We stayed in Rio Park before and this year was our 5th time going to Rio Park it's fantastic there.

Cleanliness great. Staff couldn't ask for any better ones they are great kind very polite and very handsome.

Food was great didn't go with out.

Entertainment funny with the staff we loved it.

We will be returning to Rio Park next year and we just cant wait when we go there we never want to go home again.

Loved it couldnt ask for any thing more.

Rio Park without a doubt one of the best hotelshave been to,clean, exellent maid service, well presented, varied food, served in an exellent dinning room, friendly, experienced, very profesional staff, under the guidance of Jose, the Boss, who very often wanders about the hotel, talking to guests, entertainment is average for resort hotels, but check out the staff shows, hilarious,or embarrasing, depending on your sense of fun, exellently done by ameteurs, still they have many years of pactice,as most of the staff have been there for a long time,Ilook forward to the next time that I vist my friends at the Rio.

This hotel was really clean and didn't seem too crowded even at peak season. You could always get a sun lounger, although even as there were no germans in the hotel you still found guests reserving beds with their towels. The only complaint we had was we were staying in the family rooms at the side of the pool, which at night time were extemely noisy. our children were in bed by 10.30pm and the noise from the terrace above was unbelievable. I have been abroad many times and have never experienced noice like it, there were scraping chairs, and children running up and down until 3am in the morning.

The rio park is the best Hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in hotels at 4* and above, the spanish staff were freindly and spoke better english than myself.Rooms were clean and modern. The entertainment at night was very poor but abit better for the kids during the day.90% of the residents are english so expect noise. Two families were robbed whilst we were there due to them not locking their doors so beware you have to have your wits about you this was done by spanish locals as the cctv had caught them on camera but the police will not do anything. The position of the hotel is ideal in some respects but quite frightening in others beware the romanians that are scattered around the yellow brick road at the early hours of the morning.DO NOT WALK THIS WAY ON YOUR OWN AT THESE TIMES AS YOU WILL BE MUGGED GUARANTEED.On to a different subject the food we thought during our first week was superb, roast beef, yorkshire puds etc.Alot of variety and most dishes were good, breakfast the usual full english including black pudding ,great coffee "still missing this",again so much variety. The second week it was roast beef every night(must of over ordered)and food seemed to be less appetising.nearly all my family 11 of us were ill at sometime during the second week with s and d but this could of been due to mthe drinking and lack of sleep that caught up with us.All in all the hotel is great shame about the thugs/immigrants that are in the area.

This hotel is the most friendliest I have stayed at.
It is very clean, still cleaning at 1 am in reception and public areas.

The restaurant is large and never had to wait for a table and the food was hot and lots of it and of good quality this included smoked salmon and prawns there was a roast on every night. Breakfast was also very good.

The pool is good but to many lilos and other floating toys made it hard to swim, life guard just sat on his bum all day and had no control would go back tomorrow in fact I am booking for August.

This was our first holiday without any of our children and the first time we had actually stayed in a hotel, as usually we have been self catering in apartments. With the deal we got with First Choice, it was cheaper to go half board than self catering. We could have stayed in one of three hotels in the 'Half Board Collection' offer but were extremely pleased to have been allocated to the Rio Park hotel, as virtually all the reviews we saw were good.
We went with the thought that we would have breakfast at the hotel and eat out at nights. However, the food was so good we had every meal but one at the hotel! The choice, quality and quantity was unbelievable, unfortunately we couldn't help but try most of the dishes but our early morning runs helped to keep our waistlines down!
There is a 'hall of fame' outside the restaurant which has 100's of photos of people that have been 30, 40 or 50 odd times to this hotel! Whilst this is not our style, you have to appreciate it must be doing something right! Also there are lots of 'thank you' cards to all the staff and it felt like one big family.
There are 5 lifts although being on the 2nd floor we used the stairs. Fresh towels every day and beds made etc.
The entertainment was a bit naff, but we didn't go to stop in the hotel at nights as Benidorm has virtually everything for everyone at night.
There was a mixture of age groups although quite a lot of older folks, mind you they were a lot younger when they first started coming to the Rio Park!
Can't fault this hotel, we had a great time and would go back tomorrow !!

Just returned from 2wk summer holiday. First visit but would return at a later date.

Check in smooth and swift and they had my e.mail requesting pool view, high floor and adjacent rooms and were pleased to tell me they had achieved all of them.

Two half bottles of brandy and notes were delivered to our rooms thanking me for my 'letter' and patronage - a wonderful gesture.

Room was more than adequate for 2 people and cleaned daily with fresh towels.

Food was lovely and plentiful, the roast beef and roast pork just melted in your mouth - served with yorkie pudds and roast potatoes too!!

Omlettes and crepes cooked fresh every morning.

Bar prices reasobnable with happy hour 3 times per week, although only 5-6pm.

Pool area large and able to get sunbeds. Only gripe (if I had to make one!!) was that the sunloungers did not adjust at all so when reading I had to sit in a chair. Large terrace area too.

Entertainemnt not up to much but plenty on your door step.

Would definitely return.

Very clean rooms. Food was excellent. Plenty of choice both breakfast and dinner. The location was just right- near to everything but not on top of all the noise. They really tried to please everyone so all the moaners could find something to eat. The roast beef served on sunday night was beautiful. They also had theme nights eg Mexican so there was plenty of choice.
