Hotel was very very clean.

Food was great, we loved the chef who we called Steven Segal.

Bar staff were excellent lots of free drinks when manager not around to tell them off!

Reception staff great as our hire car blew up and gave us loads of help with sorting it out.

Pool area slightly crowded sunbeds in a bit of short supply.

Cleaner worked her socks off!

We didn't do much of the entertainment as we were out most of the time but people who did enjoyed it.

Everyone at this hotel we spoke to were more than happy.

The queue for the buffet in the evening was a bit much but everyone liked the food.

Myself and my partner absolutly loved this holiday. We couldn't fault the hotel at all. The rooms were kept very clean and laundry was changed everyday without having to ask. The staff were so pleasant and would do anything to help you. The food was better than eating in a English restaurant over here there was to much to choose from each night. The pool was kept very clean and the pool side. Didn't really get to see the entertainment because we went out into Salou town centre every night. Salou itself was great and the beach was very clean. Considering this hotel is a 3 star it would easy pass for a 5 star. We are visiting Salou in June again but can not get into the same hotel- shame.

Late booking holiday. Belvedere was ok - did exactly what it said on the tin - 3 star hotel. Recollection was that everything was done competently rather than spectacularly - which if it was done by all hotels, we wouldn't need sites/reviews !! Was a very wide mix of nationalities which led to a better atmosphere.

Father-in-law nearly exploded over wide choice of food on a couple of occassions - mussels and rabbit. Not normally provided on your usual buffet selection!

Please note that we had problems cashing Thomas Cook travellers cheques - they can only change American Express in hotel and we had to go to the local bank to change them.
