Arrived early in morning but could not get key for room till 2pm, not much fun after travelling with 2 young children.
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
We ate on several occasions in the hotel restaurant and found it very nice with a good choice for all.
Our room was average but showed a few end of season wear and tear signs. We had a room directly above restaurant and this was very noisy with scraping of chairs on the floor which after a couple of days was very annoying.
The staff were very good. My daughter had tennis lessons with Mario which was very reasonable and thorough as she was on a one to one basis so she was taught superbly.
Buses ran very regularly to wherever you had to go and were fairly reasonably priced.
Hotel was a good 20mins or so walk and being quite hilly would be a struggle for the older generation. Plenty of good local restaurants as well to choose from.
Entertainment was definitely targeted towards the children and after a couple of nights of daisy and the same music it got a bit tedious but the kids loved it.
Recommend the trip to Barcelona to see the fountains and the football stadium.

The hotel was outstanding. As soon as you walk into the reception it was beautiful.
The apartments were spacious and very clean with everything you need for self catering. The location was ok, but if you want to go into Salou every night it works out quite expensive if you need taxis, but the village is only a 5 minute walk.
Hotel staff were excellent, very helpful. Entertainment was excellent for families. The kids clubs were excellent as well, the staff were brilliant with the kids. Adult entertainment was ok but could be better. Drink was very expensive.
I would definetly recommend this hotel for families. Try the roof terrace with jacuzzis. Very peaceful.

This holiday was my families first. We had been travelling for only a few hours, but had been up for around 6 hours, and by the time we reached the hotel, we were all very tired, especailly my three year old.
We were not allowed into our room until 2 pm, which was very annoying.
The hotel itself was great, as was the staff, the food was all right, but enjoyable never the less.
The location was great for us, as we were not a family who liked alot of noise, especially drinkers.
We would visit this hotel again, and we have told most of our family, and they are now also going soon.

I loved my holiday it was the best holiday ever. I loved all the staff especially the staff from the Daisy Club.
The hotel was spotless and just across the road from the beach the food was lovely. The childran even had a buffet. There was a shop and a great view outside just evrything was great and I couldn't have wished for a better hote. I will be going back soon.

This hotel has nearly everything you could want bar the one thing you need ENTERTAINMENT !!!
The hotel is spot clean, and the staff seem willing to help and greet you with a smile.
The room size is just right and has everything you need for self-catering.
Didn,t try the food on site so coan,t really pass comment other to say it looked good.
Now down to the entertainment, i have to say in 20 years of going abroad this ranks as one of the worse times i have had.
To kick of the evening you have kids "hour" 7pm-10pm which my 2 kids were totally shocked at, also in that time frame soft drinks rose in price, then at 10pm you had the adult time.
This 1 hour slot could drive a saint to drink !!!, on the first night we listen to a juke box and the entertainment was counting how many people were dancing to the delight of the compare and this was one of the better nights.
Then from 11-12 you had a teenage hour to learn some party dance, not to bad but the same dance every night !!!.
I could not fault the hotel but i would not go back until they got the entertainment sorted

We had a fantastic holiday here,kids were on cloud nine the entertainment staff were great with always something different for the kids to do from early to late,food was great,pools lovely too,everywhere was well maintained it was in a word excellent we will return

We stayed at the village last year (last week july/1st week august), which is usually the busiest time. We hoildayed with friends and their 2 children. We had a fab time.
A few times we ate in the hotel which we thought the food was lovely with so much choice. The pool area was kept to an excellent standard along with the hotel itself. The entertainment we throughly enjoyed because the kids did.
And you know what they say "If the kids are happy then so are the parents". We met a great couple out there from scotland and we have all booked again for July 2005 for 2 weeks. Excellent HOTEL!!!

I and my family had a great holiday staying in this hotel.
The entertainment was fantastic and our son loved the Daisy mini disco which was on every night. After the mini disco it was the adults turn to be entertained, and a great job they did.
We booked half board for this holiday and the food was lovely the first week but after awhile it got a bit boring.
While we stayed here there was a fire during the night and all guests had to be evacuated outside while we waited for the fire brigade to arrive(thankfully it wasn

The hotel is in a quiet location 15mins walk from pineda and 30 mins walk from salou. Cap salou is set amongst forests and the hotel is located on a steep incline. The hotel is bright and airy and is part of the h-10 chain which i would recommend. The rooms are well furnished and very clean as is the bathroom both well worthy of their 4 star status. Up to families with small kids but you can escape for peace and quiet during the daytime by going onto the roof where yoy will find 2 jacuzzi's. The food in the hotel was excellent but don't go down too late as you will end up eating scraps. Overall we had an excellent holiday and i would say apart from the loction you will struggle to find fault with quality hotel.

We stayed in the self catering bit of the hotel and were absolutely blown away by the standard of accomodation it was clean and we had a lovely balcony. We cannot fault the hotel staff. My mum and 7 year old daughter were with me on this holiday. They had different things on during the day for everyone to join in from water polo to minidarts the entertainment team were just great. On a night time they would have a Daisy mini disco from 2030-2130 where they would get the kids up and do different dances then take them to the Daisy park from 2130-2300 in which time the parents/grandparents could enjoy the shows laid on. The only bad point about our trip was the so called Airtours reps that had little knowledge about the hotel and kept referring us to the hotel staff who dealt with all our enquiries.
