We spent the last 2 weeks in the Los Dalmatas and enjoyed every minute. Our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed. We had a large room on the 14th floor overlooking the sea. The maid service was excellent. The food is great. Good quality and large selection. The staff in this hotel are the friendliest we've come acrooss in a long time. They really make the holiday. It is also in a perfect location being 2 minutes from the beach. We're already planning our next trip.

On the whole, the hotel represents impressive value. It is clean, the evening meal usually offers an impressive selection of really good food and most of the staff are really helpfull. The 'pool area' whilst very busy, has a surprising atmosphere of peace and calm.
What could be improved ? The entertainment is sparce and finishes too early. There is usually air conditioning issues in the single rooms. The 'pool staff' turn a blind eye to the reserving of sunbeds with towels, resulting in nil availability although most aren't being used.

we stayed in the dalmatas in the first 2 weeks of august, the hotel is really well located, the food was good alot of choice, only trouble was the lifts they where very hard to get all right after 12.oo midnight, we would definatley go back to this hotel ,thanks to ken and carol, for saving our sun beds,

We stayed for 1 week in August. Good hotel, very clean. Excellent location. The view from our balcony overlooked the beach.
Food was fine, I found something to eat every night and I am very fussy. We had 1 carvery night and 1 chinese themed night. Strict dress code, long trousers at night for men.
There is a good 20steps to the pool area so would not suit some people. It says that no reserving sunbeds so this can cause a few fights! We went off for our lunch 1 day and when we came back 2 of our sunbeds had been given to somebody else by the lifeguard.
The lifts are not the best! there are 4 lifts, 2 for odd floors and 2 for even floors. They are very busy at breakfast and dinnertime, you can sometimes be waiting 10mins. sometimes its easier to go up to the next floor and walk down, we were on the 13th floor maybe that was the problem!
All in all good hotel, good location and i would return here.

The hotel dalamatas was in fab location,just down from the beach mear to pubs ,but quiet on a night.The pool was ok not enough sunbeds though.Hotel food was good plenty of variety somrthing for everypone,chinese,carvery on themed nights.Staff wre very helpfull and polite bar staff very plesent.Never stayed in for the entertainment so i cant comment too many good places to visit.

Stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and enjoyed it very much.This time however,we had a mix up with rooms. We had a not so helpful male receptionist,who was very rude and unhelpful at a stressful time for us.The hotel forced 4 beds into a tiny room for us and expected us to just accept this.However,as one of the beds was directly in front of the balcony doors,I argued that this was not safe and against all Health and Safety Regulations. We were finally moved into a family room on our fifth day,much to our relief.
The hotel was fairly clean,with a daily maid service.Food fine but a little repetative.Puddings to die for!Location brilliant,almost at the beach.Hotel staff were very helpful apart from male mentioned above.Out every night,so couldn't comment on the hotel entertainment. Poolside entertainment for the kids was spot on.Rumour has it that the hotel is closing this October for major refurbishment.Hope so,it could do with it.Would only visit hotel again if I could be guaranteed a family room as booked without a fight for it.

Our first holiday together,what a fab place to stay.the food was excellent,plenty of choice.
Very clean and friendly staff. We were 2 mins from the beach,and a lovely walk to the nightlife and bars which was just across the road.
Not a hotel for young children as there were a lot of steps up to the pool area,and the pool was quite deep although there was a children section you would not leave little ones run about on their own.
We would definately stay there again,thanks Dalmatas,see you soon!

Rooms are a good size but getting dated now & need upgrading. Rooms cleaned everyday, even being easter weekend, with clean towels everyday.
Lifts are a hit or miss, the way they are programmed, ok for our long weekend visit but wouldn't like to try and use them during busy periods.
Good sized pool area with additional outdoor activity area provided and decent enough gym & sauna.
Food was decent, with enough to choose from and over the weekend there was Mexican & Chinese theme nights. Staff dressed up for the occasions and were all helpful.
Never tried the entertainment as we went out every night.
Location of hotel is good, couple of minutes from beach and short walkable distance to nightlife hotspots.
