There were ten of us that went to this hotel.
Cleanliness was very poor unless it was in your face. All looked good but behind the scenes very poor.
Food very poor all food was the same everyday. One of our party had food poisoning from reheated liver. Icecreams were only for an hour a day.
We were miles away from anywhere. If you travelled you had two go by bus because roads were dangerous. For the first three days we had no entertainment.a Ater talking to the staff they arranged something every night. Entertainment did not start till 9.30. Staff were very friendly, in fact they were brill.
Aqua park was not like what it looked in the book. This is no way a 5 star hotel.

We stayed at Aqua fantasy for two weeks, all in all it was a good holiday and the hotel was great but had a few down falls.
The hotel rooms are spacious, but a little more attention to the cleaning of the rooms would not go amiss. Thought the staff do work hard and are helpful.
I found that the bathrooms were not of 5 star rating for cleanliness.
The hotel is located quite a distance from Kusasasi and there are no shops or bars in the immediate vicinity to break the monotony of using the hotel facilities. The only way to get to Kusadasi is by dolmus as the taxis try to rip you off charging way over the odds. Coming back from Kusadasi we got a taxi which on the board quoted 15tlr to aqua fantasy when we got out he tried to charge 30e, needless to say he did not get it!
The food we could not complain about though it was a bit repetitive.
The entertainment was good but on a bit late for the little ones.
The a la carte restaurant is a must, we went twice and both times the service was excellent and also the food was great, make sure your really hungry as they have many courses, we could not eat it all.
The pools were fantastic and also the water park, though it is not massive but its clean and safe with life guards.
The drinks at the hotel were fine but I did see the staff filling the water up from the tap, which we were told not to drink by the rep, but the problem was soon fixed.
The new part of the hotel was due to open 3 weeks after we left but it still looked like a building site it is supposed to accommodate more British guests as at the moment it was mainly dutch or German though we never found that a problem the kids club was 90% dutch, but ours did not attend anyway.

For my husbands 40th birthday a group of 20 family and friends stayed at the aqua fantasy for a week. A great time was had by all, but there were just a few things that bothered us all,the main one being the bar - the staff were not helpful at all glasses were in short supply - a g and out of a plastic squigdy cup is just not the same!
Plus the bar shut dead on 11pm every night once the man with the yellow shirt was in the queue all those behind him weren't served unless you wished to put it on the dreaded 'splash card'- a hotel credit card system which you had to use for everything you bought and settle up at a later date,also where was the ice cream ?
Only available in dining room for an hr at lunch time for the children -as if it really matters of course you could always buy one with your slash card!Good points were it was very clean, the family rooms were excellant, the food was very good plenty of choice for all although towards the end got a bit repetetive,and the water park well what an excellent bonus to have on your doorstep.

A group of 7 of us stayed at Aqua Fantasy... what can I say, it was brilliant!! the hotel room and grounds were spotless, if there was anything out of place, staff would be there to sort it out.
The food was excellent, plenty of choice and the desserts ... girls if youre watching your weight forget it!
The ice cream was a bit disappointing for the children, but that didnt bother our party because our child was more interested in the cakes. There was plenty of security, so you felt at ease.
The staff were really friendly, and some nights the bar staff were very entertaining.
We knew that the complex was a distance away from the town but we knew that when we booked. Water park excellent! All in all, a great holiday and will look forward to going there again!!

Aqua fantasy hotel was amazing there was entertainment on every night, the food when I went varied every day and was lovely, staff lovely tables were clean before you left to go out the door, very friendly, great for families!!

The food was fine and there was a big enough choice but it did seem to be repeated every 3 days. If you wanted an orange juice you had to pay for a glass at a cost of 4.5TL( Just under

This holiday was great.. yes the food was repetative but in A/I hotels we found this to be the norm.
The hotel is immaculate at all times they constantly clean up after you. You dont see bugs and things because of this.
The kids mini disco is the same every night but thats what kids like it only lasts about an hour ..the park is great and manned very well. Also very clean.
The wave pool a must for all ages although mostly big kids(adults)..it is sort of in the middle of nowhere but we new that when we went.

We stayed for 2 weeks, and to be honest, towards the end it was boring.
The Cleanliness was exceptional, there was no dirt or any funny smells anywhere, which was lovely, also the rooms were very clean and we're excellent and a comfortabe size.
The food.....woops, a lot of people there seem to be suffering or complaing, breakfast was the same and very german orientated, even though the people there seemed to be mostly dutch, I was also confused. The burgers we're made of unidentifiable 'meat' and usually cold, pizza was nice, but get it as soon as it comes out the oven or its cold, infact that goes for every bit of food.

Enjoyed our holiday very much at this hotel and would definately go back!!!
It was very very clean and well kept.
All staff were friendly and loved children.
Plenty of food and variety but ice cream is only limited between 1 and 2pm other than that you have to pay for it.
90% of people there were dutch but that was no problem because they spoke english.
Mostly dutch children in kids club but the staff also speak good english. our kids loved it!!
Kids disco alternate between dutch and english songs. This was no problem as by the end of the week my children were trying to sing along to dutch songs.
The entertainment was ok - most nights it was the same team dancing but seating area is uncomfortable so we grabbed plastic chairs and sat at the back.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but we knew that before we booked. There is so much to do on the hotel with the pools, water park and water sports on the beach we never left this hotel for the week that we were there.
I would recommend anyone with children to go as they would love it.

The whole family loved this hotel.
Can't believe other comments about the entertainment. It was fantastic! There is a show every night at 2130 and it varies from copies of musicals (Cats, Moulin Rouge for example) to audience participation shows. Despite the majority of clients being Dutch (about 33% English) the shows were always English based (as those clever Dutch can speak English as well!).
The hotel was very clean and was always being cleaned.
Food was plentiful and varied. The kids loved the pizza and burgers and chips and ice cream at the snack bar at lunchtime.
Staff were very friendly.
The water park was right on the doorstep - literally 50 yards from our room - and if you use it at the start and the end of the day there are no queues. Location is way away from anywhere but to be honest we hated Kusadsi town - it was dirty and you were hassled everywhere you went.
Weather is fantastic and all you need is in front of you.
