This is our second stay at this hotel, so therefore, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights all inclusive, and booked through med hotels.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the beach, and is in a perfect location, just out of the way of the noise.

The hotel staff are very friendly, and the maids changed our towels and made the beds every day.

The rooms are very clean and each have a massive balcony, all facing towards the beach. They have a small kitchen with a sink, hob, and fridge, and the bathroom is also spotless.

The entertainment is not that exiting, however, its still ok, they have the likes of magicians, parrot shows, acrobats, singers etc.

Overall this is a very good hotel and there is a wide variety of good food and drink for everyone, and as this is my second visit to this hotel, I would definitely recommend it to anyone reading this.

I booked this holiday for my daughter, friend and myself for 3 nights as we felt we needed the break after Christmas. I have never fancied Benidorm but my parents love it so when I saw this offer ai

The food in the Flamingo was very good, a good selection to choose from at all meal times.

Must be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Maids worked really hard and were very frienly.

The hotel is a fair walk from the beach but close to good bars and shops.

Staff were all great. They all worked really hard.

Entertainment was OK most nights. One act in particular was terrible. They were called comic.com has to be the worst act I have seen in my life.

I would definately use this hotel again.

My fiancee and I have just returned from a fantastic 5 night holiday at the Flamingo Benidorm hotel. We stayed there Mon 10 Oct-Sat 15 Oct 2005.

Before I review the hotel I would just like to recommend both APS (Car park in Manchester) and Shuttle Direct (transfers to and from Alicante airport). Both companies provided an extremely efficient service that we would extremely recommend and will definitely be using again in the very near future. Anyway, onto the hotel!

The Hotel is perfect in every way.

The restaurant being excellent.

The only thing that spoilt our holiday was that you have to vacate your room by 11.00am and if your flight is not until later in the day you have to leave your luggage in a room near reception.

Some of our bags were stolen from this room, totally destroying any happy memories we may have brought home with us. Be very careful what you leave in the luggage room as it is not attended. An unforgivable lapse in security that puts a huge blemish on what could be a perfect hotel.

We stayed at the Flamingo Benidorm the last week in Spetember, and to say it was the best hotel we ever stayed in is an understatement.

We were meant to be half board but upgraded to All Inclusive when we saw the quality of the food. It was fantastic and the waiting staff were superb especially Dennis who always went out of his way to speak to everyone. The show cooking was unreal and when the chef sliced the beef or pork for a meal it was without exagerrating 1/2 inch thick. If you go try out his ommlettes that he makes while you stand there waiting they were fab.

Cleansliness: We found the whole place spotless our room was cleaned with clean towels every day by a maid that smiled and sang while cleaning, all communal areas were spotless as well.

Location: I cant believe anyone thinks this hotel is out of the way I found it slightly on the outskirts but the hotel is that good that you dont want to leave anyway.

We found the staff very helpful actually going out of there way to help. The entertainment was very very good and without a doubt we would go again tommorow.

This was a last minute booking. The hotel is a little out from the beach and the town although most people who were at the hotel were all inclusive.

The maid service was excellent and all areas were always very clean.

The hotel food was fine although I don\'t think I would have liked it for more than a week or on an all inclusive basis. There were always lots of choice and you could always find something that you liked.

As most people were all inclusive the staff were inconsistent with what they charged us for drinks and lollies. (Presumably because most people were all inc)

The entertainment was generally very good. There was always the customary bingo at 9.00 followed by a short mini disco and then an act. Acts were good with the exception on one Friday night turn. My daughter is 5 and she thoroughly enjoyed everything and when we go away on these type of package holidays it has to be said it lived up to what we want out of a family holiday.

This was the first time the kids had been abroad and, as a single parent, I wanted somewhere clean and safe with lots to eat and do. I certainly wasn't disappointed...

Cleanliness: The whole place is spotless! The pool area was tidied every night and cleaned in the morning, I also saw the water being tested in the day. Communal areas are constantly cleared and tables wiped regularly. Rooms are cleaned daily with towels changed on request and linen changed twice a week by friendly, smiling maids.

Safety: Excellent. The pool is clearly marked with the different depths and any activities like rifle shooting for children were only done with an adult present.

Food: Wow! I put on 5lbs in a week eating the fabulous food. My middle lad is very picky and even he was having heaped platefuls from the main selection and ignoring the kids nuggets etc. There were the obligatory chips every night but I suppose if that's what people want... There were indian, mexican, spanish, chinese and bbq theme nights but plenty of other choice if you didn't fancy trying the special. The chef also did a paella cooking show session. The salads were lovely and there was always nice fish and veg as well as a meat course. Desserts were always plentiful and gorgeous (hence the 5lbs!) I must say I didn't see much for vegetarians but it does say that veggie meals are available on request. There is a microwave but I only ever saw someone use it once.
Tables are cleared the minute you put your cutlery down by friendly waiting staff and spills are mopped up immediately.

Location: When you hear 'at the top of cardiac hill' you wonder what you've let your legs in for but it's really not a bad walk. It's nice to be away from the main hustle and bustle of the square and it has a lovely view through the resort down to the sea.

Staff: Extremely efficient reception staff, two of whom are english. I wanted to book a late Sunday checkout and was first told they couldn't do it till Friday, then that I'd have to ask on Saturday but even that doesn't take away from their professionalism. She also noticed that I was holding a credit card and mentioned they'd only take cash for it so thanks to her I made sure not to spend it all by the weekend! Bar staff were great with the kids, flicking ice water and pretending not to understand them to make them giggle. Cleaners were all friendly and happy looking and the entertainments girls were brilliant. All the staff work really long hours (and for some really obnoxious guests at times) so obviously there will be the odd one that looks a bit fed up but on the whole they're great.

Entertainment: Plenty for the kids including competitions, pool games, rifle/pistol shooting and a film during the day, mini-discos, a film and games in the evening. Adults is a touch more hit and miss with the obligatory bingo at 9 every night (140-190 euros for a full house so not bad prize money), karaoke on tues and sats and a few acts that weren't as good as the posters looked. Most people were AI though and it's easier to enjoy these things with the benefit of a few drinks!

I would definitely return here and think we got excellent value for money.

We stayed at the hotel this year 2005 and it was great, I needed a good hotel as this was my parents first time abroad and I had to make sure they enjoyed and they did.

The rooms are big and they are cleaned every day, the food is fantastic my mom said she'd never had so much luxury food the eating times are great breakfast 0830-1030 the dinner 1300-1500 and the tea is 1830-2130 great if you have lots to do you never miss it.

The hotel location is good it's about 400 meters from beach 200 meters from nightlife which is great as you can get good sleep fridays and saturdays are quite noisy but you have to expect that on holiday.

Staff are great, English receptionists that are really happy to help.

Entertainment is your usual for an all inclusive hotel but every night there was always a show on and the kids have discos also there is an adults only disco as well.

Go out to the town great night life If you have no children go and see sticky vicky very funny but don't take kids to that.

I would definateley visit this hotel again as it's the first hotel I didn't want to leave oh well every one has to come home back to reality.
