these apartments are lovely and clean the staff are excellent with all guests no matter what age you are the children with our party loved bobby all the staff had time for the tourists we have booked for next july cant wait would recommend these apartments to anyone

My son and daughter in law brought me and my husband (who are in our 70's) here for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. I have never been to Turkey and we were both overwhelmed with the way we were treated by all the staff.

Although we were self catering we ate at Moonlight most of the time. The food was always piping hot and the staff couldnt do enough for us. We were treated like royalty and were made to feel very special.

Although we didnt have any children it was lovely to see how much they loved them. They had an abundance of patience with them and Bobby entertained them all with his 'tricks'. We had a few games of bingo which we had great laughs with.

I wouldnt hesitate to come again. We made some lovely friends and simply cant find anything negative to say. It was much more than we expected, 4 star treatment.

the staff were arrogant,dissmissive,ignorant,and abusive.they would ignore you as you walked past and then make fun of you.this was seen by my own son and caused frustration,anger within my family.after going to icmeler for our holidays for the last ten years without any complaints we could not understand why we were being treated like this.they looked on holiday makers with total contempt.as we were unable to move to another location we had to endure this treatment for the whole of the holiday.this was not a holiday,this was a nightmare.moonlight apatments was the holiday from hell.

Both my wife and I absolutely love Icmeler in general and the Moonlight Aparthotel in particular, where the staff and management go out of their way to make everyone welcome and dont hesitate to help with the slightest whim. Everywhere is clean and the cleaning staff well dressed and cheerfull particularly Bobbies daughter Vessilae who dosn't seem to know the word unhappy.
We dont normally do turkish nights anymore as we have been to quite a few but the one on Wednesday the 17th June was amasing with four seperate acts ('Turkeys got Talent' I would say), we waited too long for the food but it was worth the wait. The hotel is ideally situated 1/4 mile from the beach, with the old village just around the corner, not much to see there though.As we said to Nev the manager A lou dar gurashiras, See you in September.

We have just arrived home from our 4th time in Moonlight and yet again had the most amazing time. Nev, Bobby, Hakan, Abdul, Yas - you are the best. We are missing you them so much already.

Moonlight gives 4 star service and the food is amazing and they are very accommodating especially for the children as they were very fussy.

The turkish night was brilliant again this year and we had such a good time.

The accommodation is outstanding for a three star. We had a huge two bedroom apartment which was far bigger than our house at home so nobody got under anyone's feet.

Loads of sunbeds regardless of what time you arrived at the pool.

first time in turkey and after this holiday WONT be the last.Moonlight apartments were so clean and we had 2bedroom which was huge.Food was great,breakfast every morning set us up for the fun ahead.Perfect location for young and old in our party.STAFF....Would need bigger page to tell you how GOOD they ALL were so i will just say if there is NICER STAFF in Turkey i would find that very hard to believe.Turkish nite was great fun and a laugh and every night with Savas and Hakan behind the bar had us sore with laughter.Cant wait to go back,looking to book up already for next year.My boys had a great time with the pools and the water slide is brill no matter what age you are.It was my wifes birthday when we were there and all the staff and Chrisy could not have done enough for us.Nav the BOSS is so nice and helpful.THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING OUR HOLIDAY SO SPECIAL.xX

Pleasant, good sized apartments all with balconies. Well stocked cutlery and crockery. These apartments are kept nice and clean, bedding smells delightful. Temperamental shower though! An acceptable distance from the beach but nice to have the walk there and back.The staff are all very friendly especially Bobby.The food is quite tasty especially the pizza.
The only drawback was the issue of sunbed hogging. There was a row of sunbeds by the pool that seemed to catch the sun all day, however these were bagged early every morning by one particular group who usually sent granny out with an array of patterned towels to put down on the whole row each day without fail. The delights of package holidays.

I was very reluctant at first as we were all used to staying in the H10 group of 4 star hotels and it was our first time in Turkey and self-catering. I have never had such a marvellous time with such amazing people. Nev the Manageress, Bobby, Hakan, Yas, Irfan and Abdul - there are no words good enough for these people. What an introduction to Turkey. The food was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We were very sad as we were leaving on the Friday night and Irfan was doing a Sunday roast on the Sunday, his first time! We said to Nev that we were very sad not to be there to have it and she went out and bought a joint of beef so that we could have sunday lunch on FRIDAY!

I was also very surprised when we arrived as everyone asked our names and as there were 8 of us I thought well i dont know why they are asking our names and do you know what, they remembered each and every one of us!

Whilst we were there it was my sisters 43rd birthday and the waiters (Hakan and Bobby) out their money together to buy her a cake, she had rose petals on her bed and even the Manageress bought her a lovely present. Me, my sister and our Dad cried because whilst these people do not have a lot of money they showed us that it does not take money to make people feel special.

I have always been very over-protective with my children and the one day my youngest didnt want to come with us to the shops so Bobby said he would look after her. The girls helped with the afternoon shift selling ice creams, Nev even gave them uniform which really amused everyone. Hakan the barman had so much patience with the girls and let them help him with the cocktails and carrying soft drinks.

I have booked to return twice next year, its 325 days till we return and I am making my collegues sick and the travel agents as I cant stop going on about it. I have met such wonderful people, I cried for 3 days before I came home and was so down. I am just glad that I am in a position financially at the moment to return and also go for Dad's 70th, my brother and his family are flying over from Scotland and there are over 20 of us going in October.

Wonderful holiday - wonderful people - wonderful time!
Worth every single penny and more - have given me a reason to work!!! 10/10

My wife and our two children went to Tukey this year as we were fed up of our usual holiday in Spain. We had the most amazing holiday and met wonderful people here. The manageress and staff could not do enough for you, the rooms were huge, and spotless. The one day we said about how muh we would have liked a sponge cake with our tea and next thing we knew, they had made us one - what better service than this

The turkish night was a roar, we made so many new friends and all the staff danced with us all and got us all up on our feet.

The staff even offered to give up their aftrernoon break to take us into Marmaris to show us around and Abdul took us out for the day to the Turkish gardens.

They were very attentive with the childrena nd had an emormous amount of time for the children.

Icannot wait to go back, these people are like family
