Stayed in palm garden for 2 weeks. Our room was lovely and got cleaned few times a week. Nice and spacious although our balcony was 6 ft high and our view was a mountain! We ate there a few times, prices quite reasonable, but theme night foods seemed quite expensive for what we got. The staff were over friendly (not in a good way) and hassled you 24/7. If you said no, they didnt like it. Also we had to query our bar bill a few times, as a few drinks extra often appeared on it. The hotel manager though was friendly and helpful.
The pool was lovely and clean. My daughter enjoyed the slides. Just get up early (5am recommened) if you want a sun bed! We would go back again, but know what to expect and how to handle the staff.

Myself and my husband stayed at the Palm Gardens for two weeks in July! We have been to Turkey many times! But never to the Palm Gardens! The Apartments were well worth the money! The Apartments were clean and spacious and had everything you needed, to enjoy your stay, even an oversized washing up bowl to do your washing in!
Location was excellent 2 mins walk from some of icmelers best bars and restaurants! The beach was about 10 mins! So an ideal location.
The swimming pool and apartment facilities were good! My only complaint would be the staff do try and persuade you to eat and drink within the complex! But once you say NO firmly, they will leave you alone!
We will be returning next year!

The apartments at Palm Gardens are superb, fully equipped to make your holiday enjoyable. The towels are changed daily and bed linen twice a week. Every part of the grounds are kept spotless with the area around the pool cleaned every night. It is in an ideal location being only a 2 minute walk from the main shopping area and nightlife making this a lovely quiet place to stay. A 15 minute walk takes you to the beach and the market. One word of warning if you visit the market, check your goods in the bag are the sizes you requested as we were stitched up because they swapped the sizes we wanted and put smalls in the bag, must have difficulty in getting rid of these. We ate out only twice as once we sampled the hotel food we never felt the need to go anywhere else again, excellent value for money. Where do we begin with the staff, Ali and Sebastion the owners were 2 great guys, made you feel part of the family. Little Ali was just so adorable, unfortunately he is married, Sasha aka Meki couldn't do enough for you, Messi also was very friendly, 2 great guys and yoshi was a legend, never stopped singing and dancing all over the place.Ibo, Mr Hunk himself, the resident DJ is great too, they are the best bunch of lads you could wish to meet. The entertainment is only twice a week but what they put on is a very enjoyable evening with excellent food laid on.The pool is of a good size and the slides were well appreciated. The staff made regular visits throughout the day to take food and drink orders while you lazed around, just perfect. This was our 1st visit to Turkey and have only been home a day and have already booked for Palm Gardens again next year. It was the best holiday ever and the temperature hit 57 degrees nearly every day

had a warning on this site about the top floor which is a converted roof space no balcony. asked for a low floor when booking unles you are a returning guest you will get a room in the gods no balcony and very hot. tried to change on arrival but hotel full stuck it out

We stayed self catering and the food was excellant good value for money portions sometimes small but tasted excellant so good we ate there most nights.
If you wanted to eat in the apartments you had all the utencils needed to have a good meal.
Cleanliness was good maids in every day,towels changed daily,bed linen changed twice weekly,also cleaning of pool area was done every evening.I saw the water being treated in the pool.We saw the kitchen and this was very clean.The estaurant area was kept clean with the floor cleaned everyday.
The hotel location was just a 2 minute walk from Icemeler high street and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach and the same to the market.
What can i say about the staff,They were all excellant,special mention to Ali,Messi,Sasa,Yoshi,who by the end of my holiday they felt like brothers.Nothing was to much trouble for them,whilst you were sunbathing by the pool they come round to see if you needed anything.Ali and Sebe'hope spelling right'the owners were good always on hand if you had a problem.
Entertainment generally Ok Break dancers were excellant,Belly dancer good,Magician sorry have to say poor hence the 4 in the overall score.
We are certainaly going again next year already booked.

Myself, my husband and my 6 year old daughter have just returned from the Palm Gardens. I can honestly say that these apartments are brilliant. We had a great time and will definately go back next year.
Rooms - very basic but had everything you needed, only downside was you had to take the table and chairs from the room on to your balcony, maybe they could put plastic table and chairs on balcony.
We were on a self catering basis but the restaurant on site was very good. Food and drink was really reasonable.
The apartments were very clean, towels changed everyday and bed lines and room cleaned twice a week.
The apartments are in very good location, very quiet but near all amenities. Resort centre only about 5 min walk away and beach about 10-15 min down the road.
The apartments put on a lottery nite once a week, with food and a bbq nite once a week. Both have entertainment which was good.
The staff are fantastic, especially Mezzi, Ali, Yoshi and Sasha. They were fantastic with my daughter who loved them all. I had read other reviews which said that the staff could be nasty if you didn't eat at their restaurant or attend their theme nites but I can assure you that we never came across this. If you were going out they gave you recommendations on places to eat etc.
All in all this holiday was fantastic and I would definately recommend these apartments.

staying at palm garden was like staying with family.x.ali and his staff are the nicest people you could meet.our home aka apartment was lovely there is nothing bad you could say about it. have been home a day and already booked for next year. icmeler is a beautiful place and can be as lively or quite as you want.we visited the old village which was full of friendly locals.although there are lots of places to eat out we chose to eat at palm gardens,the food is lovely and you feel you are eating with family.we miss ali and staff very much and carn't wait till next year. only regret not getting his email.if you want to be more then just a "room number" stay at palm garden. krisina and john.x.x.x

What can I say-it was the best holidat we have had in a long time. The staff were brill, Ali is a great host, rooms cleaned every day, maids were lovely. The food was suprtb-never a bad meal. Entertainment was Fantastic
only been back 6 wks, tried to book for next year, but it is all booked up-we are so upset, my little girl is gutted, if you have the chance to go do it. We defo go back

The hotel was quite small and the rooms and balconies were just ridiculous!
Most of the staff were quite friendly but sometimes this became very annoying. Personally I didn't really enjoy the food very much and it was the same sort of food over and over again!
