Faliraki enjoys nice beaches, excellent hot weather and good entertainment. There are plenty of restaurants and bars/clubs to keep you entertained at night and there are a host of watersport actvities, go karting, amusements etc. to keep you busy during the day. Would definitely recommend visiting the Rhodes Town (Old Town) if you are staying in Faliraki and Lindos.

Outside the apartments there is a two minute walk to the nearest bar, our favourite for breakfasts, called Saint Amon. The two brothers who own the bar are very friendly and the bar is open 24hours with buy1get1free on all cocktails and longdrinks! They even give you a free fishbowl cocktail if you are in a couple! There are two supermarkets just a two/ three minute walk out of the apartments. It takes around ten minutes to walk along to the main bar and club streets, but faliraki is relatively flat so no big hills. There are lots of nice restaurants our favourites being Saint Amon, Sizzlers Steak House, Mythos Restaurant, Manolis Taverna and Pancho’s Mexicans.
The beach is also about a ten minute walk, and is clean and huge with lots of space. It costs 7euros for two sunbeds allday and the sea is beautiful with watersports available.
The temperature was around 32 degrees (c) whilst we were there and there was a light wind most of the time which was nice as it was so hot! It is also only 5 euros for a taxi anywhere around faliraki. We also visited the waterpark which is brilliant, with lots of slides and pools, for 20euros.

In Falaraki itself quite a lot of shops and bars empty and closed down and it has definitely lost its bad reputation. The sun Palace is far enough away from bar street not to bother you

This is the second time we have visited Faliraki but last time we visited in July. We ate out every night, and i think our favourite restuarant was Opera and Flames.

The Resort of Kalithea has no centre - its just a string of hotels along the beach to Faliraki. Lots of litle shopping complexes along the way with lovely shops in them.

Faliraki was very quiet at the end of September - it's very tired looking with shops full of the same old tat.

Pavements are a nightmare so bear this in mind if you are taking a buggy or are in a wheelchair.

Faliraki is a brilliant resort for young people, with bars and clubs everywhere you look! The resort is very clean, and the people all very nice n welcoming! Again, there wasnt really much in the way of entertainment, unless you like bar crawls and karaoke clubs, which we do! We only visited the beach once on a cool cruise, but what we seen of it wasnt really good. Most of the beaches we went o were really rocky! Would definatley visit Faliraki again.

The resort was very clean and well looked after. There was a wide variety of shops selling lots of different things, and lots of bars ranging from slow quiet bars to booming clubs all offering different entertainment.

There were lots of restaurants- english, chinese, greek, takeaways (even a mcdonalds!!)you name it Faliraki had it!

I especially recommend castallan retaurant- the food was delicious and such good quality!!! The beach was lovely and sandy, and the sea was quite warm.

There were lots of watersports. There were quiet areas on the beach but also areas more suited to younger people where they were playing music.

We really enjoyed it here and would go back!!!!
