well were do i start, booked this holiday with my mum and 3 children, was led to believe to be stayin in the flamingo benidorm hotel, as was allinclusive, wen we arrived at 11.30 we were told we was based in the vistamar!
wouldnt be a problem walkin bak and fourths if didnt have the children, but how many children do u no who are happy to be walkin bak and fourth wit there swimmin gear on, and soppin wet bein in the pool wit no were to change.
apartments should of been knocked down years ago, there was a bedroom, wit a double wardrobe which was supposed to be able to fit, 5 peoples clothes in!a couch and a bed in the livin area, oh and a pul out one underneath if thats wat u call it, kitchen was small and very undated was glad wasnt stayin there self catering!
while we was there, there was 5 different muggins right outside hotel, which was very nerve wrecking, wen havin to walk bak to apartments in the night wit the children.
there was a slot tv a euro lasts half an hour, and the slot bit was actually bigger than the tv!
got a change of towels, in the week we stayed there but no change of beds, rooms wasnt cleaned, although there was someone in our room on numerous occasions, dunno why they were in there tho!
the balcony was actually bigger than the livin area, and the door wouldnt lock!!
staff were ok, but could of smiled a little, staff in the hotel were nicer, but not much
food was ok, if u like chicken and fish everyday
drinks, were awful, i drink vodka, but not watered down one mind, its was awful, mum drinks bicardi and sed it was the worst she'd ever tasted, even the bought drinks were no better,
the entertainment wasnt too bad although it didnt start til 9, kids disco for half an hour so was very disappointed there, as it sed it was supposed to have kids club and kids entertainment, not unless u class half an hour boogie!!
overall i wouldnt rate this hotel at all, i would give it a 1star if it was lucky, and would never return again, not even if i was placed in the flamingo benidorm itself, muggers paradise!!! and ive been to benidorm before and loved it, but dont think i would ever return after being here!!

Stayed at the Vistamar Apartments on the 20 floor fantastic views from balcony.

Rooms small but OK didn't see any maids but we got on with it. Had a brilliant time, we eat at the flammingo didn't use there pool we found the vistamar pool cleaner.

We would go a again had a good holiday.

we stayed in the vistamar it has 20 floors 2 lifts on a good day. there was a bar but it didnt serve food, the apartments were quite small big eonugh for 4 but only if two of the 4 were small children. the apartments are about a 15 minute walk from the beach. i found the staff to be quite rude they didnt even look up when you asked a question. there was entertainment by means of a childrens disco we went for the kids however we were the only ones there, i dont think many kids like diana ross! we were put on the 19th floor after requesting lower rooms when we booked in febuary. the doors to the balcony did not work, we reported it and they were looked at but never fixed. the whole two weeks was a nightmare i would never go back to these apartments.

Stayed here for two weeks. Glad I'm home now I can get a good night sleep. I would say this hotel is way out of way but, would be better for 18-30, wouldnt go back even if got a good deal as too far from main stretch but, Benidorm it self was great.

This apartment was brilliant. My partner and I just got back Monday and the staff there make you feel very welcome.

We were on the 13th floor which is good. There is a nightclub nearby you can hear people passing if you have the windows open but this didnt bother us. The room got cleaned twice since we was there (7 days we stayed) and sheets and towels cleaned and replaced. The maid even took all our rubish.

The location is good,ten to twelve streets back fom the beach and the loud square pubs. They have no microwaves but standards and layout of rooms was nice and big balconys too.

I would definitely come back here again. Im planning my next trip soon for a mates birthday. Pool behind apartment is nice.

Just got back and after reading the reviews on this hotel was dreading going there but to be honest I found nothing wrong with the place.

We asked for clean towels and they just offered them free of charge.

Food was great in the Flamingo where we had to get our food the little walk was great as well.

Staff were really friendly as well.

If I was going back there again would go to the Vista again and stay as the service was really good.

A group of 4 of us, ages varying from 20 - 30 went to Vistimar in May and can honestly say had no problems. The hotel was clean and although we had to go to Flamingo Benidorm for all inclusive ( food etc) was only 2 minutes walk up the road.

The staff in both hotels were really friendly.

Food was great and always had good variety to chose from.....if didnt want full meal could always have chips and gravy or soup. Pool at Flamingo was lovely.

Over all the holiday was great....wer 10mins away from beach and main nightlife so wern't keep up all night by music from clubs etc... but they wer accesable.

Thinking of booking holiday for September and seriously considering Vistimar would recommend it to anyone.

My son and I booked for flamengo hotel all inclusive and got the vistamar! We had to walk to flamengo for meals drinks and entertainment. We could not leave one another as we would have to walk alone.

I booked this holiday for my sons 16th birthday we made the most of it !! Towels and cleaned once a week in vistamar although reception staff well mannered.

I got offered an upgrade on the Sat night we got there Tues, only if we paid 20 euros each per night !!!!

Won't be back !

Apartments were big, not too far from nightlife.

Not the cleanest kitchen, four little towels that were only changed once in 2 weeks. Maid service very limited, bed linen had cig burns and stains, shower was terrible only one person could have a hot shower the rest had to have cold.Building works for two apartments had just started and will be like that for at least the next few months.

To sum up never again!We are an average family with no high expectations for a 2 star apartment but cleanliness is all we expect and we did not get it!

On a positive note there was one member of staff that was helpful but that really didnt make up for the rest!!

This was my hen party and all 40 of us arrived with open minds after reading the reports on this web site, reception was clean and cool and the reception staff bent over backwards to help each and every one of us, making phone calls, arranging booking things that normally you would have to get your holiday rep to do.

The rooms slept 4 comfortably but the water system meant that we had to stagger the shower or get cold ones. The bar man was friendly and although the bar is old fashioned it was cheap and had happy hour everynight.

The apartments are just on the edge of the main town so you were just far away to get a descen nights sleep but not too far to walk on your stilletos. We would go back to the vistamar again.
