Only booked this hotel going by reviews as my First Choice was the Flamingo Oasis but after reading the good reports opted for this one. I can only say I was disappointed by my choice.
The hotel is definitely a lot further than 800mts to the beach and the entertainment was limited at the hotel.
We never saw the disco for adults which was supposed to go on until 2am and asked several people they couldn't find it either!!
The food was good and plenty of it but the rooms although cleaned were in need of refurbishment.
The staff on the whole were friendly except for one man at pool bar and Claire on reception.
Been on lots of all inclusive holidays but would not rush back to this one again.

First time we have been on all inclusive and was very nice not to keep dipping into purse every five minutes.
Food was very good and wide choice,only managed lunch twice as youare still full from big brekky! Pool area was very crowded and there were no beds until around 4pm when temps were much more pleasant. However it would have been nice to have a bed earlier in the day. Also only one position on beds made it hard work reading or sunning your back.
Area was quiet and far enough from beach for the walk back in the heat.
There were mainly younger children at the hotel so not so many older kids for our daughter to buddy up with.
On the whole a good hotel but spoilt by some holiday makers leaving a disgusting mess at the end of the day for the poor staff to clean up,what must they think of us Brits!

This was the first time we have been All-Inclusive and it was definitely worth the extra money. The Flamingo Benidorm is an excellent hotel. The rooms are extremely spacious with great air conditioning.
It is about a 10-15 min walk away from the beach but there are plenty of shops and bars along the way. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the rest of the hotel was cleaned to a high standard.
Food wise, you couldn't complain. There was always plenty to choose from and the resturaunt was open for most of the day. The bar only had one type of spanish lager but they had a great variety of spirits and cocktails on the all-inclusive list.
Entertainment was not the best but still good all the same.The pool area did get full quite early as it does in most places but there is a very large sun terrace right next to the pool with many chairs and tables.
I would definitely visit this hotel again.

What can I say? This is the best hotel I have stayed in for a while.
It is so clean, everyone is really nice, the food is excellent, restaurant big enough for everyone and very clean, pool area - great.
The rooms were great and spacious too.
Would definately recommend this hotel.

This is a really nice AI Hotel The hotel is spotless maids and all staff work really hard. The food is really nice good selection good for children as well I think its down to the English chef mark, and the hard working staff. The Hotel is in a nice position nice and quite after midnight which when you have small children is important.
The entertainment is not bad worth playing bingo good money to be won.The shows on at night are also worth watching, there is Hypnotist, comedian's and more, It changes every week, but 14 shows on all together and after two week it will be the same show, if you are there for two week you will get to see them all.The dining room is spacious and really clean and staff are always chatty and cheerful. Been to this Hotel twice last year in June and september was great Going back again this year in june and cant wait. The Hotel rooms are also spotless maids in every day dont even have to make abed if you dont want

As this was our first visit to Benidorm we didn't know what to expect. We needn't have worried.
Lovely friendly staff from the moment we walked through the door till the day we left.
Food was excellent catered for all tastes.
Nice and clean.
Entertainment was not that good but as we were only mins from town it was easy just to go there.
Would definitely go back to this hotel.

The hotel was very clean. Clean towels every day. I couldn't fault the standard of cleanliness anywhere in the hotel.
The hotel staff were polite especially the bar staff.
The food for all inclusive was excellent, it was an ideal hotel for families as the choice for food was a good variety.
One trip worth going on was a place called Mundomar, it's a seal and dolphin show set in acres of park land. Any age would love a day out there.
Overall I think the hotel is worthy of more than a 3 star.

Just got back this morning from this hotel what can I say?
Well we have no complaints. The food was excellent, the staff were great. A very good choice for food.
The rooms spotless towels changed every day as I said no complaints about this great hotel.
My only gripe was bed blocking around the pool by some sad sorry to say us Brits maybe the hotel could stop this but will definitely be back.

This is the best all-inclusive we have stayed in. The food was superb and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. The rooms were very clean and the maids were in everyday. The staff always had a smile on there face and the girls on the reception were very helpful.
The entertainment was ok and the service at the bar was very quick. It is a little bit back from the beach but being all-inclusive it did not really matter. The pool area was very good, the only thing I would say was the sun beds had no padding on them so your back got sore after a while, it gave you a good excuse to go the bar.
