standard of hotel for drinks ect are incredibly cheap.
Holiday here and you will not be dissapointed.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels on the south coast of Spain. This is the best we have ever stayed at.
It's very clean,staff are friendly and speak very good english. Food good, rooms very large,location ok not too far away and easy walking distance to main area.

The Levante Club Hotel is very clean and very modern. Children are at the hotel but there isn't a great lot of things for kids to do. There was no sunbed run to speak of just a few people trying to get one of the limited number of umbrellas, you could still get a bed up till lunchtime and this was peak time, the pool doesn't open till 9 and there is a lifeguard at the pool all day. One thing we liked was that there were no ball games or inflatable beds allowed in the pool and this was enforced by the lifeguard. The pool bar next to the evening entertainment stage was quite reasonably priced(for a hotel)1.75e for a pint of San Miguel. The walk to the beach is about 20 mins and we took a taxi to the start of the old town for under 5 euros.The restaurant was spacious didnt have to queue, you could sit anywhere and paid for your drinks at the till on the way out or it goes on your bill to pay at the end of the holiday.
The meals for us were okay but nothing to get excited about. The choice was limited, evening meals mainly consisted of fish,grilled pork and beef in sauces,there was only 1 theme night (chinese) and it was nice. However, we were spoiled at the Tenerife Princess last year, (food to die for). Entertainment was the usual parrot show, duets and acrobats. The rooms were very nice and big, lovely bathrooms with 2 showers. Had to pay 31e for a safe and you get 3e back when you hand keys in.The staff were ok and made a lot of the little babies. There is a fitness suite and we never used it but those that did said it was very good they paid 8e a time for its use. Day entertainment seemed popular, shooting, water polo,bowls etc Over all a nice hotel just we were a bit let down with the food.

Just returned from a 2 week break at the Levante Club can't fault it. Food good, staff friendly, very clean throughout. Would definately go back.

On arrival we had to wait 3 hours to get into our room. Not a good start,mind you the view from the balcony was stunning.(18th floor).
We found the location to be ideal because it is away from the centre.We enjoyed the walk to the beach every day to walk off our breakfast,but i think it would be to much for a family with small children.
We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff very helpfull, apart from the restaraunt staff who we found to be quite miserable. WEenjoyed our breakfasts but found the eveningmeals to be very dissappointing.
The entertainment was okay but you have the whole of Benidorm on your doorstep anyway.
