We stayed in the Vistamar apartments, but had all our all inclusive package in the Flamingo Benidorm.
The hotel was fantastic, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Kids are fussy eaters, however they went up 3 or 4 times for more food.
Apartments were clean, but stayed for 7 nights and they wern't cleaned once.
Also had to pay for sunbeds at Vistamar, so we mainly stayed round the pool at the Flamingo were they was no charge.
Even though we were All Inclusive, we still had to pay for drinks at the Vistamar. (Only all inclusive at the Hotel)
We were located just back from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife which was great as it was easy walking distance and quiet at night.
All in all had a great time and would deifinatley go back to Benidorm again next year.

Vistamar apartments were brilliant.
Staff went out their way to help including the manager Daniel.
First acc we arrived at Tropicana suites 18 people, informed no rooms company had gone bankrupt, found alternative acc vistamar, they were great, very clean, staff were fantastic, even the cleaner was nice, good location, nice views, will be going back again later on this year

Brill size rooms enough room for the four of us.Good size balcony.
The pool was good got quite packed some days though lots of freindly people around the pool to make freinds . However, the only problem was that you had to pay for the sunbeds around the pool.
The staff at the hotel spoke english and they were very helpful as well. The barman was called Ouhji and was very friendly. There were two pool tables and an air hockey machine which keeps the kids happy.
One of the lifts was dodgy and kept stopping on floor 11 but all in all it was alright.

We all had a family holiday here in the vistamar apartments, we were all inclusive at the nearby hotel but stayed in these apartments as we thought they would be more spacious.
On the 4th day I asked for clean towels as there was only 4 in our apartment and I had a family of 5 ! and we had used them all, When I asked at reception i got told if i wanted towels I had to pay which I was disgusted about and when I got told the rooms probably wouldnt be cleaned throughout my stay I couldnt believe it.
There was also mould all over my bathroom ceiling ! I would never go back and stay here as the facilities are really poor I was not impressed at anything except the good bars nearby and there was a supermarket next door !

The Vistamar is a very clean, if spartan, hotel. It is 20 stories.
We stayed in a self catering 1 bed apartment on the 19th floor. Good size balcony and full kitchen even including a kettle. The bar is open until midnight. The reception area is staffed 24/7 with helpful english speaking staff.
It is at the top of the hill from the cheapest bars. The pool is small and caters for both this hotel and its twin next door so can be very crowded.

Excellent value for money, clean with good sized rooms & balcony. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Pool decent size shared with next door appartments (Paraiso 10) Sunbeds 1.50 Euros which stops the towel race in the early hours & plenty still available when we got up at midday!
Excellent location all bars & clubs you need 10 minute walk away.
Down side was one of the lifts was dodgey, a young lad was trapped for 20 minutes on the 10th floor when we were there.
The hotel bar was dead but next doors at the Paraiso 10 is a lot nicer & we used it for a night cap every evening!

The apartments were pretty basic although they were pretty clean.
The staff were english spoken and were very helpful. The entertainment was not up to much there was 2 pool tables that were not workin most of the time! The pool was ok apart from having to pay for use of the sunbeds everyday.
Overall though it nice place to stay if you're up and about most of the time!

The vistarmar apartment were fairly clean.
I came with some of my family and they all enjoyed the apartments.The staff were friendly and polite.
I would recommend the vistarmar apartments and i would go there again.

We stayed at the vistamar apartments in july and found the apartments to be ok and the surrounding area of the apartments to be very nice.
The size of the rooms were good and the balacony was great. We found one particular member of staff to be very helpful and polite. We had one problem with the hotel and that was the fact that you had to pay for everything, we could understand about the 20 pound deposit, but they charge u for watching the television in the rooms, the sunbeds, fans,and also to hold a room on the day of departure.
There is a notice board with all the entertainment on. Although there entertainment is a bit of music.

Me and my partner stayed in the Vistamar apartments and our first 2 nights were brilliant. In the morning on our first day i woke up walked in to the living room area and saw a maggot on the floor we found a few more and we went to reception. She gave us another key to another room however we still ahd the same problem the staff were laughing at us and telling us to just stand on them. our rep from cosmos was absolutely brilliant and we recieved compensation which we spent on anice meal at the end of our holiday. if it wasnt for our rep Kim then we would have had a terrible holiday, we will not be going to these apartments again but we would recommend Cosmos to anyone. it seems that the apartments and staff are great untill something goes wrong.
